Totally ethical and unbelievable service!Spoke to Dan on the phone and agreed to bring my car in. They have a beautiful waiting area and they drove me back home in their courtesy car. They provided a very detailed inspection although they could not find the issue they were honest and professional.

My experience, while expensive was outstanding. Mark took his time to explain in detail everything I needed, (trust me the list was long) after dealing with the people at Christian Brothers I am confident and comfortable knowing I have brought my SUV to a place I can trust. My Pilot is a 2009, in which I have never taken it anywhere other then the Dealer.. however, I think I have found a new mechanic. After driving past their shop for 2 years. I finally decided to stop and I'm thankful I did. Thank you everyone, for making my 1st experience wonderful..

You looked at the whole car. Explained what was going on with photos and advised on what what necessary. You followed up with me to see how things were going and you helped with instalation pricing reduction when another unexpected problem popped up. Completed a pre purchase check on a vehicle I was looking to buy at Christian brothers today. They had been very detailed and being very patiently explain all the details with detailed images and able to identify all potential issues I may come across with the vehicle in a reasonable manner. Service was also reasonable at $129+taxes. Keep up the great work!!

The staff here are all really friendly. They took the time to explain the services needed to me. They re-rolled my car several times to get my alignment spot on after I had some issues elsewhere. The prices were very fair. The waiting room is very comfortable.

The service at this location was great. Marcos & Joe were both exceptional. Both kind & patient. They helped me understand what I needed & I felt like the prices were very fair. I live near a few auto shops & but will to go out of my way to come here. Brought my car in with a dead battery. Agreed to the inspection but told them I needed the battery changed to be ready by end of day, 7 hours away. They called me 2 hours before closing and told me that the replacement would cost $200 more than any other quote I received. I had no option but to take it as i needed the car back. I complained at their inflated price and gave them examples of others lower quotes. Once i arrived, they magically found a lower cost battery, but was still $170 more than my other quotes. Wish they would have told me up front or called when with time to pick anohter option. On top of it all they didnt take the time to put air in my tires which they said they would at drop off. Certainly understand how they fund that fancy office package they have. Do not go, they WILL rip you off.Service: Battery

The nicest auto shop I've ever been too. Very comfortable when waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. I can always depend on an honest and courteous conversation about what my vehicle needs now and in the near future. Love that they can shuttle me if the wait is longer.

Very welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My favorite part of the experience is the digital inspection report that shows you the problem and recommendations and urgency. Never any pressure and there willingness to educate me on the workings of my car help to make the right decision. Crew is very knowledgeable. It was such an easy and pressure free environment where the information and choices on what maintenance to proceed with were very easy to understand, quick, and conveniently sent to your email or phone via text. It didn t take long for them to do the work, and they saved me quite a bit based on the quote I got from the dealership. So friendly and attentive, too. First time customer at Christian Brother Automotive. I m a car enthusiast and was here for a brake flush and inspection before a racing event. Christian Brothers value your time, my car was taken into the bay and getting serviced promptly, at the time of my appointment. My technician Rafal took the time to inspect the car and pointed out potential issues and items that will require service in the near future. Great customer service, fair prices, will recommend to friends.

Highly recommend Christian Brother Automotive in West Chicago. I was very impressed from start to finish with their facility, staff, tech's and the owner. I brought my car in to have lowering springs added to my 2019 Kia Stinger. When I arrived I walked into an immaculate waiting area. The nicest facility I've ever taken a car to. I spoke to Marty when I walked in and he really impressed me with his knowledge of my car and the part I was installing. I could tell he researched the work that they were going to be doing which was great. They ended up having a former Hyundai/Kia tech work on my car which was awesome. It was nice to have someone who knew my car perform the work. Also while I was there the owner Boris made it a point to come out to the waiting room to thank me for bringing my car in, I was able to learn more about their business and other services they provide. Overall I was very impressed and I couldn't be happier with my visit. I will definitely be coming back and will be sharing my experience with others. My car looks great, the price was very fair and I really appreciate the level of service I received. Thanks so much Christian Brothers Automotive!

We are so thankful for the service we received. Our work van stopped running and after taking it to 3 mechanics, we were recommended to take it here. They preformed an in depth diagnostic and Joe communicated everything clearly in a timely manner. After the manifold, computer, and numerous other parts were replaced our van was back on the road saving us from buying a new work van. You guys are my first recommendation for an auto mechanic from now on. Thank you!

I went to get a tire pressure sensor replaced initially and let's just say my experience was not good. However, I worked the issues out with the owner and my second experience was top notch. I'm glad we were able to redeem the experience.UPDATE 7/7/23: went to get my brakes replaced and brake fluid serviced. It was an absolutely wonderful experience. Customer service is top notch. Definitely recommend.

I appreciated the transparency of the experience-getting a full detailed list of the findings during my vehicle inspection that included photos was very helpful. Update: the service was quick! They were able to diagnose and fix the issue within 24hr hours! Unfortunately my rotors were warped which was causing my car to shake and needed to replace both brakes and rotors. Their text message function is super convenient, I received the estimate via text, reviewed everything and approved repairs right from my phone.Called them last minute for a car issue and was able to drop off same day. They ll take a look and let me know the next day. So far the experience has been great. Both over the phone and in person, staff was nice, attentive and super helpful. Will update once car is serviced!

I just got my car back and I am a very happy lady! Went in due to my check engine light coming on and everyone on the team was very helpful, as well as the owner. Loved the communication during the whole repair process and how up front they were about the cost of each item. I never felt like I was in the dark about what was going on with my car, which is something I have experienced at every other repair shop/dealership I have been at. Especially loved that they updated me with future concerns I may have that weren t as dire as the ones I came in with. Definitely give this company a shot! We brought one of our vehicles here to have a skid plate and grill replaced. They quoted us about an hour labor (I had the parts) which was more than reasonable since the whole front end of the car had to be removed to get to the two screws. We arrived to pick the car up about 5 minutes before they closed on a Friday and unfortunately one of the parking sensors had unseated itself. I pointed it out expecting to have to come back on Tuesday but they said they'd take care of it immediately. They rallied all their techs, who stayed after hours, and corrected the issue for us before closing for the weekend.Pricing was as quoted.5 Star Customer service.We will absolutely be back and recommend this shop to friends and family.Service: Body & Trim
