Try staffing your store in West Chicago with more than one employee. Maybe sales would improve. Your poor employee can t help the guests because he is stuck behind the register. I came to get my battery tested and waited 30 minute and had to leave. Where is the Regional and Area managers? Get a clue

Always a great experience at this location. It helps me to bring in my own part#s as sometimes they do get confused on the more tricky jobs

Been here twice dealing with two different employees. First time they tried to sell me an already open windshield wiper, second time they didn t give me the accessories that should have come with the gas cap.
