First time stopping here. My brother has owned NAPA stores on the West Coast for years, so I'm use to the stores and what they offer, and as a person who drives back and forth across the United States I have come to rely on them.As an older, slightly disabled woman I stopped in here to get a replacement bulb for my overhead dome light. It's impossible for me to get into the backseat to replace this light.I asked the young man at the counter if he could take a couple of minutes and pop it in for me. His reply, "We Don't Do That Kind Of Thing".First off I was the ONLY person in the store so they were not busy, plus I saw two other employees doing other things. In my humble opinion, I call Bull Pucky!I have never been in a NAPA store anywhere else in the USA where the employee wouldn't help if they could, and if they couldn't it was because they were not sure how.I won't ever stop at this location again and I drove to another store to ask if they could pop the light in, and of course it was no problem.I will not recommend coming to this outlet, there has got to be better service elsewhere.

For an auto parts store it's ok. My part didn't come in on time based on miss information.

Really great store. Josh and Andres were extremely helpful when I was looking to get some windshield wipers fixed for my sister-in-law. They were kind, supportive and patient with me as we worked through the process that I was unfamiliar with. So I just wanted to put this out there and thank them. NAPA has a couple of really good employees working there. Thanks so much for hiring good people!

If I could leave zero stars I would. I went to NAPA in West Chicago to buy belts, heater hoses and a thermostat. All the guy behind the counter did was shake his head as he looked up the parts. Finally he told me that they didn t have anything in stock. I asked if the warehouse had them. He said yes then was interrupted by a coworker and they began a conversation is some eastern language. Finally I asked if I could pick up the parts at the warehouse. He said yes I asked if he could put in the order for me. He said no, you can just go there . Absolutely terrible customer service and rude. BTW the St. Charles IL store is just as bad. I actually reached out to NAPA customer relations via email. I got a response saying thank you and they would respond to my concern within 2 business days. That was over a week ago. Shame on NAPA Auto Parts. Rock Auto rocks !!

I stopped in this store while driving by because I needed wipers. Customer service was outstanding! Great price on the wipers and Alberto offered to install them for me. Couldn't ask for better service. Thanks Alberto for being so helpful Will definitely be back in the future.

Great service from the moment you walk in the door. Not very knowledge about most car needs and parts, glad the guy behind the counter could assist me with that, Albert. Even though he was busy he made time to allow me to ask all the questions I had and never seemed rush. Thanks again!

My car needed a paint touch up in a few spots, Alberto was very helpful and helped me find the exact shade! Excellent service and very attentive to customer needs, highly recommend!

Just hung up with Lou from the west chicago store,, dude, took his time to actually look up my issues and troubles, knowing he did not have what i needed. He knows what he is talking about and is all about100% customer service! you guys should be giving him a promotion(he reflects your store and image, price it not much of an issue when a customer is provided that quality service)

Handicapped parking and building access. Fast and friendly staff. Had what I needed. Got my car running again.prices are not to bad.

Best staff from car parts-to car paint if they don t have your paint they will mix it for you from touch up ,spray cans to pint ,quarts or gallons

They usually have what I need or can get it by 3:30 p.m.. sometimes it's a little slow getting service at the counter.
