I called on New Year s Day at 5pm for roadside service. Asked if they were open, the gentleman laughed and said, we re always open. Service was top tier. My driver called me at 4:55pm informing me of the blowout. Two drives changed, and driver back on the road by 7pm! You can t get in and out that fast if you drive to ANY tire shop, much less a road call. Extremely impressed and thankful.

I m going to set this record straight and simple I highly do not recommend having these guys as your towing service!! First off when I called they sounded like they did not even want to come tow my car, by the time I waited for a tow truck to come the gentleman was absolutely rude and seemed like he was ready to leave before he even thought about putting the hooks on my car, never ever calling these guys again.Service: Car towing

Dude is a total clown. I was in the area and called and explained what I needed done, he says "I can't do it, don't think it's possible"I called "Jordan's Towing" and he said "No problem" and the job was done in 30 minutes. Company's like dynamite won't last long with a real tow service in town.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! HUGHLY OVERPRICED! Charged me $500+ for chamber change and wanted to tow the truck when I called them! Took them hours to changed it. All the negative reviews are TRUE! The rudest customer service I ve ever got!AFTER THEY VE CHARGED, GAVE ME THE CHECK AND TOLD ME TO GO I FOUND OUT THAT THE TIRES WERE LOCKED SO I DAMAGED THE TIRES!

I called this company for roadside service and the gentleman on the phone was extremely rude about it leaving me stranded in 15 degree weather, then called again hours later with no other company near me for hours to try and get towed to nearby truck stop. The same man answered the phone and proceeded to ask why I called to bother them, "there's other towing companies to call besides them". Don't ever make these people your first call. You're better off hitch hiking.Service: Special vehicle towing

i broke down on the side of the interstate on Christmas day with my kids in the car so i called dynamite road service and they had a service guy show up within 20 minutes of making the phone call. the gentleman im pretty sure his name was Michael let my kids and I sit in his service vehicle to keep warm while he fixed our car. with it being Christmas I was expecting a really high bill but it wasn't at all. i would definitely recommend dynamite to everybody I know. they are fast, polite, and reasonable with prices. the gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very understanding and made sure I was well taken care of.

Great Guys. Not bad price for a road side service company. I mean you pay for roadside help but they do not try to mess with your wallet by adding extras just to add them. They do their best to do things quickly and accurately. Not rude or unfriendly at all. Really good service! Use them if you need help in this area!

I just called dynamite for the first time and I politely asked if they change car tires as well as semis and the man laughed at me. I asked if there was something funny or a joke that I missed and he said yeah there is something funny. I asked him what it was and his response verbatim was I ll tell u what s funny is that u people call a business that serves Michelin and Bridgestone and don t have the brains to know if we service cars as well.my response to him was polite (as hard as it was) I said I m sorry but google only showed pictures of semis being serviced. He said back to me oh it s on there it anyways what is it that you want. At that point I couldn t take it and said for u to to s a d lol but anyways I would advise against them after hours call Shelton tire in Marion he took care of us at half the price anyone else would of. I hope the owner sees this and calls me because that surely wasn t him. If you have a semi or a car you most certainly shouldn t take your car or semi to them after hearing about such disrespect. We as a community and a whole would not have to deal with any of this type of stuff if we stick together and have each other s back. I m not a disgruntled employee that was fired and not a mad customer. This truly just happened and I live in west Frankfort and am a working citizen and a human that should have never been treated like that. I just can t believe that a business would ever talk or treat someone like that. I m so disgusted and I m not gonna stop until something is done.

I thank Mason who was awesome for taking my children and I all the way back home. We were safe content and grateful for such good men and service. My children and I appreciate it and if I'm ever back that way there is no other service I will prefer to use because Dynamite was out of sight!! My husband had two tires blow out on a Sunday when driving home in his work truck. He was towing a heavy load and two tires on the diesel truck he drives blew out on the highway. Dynamite Towing responding to my call quickly. My husband was skeptical because the guy, Mason, was only 19. But he had both tires changed and had him back on the road to home within an hour of arriving. Couldn t be happier with the quality of service my husband received.

Our moving van wrecked on the side of I-57, and dynamite cleared the wreck and towed it to their garage. They were nice enough although not very careful with our possessions (admittedly a lot of them were already broken form the wreck). Only problem is they towed it to an address in a completely different town than the one they gave us, which was 20 miles away. When we came to get our stuff and transfer it to a new van, nobody was at the address they had given us and they didn't answer any of the phone numbers we had for them, despite their card and all the signs saying that they provide 24 hour service. When we finally got it straightened out after over an hour of waiting and fruitlessly calling them we had to drive all the way to the other town, and then it was basically the replacement driver that did all the work, their team didn't help much at all getting into the wrecked van or transferring the stuff. There was also no apology or explanation for the mix up that cost us nearly two hours.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. I called at midnight and they told me sure we can fix it and get you out in no time we open at 6. We got there and the first thing he should of done was call the place that has the parts to see if they had it. Well instead of that he torched the ubolts off took the axle and drove around for 2 hrs trying to find the new axle came back empty. Not only did he lie but didnt even to check to see if they had it before he ruined the axle further. We were there from 6 30 to 5pm. We made it 5 feet out of the shop and his weld gave out instant. On the bill it says 4 hrs of labor and ubolts not anywhere did it give a summary of what he did. 495dollars. We got home and my husband called to try to get a work summary of everything he did and they hung up on him. This place was a circus. Don't be fooled by the good reviews. There were two other people there getting work done on their vehicles and they were as angry as we were about their own vehicles. If my husband wasn't hung up on I would of never made a review and left it alone. I can't let that slide.

Bad customer service, lied to, taken advantage of, owner yelled at me over the phone when I questioned the bill- Charged $430 for alternator belt repair! Don't offer 24 hr mobile service if you want to complain about having to repair a belt in the rain, at midnight- If you didn't want to take the job, you should have said so! Good luck to anyone who does business with this company

July 2,2015, we had an emergency situation with the front wheel on the drivers side of a 1987 Lincoln Continental. Keith and his son went above and beyond to solve our problem. He exhausted all available resources to secure the part we needed. Although, we were not able to wait for the part to come in, he worked diligently with us and got us back on the road! Not only that, later on that afternoon he called to make sure that we had arrived home safely! WOW! Down to Earth, Good People. DYNAMITE ROAD SERVICE is an awesome business, with awesome people, They certainly left a good impression on our family. Again a GREAT business with equally Great folks there to take care of you!

We slipped into ditch in middle of night other day and had no money and no one to help us. We sat there praying and all of a sudden Dynamite Towing showed up and pulled us out of ditch and did not charge us anything! One of the coolest guys ever also! He laid down in the wet mud and grass to hook our car up! Unbelievable!! Because of that I thank these guys greatly and have locked there number in my phone! Forever Thanks!

Probably the fastest I've ever had a tire fixed. I was expecting a three hour wait but these guys were here and done within about 40 minutes. We need more road service companies like this.

Great service ask for Keith he's the owner . My buddy and me are traveling across American and his transmission went out this guys help us out at dynamite road service to put us on the road again . Thanks guys great job great prices .

Great service when I had 2 flat tires. Rates were very fair for a midnight call. Talking to the guy they also did semi truck and trailer work as well.

Was a total rip off charged $545.00 to fix air line and replace wheel seal on truck the wheel seal they put on wrong size so yes went to leaking before I got back to our shop I don't recommend anyone to use them probably be cheaper to have tow truck take you to a different shop
