Very happy with the experience. Went there to inquire about a PowerGen for my 1951 Ford truck and they made one in a day fresh from the assembly. Also installed their XS series starter motors, very satisfied with their products and services.

I called customer service on a not in stock alternator that I needed badly for my race car. The agent checked with manufacturing and called me back quickly. They said if I ordered today they would make it tomorrow and ship out immediately. They did everything they said. A rare occasion these days! I am a customer for good!

Excellent company, I got about 10 years out of the 1st starter I bought off of them. When it started to intermittently not start I sent it in for a rebuild. They had a very fast turnaround and friendly staff. I would recommend them due to great products and send to none customer service.

I picked up a 150 amp one wire alternator on a Saturday,chineese junk died after two months.this is USA all the way.Kieth helped me out, what a great guy to have on the team! positive experience with generator replaced w/alt. in 1957 Oldsmobile super 88. easy install and prompt responses to Q's w/answers. looks like original gen.w/o power drop at idle. Highly recomend them. Will use them again for sure!Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

Dropped off a 15-year-old starter the Friday before Labor Day. They rebuilt it, only charging for the new parts, and I have a new starter in my custom '57 Chevy. Keith called personally the following Wednesday morning to let me know it was ready. Ed was a terrific help when I first called. I can't say enough about the terrific customer service I experienced with Powermaster!!

Bought an alternator and had some issues with it. Turned out that it was my fault and user error. Sent it back to PM and the day it was delivered to them got a call from one of their techs. One of their techs, Ed, took about 20-30 minutes out of his day to call and speak to me and explain the issues going on with the alternator and how to fix them. Super professional and great customer service. Shipped to them and received it back within the same week. Can t say enough about the company. Thank you Ed and Powermaster!

Great company to do business with. I had purchased an alternator for a street/race application several years ago and it failed. I sent it to them to rebuild and due to some internal damage they had to replace it. The cost was 1/2 a new one. I had a new one sent to me within 5 days of sending my old one in. They make a great product and take care of customers what more do you want.

So I have two of their starters. Both are the same, and are used in a VW diesel TDI swap kit, sold by Whitbread Performance. The first one has been in my 1984 CJ7 for a little over a year now, and about 3500 miles. It has never missed a beat, and does just as it's supposed to.I decided to build another motor, and build a stand for it, and of course decided to go back with another setup from Matt Whitbread. This time, I wasn't very lucky and unfortunately I blew up two pinions on the starter. After speaking with John and Ed in returns, and Dave in engineering, we concluded that my flywheel might be the culprit (even though I have the same one in my CJ7). John and Ed both thanked me for talking to them with respect, as I guess there are some folks that think yelling at the people there will be of any benefit at all. I understand the frustration, believe me, but take a breather, and treat them like human beings.In any case, I just received my starter back, and I'm waiting on a Centerforce flywheel. Once it's here, I know I'll be more than happy with my setup.Joe, Ed, and Dave - Thank you again for all that you do.Service: Electrical

Performance Alternator crapped out less than 6 mo in, sent in finally after a couple months just for them to tell me I have to pay for new regulator. Don't assume you're getting a solid warranty or even a customer oriented tech department, just bc it's more expensive.

Swapped out my old GM style MSD HEI distributor with the Powermaster and a separate MSD coil. So far no issues...seems strong.Just yer basic billet aluminum distributor.

I just purchased an upgraded starter for my dad s 6.0 Powerstroke diesel from Powermaster. I ve replaced the starter on his truck 3 times already so I decided it was time to get something better. The standard remanufactured starters from the auto parts store have been a joke. One of them basically exploded after a few thousand miles due to a defect. The starter from these guys is night and day difference. The quality and workmanship is incredible. The truck now starts immediately and will start in much lower temperatures without needing the block heater.

1992 chevy 1500. Alternator needed clocked and the company wanted to charge me shipping back to powermaster and back to me after I bought the alternator. Didn't fit out of box. Sending it back and going with Bosch
