I looked at every single bike and I saw this one, a 2024 MT-07 I pointed out and he agreed that it would be perfect fit for me. I sat on it and lo and behold it was. I put $1,000 deposit down and told him I'd come back on Tuesday while I researched the bike very well. I came to discover that it is perfect in all respects I am buying it today! I experienced no pressure sales, no up sales, no bait and switches - just superior dealership with brand new high quality motorcycles! I believe there are some used ones as well parked out in the front put all the brand new bikes are inside the building protected from weathering.

My salesman was Edwin and he did an absolutely amazing job taking care of me. I bought a R7 from him and he made sure every question was answered. With the help of his manager and colleagues, i found my perfect bike and the process was super easy. This is the place to go if you need a new toy of any type. Ask for Edwin and he will take care of you. Thank you DuPage Honda/yamaha!!!!!

ABSOLUTELY loved my experience here. Mark did his best to get me in my new 2020 Yamaha R6 in matte gray like I wanted. He went above and beyond to get the color for me. Made it a breeze and I happily paid for premium.

I've only ever dealt with the service side of the business, but I really like them. Keith always gets me in and taken care of on both my bikes with no hassle or delay. The mechanics are great guys. I always see them take great care of customers bikes. Great job to the service department!

They don t have it here. I only ever go there for parts and, if its not pro taper handlebars or yamalube probably expect to order it. People are very nice though, would definitely buy a bike here if I was in the market

I Saw a bike on the website I liked. I called and spoke to a salesperson (Kyle). I didn't make appointment however. I thought about how helpful the sales person was and liked him. I went to DuPage Honda on a Saturday hopefully to buy the bike I spoke to Kyle (I believe this is the name of the courteous and helpful sales person). I went with cash money to buy the bike. Kyle was busy and asked me to wait around. I meandered through the premises. Outside, a tall elderly salesperson approached me and asked if he could help. I explained to him that I had seen the bike on the internet site and spoken in depth to Kyle about it and was considering it. I am 76 years but I still ride, I have over 60 years of riding experience. Big bore bikes are out of my league now but a used 500 Honda would make a nice get around bike. I just wanted to downsize as I recognize that age is now a factor. My last bike was a Kawasaki ZX-!4 Special Edition. The tall elderly man then began a sales pitch. I explained to him that I had spoken at length with Kyle and was here to hopefully buy the bike but at my price. My price was based on my 60 years of experience and knowledge of the bike market. I then began to justify my price to the elderly salesman. His reaction was entirely rude & negative. I thought "Isn't that how one buys a used motorcycle" C'mon man! He turned his back to me and walked away. I was insulted & offended by his rudeness. I went back into the store. Kyle was still busy so I jumped into my jeep and went home. I wasn't going to mention this to you nor am I intending to buy anything from you now. I just thought that someone should know about my experience two Saturday's ago with your ignorant old sales man who turned off a "cash paying customer".

Had a great time dealing with a salesman named Mark. He was able too get me into the 4 wheeler I wanted and made the process as easy as possible like it should be. Really was impressed with how helpful Mark was with certain things I couldn't figure out aswell and with answering my questions. All in all he's a really easy and real personal.I'm sure I'll stop in and purchase a few other vehicles from this dealership later.

For all your motorcycle and motorcycle gear needs, Dupage Honda Yamaha has you covered. Did a bit of Christmas shopping there today and the friendly staff and well-stocked selection made it easy. Some great closeouts on some motorcycles as well if you're in the market, so make sure you check out Dupage Honda Yamaha prior to shopping and purchasing elsewhere!

I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at Dupage Honda Yamaha. I am a new rider, and besides taking a course and taking the licensing test, I had not been on a motorcycle. I was in the market for my first bike. Jake was the salesman with whom I spoke when I called to get a quote on a 2017 blacked-out Honda Rebel 300 with ABS. Jake gave me an outstanding deal. He was open, honest, and transparent the entire time. He made sure I was apprised of EVERYTHING before I ever set foot on the lot. He is a man of his word, and he graciously put a hold on the bike for me for a refundable deposit while I was in Boston for work. The day of the actual deal was outstanding. Mark, the General Manager, and Mike, the President, had everything set up for me before I even arrived. They didn't attempt to haggle me at all for more money. They were both fun, easy-going, and extremely knowledgeable. Mark took the time to make sure I had brought all my protective gear. I honestly think he would have resisted me riding off the lot if I didn't have the right gear - the guys at Dupage Honda Yamaha genuinely care about the safety and happiness of their customers. Mark even helped me plot the safest ride back home to downtown Chicago. Thank you, Dupage Honda Yamaha, for everything. You made me feel respected, confident, and valued.

Spent almost 2k for service. Wanted my bike ready for summer. Instead I have to sell it because I felt like it was unsafe to ride. Wobble at 65 70 mph new tires new fork seals bearing and tires . Then I get bike back and leaking brake fluid on my tank after brake and clutch fluid flush. To be clear I can work on my own bike... It's a luxury for me to pay someone else to do it... So get its right the first time not the third time.... Also wanted F1 light checked out and guess what???? Nothing was done. Checked into it myself and found positive battery terminal hanging by a thread... Keith is a smooth talker that will not get the job done. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Terrible experience. Took $200 down payment and sent in financing application. In direct communication by phone and email. Nick wanted drivers license which was emailed through THE SAME EMAIL thread 3 times. In my phone as sent mail. They say they never received the email. My wife sent 2 emails with images of id, and still claimed they never received any emails. I'll never take my business here. Nick was so happy to refund me my down payment but not try and find another solution receive image of license, besides going to the location. I've never met a salesman that was more then happy to loose a sale and multiple sales in the future.

Mark was my salesman. My first time at this dealer and I won t go anywhere else!! He is absolutely fantastic. He worked with me every step of the way and got me on an amazing motorcycle in no time! He is very knowledgeable and professional. I urge anybody looking for a fun new ride to call and talk to mark. If you re looking for parts or accessories be sure to ask for Carl. He helped me with new gloves and an awesome new riding jacket. They are all friendly and know the business.

My first experience with this place was when I was a kid (Im 32) and my brothers went here to get parts for a 1971 XS650 someone gave them that was in pieces. I drive past this dealer all the time these days and when I finally ended up getting a used FZ09 this is where I took it to get new tires. I also had them fix my FZ09 after a wreck, and most recently had new tires put on today. I brought the bike in during the morning, and by around 1pm they had installed the new tires and the bike was good to go. Great service and turn around time considering the time of the year and how crazy the bike community gets when the temperatures start getting warmer. I will continue to bring my Yamaha here. The staff is always nice and the service is great. Thumbs up.

Reached out to inquire about a bike that seemingly nobody had in stock. Sales team was very helpful with directing me to a store that had one. Super quick and efficient communication. Will be bringing my bike there for service for sure.

Had a little difficulty scheduling them to pick up my bike for service. After that though, customer service was great from the service and parts depts. They kept in touch and catered to my questions/worries as a newer rider, did a great job on the mechanics and price was reasonable. Overall I was very happy with the service dept and also bought some gear there.

Great people to do business with! I just had my bike in for service with them. They replaced the clutch and mounted new tires. They were very accommodating and I am most pleased with the experience.

I went in to get a new rear tire on a rather difficult to service and rare scooter. They found a tire and mounted it in reasonable time and i thought the pricing was fair. They suprise me of another issue that i took care of myself

Bought my wife s scooter here in 2015, it has been absolutely perfect. I come here every year to get that same scooter serviced. Always maintained right, got almost 8k miles on a little scooter and she runs perfect. I would recommend DuPage Yamaha!

The service department here is top notch. Each time I've had service here (different atvs), they have exceeded my expectations. There have been instances where they helped me get in touch with Yamaha to help with a warranty item and others where they have gotten me an appointment and called days later to let me know an earlier appointment opened and gave me the option to take the earlier appointment. Most recently, I had a warranty repair for my Honda. They took my info, ordered the parts in, and got me in within 3 days of the parts arriving. From the time I dropped my sxs off to when I picked it up was a handful of hours. I can't tell you how nice it is to know when ill get it back. I have buddies in other places who tell horror stories of their dealer getting them an appointment, the warranty inspection happening, and then the dealer having to keep their vehicle until parts come in (they can't give it back due to safety). None of this has even come close to happening in my experience. I'll bring anything I own to them (that they work on anyway). They're that good.

Great salesman! I was pleasantly surprised with my first purchase with this dealership and it was due to the sales department. I had been searching for the motorcycle I wanted over the internet for some time and came up empty handed. It was out of stock everywhere. I called DuPage Honda Yamaha along with many other dealerships around the country and nobody had the bike I wanted. Then, a few days ago, I get a call from Nick and he tells me he has my bike on the showroom floor. He had my name and number after my initial inquiry and followed through by calling me back immediately. He could have just let the bike sit on the floor waiting for someone to walk in the door to buy it - but he didn't. He remembered there was a customer out there and he didn't forget.Great job Nick! It is because of your approach to sales that I have the bike I have always wanted.

I had been searching for a 2021 Yamaha MT-07. Every dealership was sold out. No one had an exact time-frame as to when the bike would be available. It became quite frustrating.Out of the blue, I received a call from sales person, Nick H. At DuPage Honda Yamaha. He informed me that there was a brand new MT-07 available! I made my way into the store the very next day.The showroom consists of mainly new motorcycles and scooters. They have a great selection. You're able to purchase jackets, hooded sweatshirts, helmets, goggles, protective motorcycle jackets, generators, and much more!I felt comfortable with the entire process. Nick explained the costs, fees, and everything in-between. I am a first-time buyer and did not know much about motorcycles. Any questions I had were answered. Mark, was also a pleasure to work with.Besides purchasing a bike, I bought some gear as well. Carl, and T were friendly and provided much help at the front counter.I'm pleased with my experience and I'd recommend this location for purchasing accessories/gear/bikes.I haven't stopped smiling since!

I rarely get service here. I am part of Star Touring and Riding and we meet here the first Saturday of each month. They have treated us we'll. The three times I have used their service or parts department, I hadn't issues. I cannot comment on motorcycle sales be as I have not yet been able to afford a new motorcycle.

Nick must be the owners son as no owner in their right mind would have such a non-caring, lackadaisical, employee working for them! He knows nothing about wave runner models and doesn't even know what is available for purchase! I went in and sat with Nick for more than 1/2 hr and got nowhere as to what models I can purchase. I proceeded to leave my email and asked him to send me the available models. 3 days go by and still nothing. I called and spoke to Nick again and said he was too busy with customers!!!! You believe that? On top of that he didn't even remember what we talked about. I would think that a potential customer wanting to spend over $30,000 would have ut most attention! If you want your business to close hire this guy!
