The staff is very helpful, very knowledgeable, and beyond supportive to their customers. Ivan exemplified phenomenal customer services with an irate customer who based his attitude on Belle Tire doing their job in a timely fashion. Totally recommend this location for any future customers.

They don't stand by their contract at all. If I could, I would not leave any stars. I would recommend no one to get their tires fixed or brand new tires from here at all. The staff was rude and the manager was there would not come out of his office. I asked to speak with them. They said he was busy. I am reaching out to the Better Business Bureau. And talking to a lawyer. Thay suck.

Great company and location. Staff here are on point and trustworthy. They've gone far and beyond what was expected and helped in areas I didnt expect. Came in for tires, THEY PRICE MATCHED and then helped repair my battery connector for free along with completing a repair and keeping w/in my budget, even though another problem became visible (up on the lift) once the repair took place.

Matteo and his manager were extremely helpful and professional. They made sure I understood whether I needed additional services and were clear on cost. Additionally, Matteo was very patient with me as I tried to understand the difference between my two quotes.They got me in days sooner than I expected, and have a nice, very clean area to work if you have ro wait for your car.Definitely recommend.

Was able to get the tires I had wanted installed on my truck the same day I called. It was later in the day too around 2:30-3:00. Before coming to belle tire I had went to discount tire however they refused to install the tires I had wanted even though they had them in stock and told me the previous day over the phone that it wouldn t be a problem. Discount tire also does not do alignments as Belle tire does and will check the alignment for free while your there! Very happy and I am for sure going to Belle tire whenever I need tires again in the future!

The people here are very nice,I have not had one person that I did not like that I spoke to. Gave me a very fair price on my repairs and very fair time to take care of my vehicle. Highly recommend Bell Tire.

Im in the Service Business and a tough Critic, totally exceeded my expectations and left thinking someone Actually Gets It! These guys are Awesome!!! I will be sending them a A+++++ Review on Google. They wouldnt let me pay for removing a nail in my tire and repairing it. Cannot say enough about the customer experience. Truly a Great Team and Location!!! I will refer this location to everyone I Know! Great Job Guys!

A bunch of balancing weights fell off my wheels just 2 days after spending $1700 on new tires. I found them on my driveway. Balancing tires is supposed to be the specialty. Who knows when the rest of the weights will be flying off. Don t drive behind me.

I give 5 stars because they offer free air to fill your tires! There's a very nice digital screen air compressor in the back of the shop (outside). Just pull up and fill !You set the # first for how much air you want and just press the nozzle on your tire air valve. It auto stops when it hits the preset psi. Easy as that I also came in for a nail in my tire, they patched it up and I was in and out in 20 minutes!10/17/23 edit:Had to come here for yet another nail in my tire , this time a different tire . Called ahead and they were happy to take me in even with 20 minutes to close. Very friendly service, willing to price match, and can order any tire for you even if not directly on their website. Once again out in 30 mins or less. Thank you Mark and Ivan and the techs for yet another good experience

Stay away until their techs get more experience. Sales team was great, however having to return because new tires were balanced incorrectly twice is annoying. I was in the waiting room for 7 hours total in my three visits for 1 set of new tires.

I visited this shop because one tire had a slow leak. I had to wait about 30-min (they were busy) but then the rep came to me saying that I m all set . I had a puncture which they repaired for no charge. I was surprised to not be charged for the repair service. When it comes time to replace my tires, I ll definitely try out Belle.

I ve been hearing about Belle tire for months and finally decided to check them out. Needed to get my regal GS running smooth again and was dreading to do so since quotes everywhere were ridiculous, once I came through the doors I was nicely greeted and assisted by Raymond, he heard my whole rant on everything I knew about what was wrong with my car and assured me anything I needed would taken care of and at a reasonable price since I had told him about my previous quotes especially with my brembo brakes, he helped me with options and finally got down to an extremely great deal I would have never received anywhere else. My breaks were horrendous, my oil was jet black, they changed my brake light that was out. And air filter. Pretty much my beautiful Buick got a face lift and tummy tuck all in one sitting and my finances weren t burnt. So thankful for this experience and I ll definitely be recommending Belle tire to everyone I know.

I walked in needing a plug in my driver side rear tire. Kyle/Ivan assisted me. He was very professional and to my surprise there was no charge and they rotated my tires at no cost! I highly recommend this Belle Tire!#Greatservice

I just bought 4 unique truck tires from Belle Tire in West Chicago. I worked with Mateo. He was Fantastic because I had a strange size for and 53 Dodge truck and Mateo spent a lot of time with me finding the right tire. Then he gave me the discount as well. If you go to Belle Tire in West Chicago, ask for Mateo he is the best to work with.

I don t venture into tire shops or any auto repair shop often due to being a former mechanic and knowing the junk and price gouging that happens . That being said, I was not expecting how straight forward the manager was on the extra things my car needed above and beyond just the tires I came in there for, and the price matching that they advertise was unusually easy to deal with here . Shocked at how well this particular store is managed and operating.

Had a slow leak in one of my tires, called and was able to get in to get it looked at. They had it repaired and ready to go in less than a half hour. Nothing fancy, but timely and very helpful for the situation.

Happy to have Belle Tire close to home. The building is clean and beautiful and the staff are friendly. Took my car there to get a tire repaired after I found a nail in it. They were happy to assist and helped me get on with my day. Would recommend you check them out.

In my opinion I will never use this particular place . It might depend on who you are dealing with in the store . But I got one price for tires one day ,went back the next day the price was higher with items that were never disclosed for additional charges like installation fees . I never had to pay installation feesin over more than 50 years of driving and tire replacement for the many cars I owned . The price of tires always included installation . I left and went right down the streetat a major chain auto store and l bought the identical tire for a much lower price and no installation fees or other add ONS that were not needed and were not requested by me.The manager got sarcastic when I questioned the quote the day before and the installation fees and other charges he wanted today not included in the first quote the day before .He said are you installing them your- self in an arrogant manner and sarcastic tone . I told him to knock off the comedy routine . I did not appreciate the treatment .,Or the demeanor or the attitude . I left and will never go back . I do not like one price one day and the next other charges , that I was not told about the day before . If you follow the logic of this manager , the next time you go into a restaurant ,the server will ask you if you want the chef to cook your meal and charge an extra fee for the chef or do you want to prepare the food yourself ? By the way ,forks and spoons and plates are extra also , unless you bring your own . What a way to treat a potential customer .

I thought having this new store right around the corner from work would help out with maintaining our fleet. Now I remember why I go to Discount Tire. Simple nail patch 20-30 minutes turned into 90 minutes. The truck was in the air with the tire off for an hour. They are training someone . Thanks, that helps me.

I took my truck to Belle because I had a slow tire leak. They took the tire off the rim and showed me the culprit a nail that couldn t be seen from the outside of the tire. The repair took longer than expected so the manager didn t charge me. I was impressed with their service and I highly recommend them.

First off I truly don't like the idea of writing a bad review.So for 3 days I've been going back and forth with this location as well as corporate.On Monday I had an appointment for get 2 tires and an alignment. Appointment was at 5pm. I get there 4:45 to see a packed lot and all stalls filled. I walk in and tell them I have an appointment at 5 and ask how long the wait is. Was told "not that long". I ask what's not that long..."right now 45 minutes to an hour"I tell them I can't wait that long as the wait is 45 minutes and tires/alignment is 1 to 1.5 hours...thats 2 hours plus.I set up another appointment for Tuesday at 3:30. Get there, same exact thing. They were packed, long wait...ect.I understand they are new, busy...ect. But if if a customer takes the time to set up an appointment...please honor the time of the appointment. Walk ins should take second to appointments. And if I set up the following day (knowing I was disappointed with the first appointment) please be somewhat within reasonable time to the appointment.Meanwhile I'm talking to corporate about the "found it lower" on a tire which lead into this debacle. They said they would have the west chicago location call me directly to resolve the appointment issue...never got that call (2 days so far)Fyi...they didn't honor the found it lower price on a tire (my web link didn't work they said) that I sent them from Sam's club. Same link I found with a simple Google search of 5 seconds or less.

Best tire shop in town I called to see if they could reprogram my tps sensors and they took me in right away and got me out within 15 mins. Guys do excellent work I will recommend them and consider taking my vehicles for any tire issues I have thanks guys
