Wow what a great place!!! My car was involved in an accident and they towed us to the body shop. When my car was finished he referred Bulk Tire & Repair Solutions for all of our auto repairs. We have used them several times on all of our vehicles and they have done a great job at reasonable prices. Bryan and his team are great to work with. Highly recommended 5 plus stars.

I've never experienced a business that truly put the safety of their customers above their own Business. I went here with 3 children looking for the bare minimum fix and they went so far above and beyond I can't even describe... I truly felt he put my childrens and my safety above his business, something not expected especially from a mechanic. I don't care where we live if something happens I would absolutely drive well out my way for their business, they are so honest and caring if you are their customer just once I promise you won't ever Wana go anywhere else thank y'all so much for everything you've done for our family

I was the unfortunate recipient of an object in my tire on the highway and immediately pulled off the road at the next exit to assess the situation. My wife quickly got on the phone and was lucky enough to find bulk tire and repair Solutions phone number and they were less than two blocks away. It was early in the morning and the beginning of their work day but Bryan answered the phone and assured us he could get us handled and back on the road. True to his word when we pulled in his parking lot his Tech Robert immediately grab my keys and began pulling in the vehicle to address the tire issue. Robert was quick to find the leak but didn't stop there he continued to inspect the tire and found out there was a second screw in the tire and promptly fixed them both. I was grateful that they use a plug and patch for the repair which is the only permanent way to correctly fix a tire. I appreciated Robert's attention to detail and Bryan's willingness to get us right in and back on the road. If you're ever in the area I would recommend giving bulk tire and repair Solutions a try. Shops like this are truly Diamonds in the Rough. I know if you give them a chance you won't be disappointed.Thanks

Fantastic!!! I bought a set of Nexen 5000 platinum tires at a great price and they are the best tires I ve ever had. Highly recommend Bryan and his team for tires and all auto repairs.

I have my car fixed at Bulk, I was suffering from an issue in my car and they detected so easily. However, other shops couldn t and I had to lose money on repairs thats not needed and didn t fixed the problem. Jaiden is a cool guy and he knows what is he doing and always ready to work.I highly recommend their place. Also the owner is so serious about his reputation and his work, so he always will make sure that s everything going well with the costumers. And when they say that they will work on the car for 2 hrs, they literally will do that and focus all the 2 hrs on the car, not like other shops who just tell you it will need 2 hrs and they just work 1 hr and the remaining hr was just hanging around and talking or do whatever but working on the car.

These guys are awesome, they are very straightforward and honest mechanics. Have no problem showing you exactly what ia wrong. Prices are very considerate to the customer, they do amazing work as well. 5 outa 5 everyone in west frankfort should use them over any other shop.

Great place! My bike had a low tire and they aired it up for free. Then they checked the other tire to make sure it was good also.

I was on the expressway and had blowout. My car had no spare. I crept in West Frankfort and found Bulk Tire and Repair Solutions,LLC.These guys took care of me. They had to order the tire, locked up my car inside their garage, took me to the nearest motel, and came and picked me up when the car was ready to travel again!

I've lived in west frankfort going on 6 years and have never heard of these guys until last week, & what a shame it is that it took this long! If you're looking for a reputable friendly, knowledgeable, & fast shop for your car repairs, do not hesitate to give them a call! Not to mention, their prices are the best I've found. I brought my car in with a laundry list of repairs, and they knocked them all out in less than a week (would have been just a couple days if not for having to wait on a couple of parts) and updated me with any and all new information along the way, and offer rides/pick up/drop off options if you are not able to get your vehicle to or from them on your own. They also list everything they need to do and are more than happy to explain the what's and why's if needed. Everybody i spoke with was friendly and smiling, making a very welcoming atmosphere as well. Absolutely the ONLY place my vehicles will be going to from now on. Thank you all so much! Edited to add 3/2/23:Bryan and his guys are THE BEST! I tell any and everyone about them & still will never go anywhere else. I've got my whole family coming to Bulk now and they are always transparent on what they can do, what needs done, and are honest if they can not accomplish something you need done. Theyre always fast, they dont take your vehicle until they actually have the time to work on it so it never sets for a week for no reason, and their prices remain the best around! & to have a crew you know you can trust is priceless! They go out of their way to take care of their customers and bryan has become like my best friend since I've started going here. Theyre always happy to see you, smiling, and kind. We love our Bulk guys and if you're on the fence, take the chance because you will too!

Terrible place, overcharged me for a Mount and dismount of a tire, 150 to Mount and dismount a tire? Loves charges 50 for that service. They see foreign people and use them. Do not go to this place never, shop supplies 20 dollars? For what, amortization of a wrench? These people are out of their minds, avoid as much as possible! Thieves!

Don't call interstate scammers of Illinois. Bulk tire & repair of west Frankfort, IL , I called them for a used tire 11R 22.5 that I needed. The owner answered me by phone and when I asked him how much it cost, he told me $ 350 for used tire I was shocked, new foreign tire out of the door is $350 and I called Fast Truck & Trailer Benton Illinois and they only charged me 250 dollars a big difference so please don't even call them they are loan sharks. Their reviews are not even real 4.9 rating scammers of I57

In late July, I was traveling back from a KY business meeting when a piece of debris on the highway was kicked up by a semi and took out my rear driver side tire. I was able to quickly get off the highway before the tire went flat and by the grace of God found Bulk Tire & Repair Solutions!I pulled up to the garage door and was greeted by Robert. He was working on a another vehicle, yet he saw my look of distress and immediately began to try and help me out. He was able to find a used tire for my vehicle. Even though Bulk Tire & Repair Solutions balancing machine was out for repair, Robert drove my rim/tire up the road to another maintenance shop to have it balanced! Within an hour, I was back on the road!Bulk Tire & Repair did a phenomenal job taking great care of a customer at an extremely affordable price! Everyone I spoke to in the shop was extremely helpful and nice. I would highly recommend Bulk Tire & Repair Solutions for any and all Tire and Car/Truck Maintenance needs!

On Sept 9 we were coming home from vacation. Our motorhome started shaking. We pulled over on side of interstate, we had a flat tire on our dual wheels. My husband was trying to baby it to get off interstate. I googled and Bulk Tire popped up. Thank God. I called, we were 2 miles from the building. We got there and they started working on it immediately. Turns out we needed both tires. They didn't have them but Brian called around and found 2 very good used tires (looked almost new). Our mechanic went and picked them up, got back mounted and balanced them. The price was VERY reasonable and we were treated so good by everyone. I can't express how happy we were with everything. There are still people who care about you and the service they give and this is definitely one of them. Blessings to all of you.

I have bought tires for my Jeep Liberty as well as my boat here (And had the axles on my boat trailer redone)Great prices , great quality, and great folks to work with. This is where I go for all my oil changes, tire rotation, or any other maintenance on my vehicles. If you want or need a place for vehicle or tire repair this is the place to go! Bobby ( the tech) was fantastic and did a great job in a timely fashion!!! Could not have asked for better service and the owners personally ordered my parts and made sure everything was correct!!! Great place

Absolutely phenomenal! It was a normal wear and tear break down on my T660, the speedometer sensor. But it turned out to be the transmission as well. They fix the speedometer sensor with in a few hours, great! But now we needed to repair the trany. They where on it like a bear on honeycomb. I was up and running with in less the 48 hours. Mr. Marty, Mr. Bryan and Mr. Tyler are exceptionally talented at their craft and humble men. I m from Deep South Texas (RGV) and to have this team of skilled and highly professional mechanics out here on our highways is a blessing. Great job Mr. Marty God bless you always. Be safe.

Yesterday, I was airing up my tire at casey's in jc when a man approached me and asked if my tire gets low on me a lot; i said yes. He said, "Well I've got a shop just up the road (37), we only charge $20 to patch a tire," and he gave me his business card. So, having already planned to go to west frankfort, I followed him to said shop. Within 10-15 minutes, they got the tire off and found the hole, which still had a nail in it. They removed the nail and patched my tire like new. All was done and I was back on the road within 30-45 minutes I would say, maybe a little less. Hasn't gone flat yet, and I was having to air it up everyday. Not only did they get the job done, they allowed me to watch and made conversation with me while I waited and they worked.When it came time to pay, I forgot I didn't have any cash, but luckily they take card, with only a 5% charge and texted me my receipt. Very friendly and caring staff, very satisfied.

Amazing service! I needed roadside assistance to pull my car out of a very bad situation, and I couldn't of asked for a better company to do it. Not only is he very good at what he does, but he was very kind. He worked very hard, and truly cared about getting my car out with as little damage as possible.

On my way to work today I was driving along the interstate and to what did my wondering ears did I hear but a loud popping sound and a flat tire in my rear. I called Bulk Tire & Repair Solutions, a man named Brian answered the phone, he was friendly and polite. They didnt have my size tire but he went out of his way to try and find me a tire. He quickly found a tire, called me back, picked up the tire for me, and arrived to my location quickly. The price of the service, honestly you cant beat it. They fixed my tire and back on the road I went. I found these guys from a google search and I will definitely use this service again and I recommend you do too. Thumbs up guys ya'll were awesome.

CAUTION!!!CAUTION!!!CAUTION!!! Escape this service in all cost!!! I had the worst experience with them. I called them about used truck tire replacement, and they came. We had the deal on $300 flat fee for 1 used truck tire and service, which is a good price. However once the guy change my tire, he wanted to charge me $440. I refused to pay! And he took my driver's license and credit card, and holding my there for no reason. He put me in a bad situation, I was scared of him and I could not leave. I reported his business to BBB. Pls dont use his service, unless you want to get screwed!!!
