I wrote this review is for helping unknown people. Don t come here to repair ur car. My friend recommended Mike to me and I trust him and Mike. Before they repaired my car, there is no any electricity system or flashing in the dashboard. After he repaired it and I picked up, I found my mileage number kept flashing. I went to Dealdership and they told me someone broke the wires when they tried to repair the broken outside. It costs me 660 dollars to recover wires. I called Mike and tried to get refund. He asked me to send my car back and said they fix it. Since then, I don t trust him and dealership already started to fix it. He rejected to give me refund and admit their fault after I showed him the evidence.

I was in a car accident and my insurance company suggested to go to this body shop and it was the worst thing I've ever experienced in my life after being in four accidents that were not my fault in 7 years. The owner of the shop lie to insurance companies by saying that he orders Parts but never does installs them plus he orders aftermarket parts and charges full price and it's more than obvious that he's been doing this for a long time he never finished the work on my truck and it took three weeks to even get him to try even though he didn't finish now we have to go through another company to see if we can get them to finish his work. If any of his regular customers read this I suggest to never go to him again and shop around for better prices with people who actually know how to work on any Vehicles pass the 1980s.

I've had my cars worked on several times at Hayes and have never been disappointed. They do both body and mechanical work and their prices are very reasonable. Mike is very friendly and honest and is a pleasure to do business with.

Mike was so wonderful! Very helpful and kind. He could tell I didn't know much and was so patient with me. His price quote was very reasonable too.

We actually went to TS SPECIALISTS which is located in front of Hayes. We will not take our car anywhere else. The mechanics know what they're doing and treat customers with respect. Try them before you go anywhere else.

It's not the prettiest of shops; however, they are friendly and do decent work for the money. I used them twice; once to touch up my Pathfinder and once to buff out scratches on my BMW. They came through both times and even went above and beyond by replacing a few missing retainers on my mudguards, which had nothing to do with the work I was paying them to do.

The driver door of my 95 Jeep cherokee detached from the body of the car. I went and got a quote in Elgin, IL at a shop to have it welded back. They quoted me 700.00 without parts, and I had to leave the car there for at least 2 days.A friend of mine referred me to Hayes Auto Body, to my surprise, they did the job for 96.00 and it only took them 30 minutes to do it!.Would I refer them to a friend? You bet!

Tried to get my car painted by Hayes Auto Body. I ended up going back 4 times because they couldn't get it right. There was dirt in the paint, the clear coat was to thick in spots and uneven. I have wrinkled paint and there are white marks all over the car where it wasn't buffed out properly. I finally stopped going back because each time they would make it worse.Now 2 years later I have a car with rust around the wheel wells, peeling paint around my gas cap and generally a terrible looking paint job. I have had several people ask if Maaco did the painting, not a professional shop? No, just shady Hayes Auto Body. $4,000 and now I have to have the whole car redone. PATHETIC!
