I just came in for some oil change items and right away I was greeted with some awesome customer service. The store was busy, but the manager Ari took the time to make sure I ve gotten all the necessary products for my oil change. Now that is working above and beyond for a customer. The store is well organized and clean and everything is so nicely kept. I d definitely recommend you stop in. Thank again Ari!

If I could give zero stars I would. I went in for new bulbs for my headlights. Was told that they assist with changing them out. Well the associate came out to my car and told me that it was too complicated. Said that there was traveling mechanics on site to and they could give me an estimate. I declined and went home and googled how to do it. It wasn t very difficult and no special tools were needed. I had issues with some build up so I brought the car to Autozone in Montgomery and he changed them in two minutes no mechanic needed. The guy in West Chicago was screwing me over. Not happy at all. Please don t take their word if they try to send you to one of the mobile mechanics on site. Shout out to the Autozone in Montgomery. The guy was so helpful.

Hands down awesome service! Although this Autozone is a little out of my way, I dont mind it as I m sure it ll be the only trip I make. I m always going to recommend this spot! Knowledgeable and helpful employees

Thank you to the autozone employees for not asking if my truck is a 4wd to get a throttle body lol. They had the part in stock like advertised. Was able to get my 5.4 3v back in chevy beating status

I absolutely recommend this Auto Zone. It had a wonderful and clean environment along with very helpful employees like Musa and Mohammed. They were able to assist me with what I needed and any questions I may have had in a short amount of time. They even helped me with my windshield wipers in the rain I might add which I truly appreciated as a valued customer.

I had to get a battery for my vehicle and it was hard to find and no store had it, Mohamed helped me a lot and installed the battery for me! I had no idea how to do it and he was more than willing to assist me. He even showed and taught me at the same time, and I will definitely Always come back to get parts or anything from him! 10/10 service and hospitality!!!

I went in to buy some cleaning items for the car and when I asked for help the young lady Ari helped me and was very knowledgeable. She was very kind and provided me everything I needed. Would recommend this store over any other Autozone. Amazing customer service.

Manny p assisted me with replacing my front headlight. He was extremely professional and polite and answered all my questions. He was nice enough to replace my headlight in the 90 degree heat with a smile on his face! Great service I would highly recommend and will be back! :)

The parts lady gave me the wrong oil filter, did not know that it was in the incorrect part till after I had drained the oil and taken off the oil filter housing. Would not come and deliver the correct part when they messed up. Will be taking my business elsewhere as what they did was completely unprofessional. AutoZone needs to hire employees who know how to read and pick the parts out correctly. As well they must hire employees who know the basics of automotive parts.

Needed a new low beam headlight. I wasn't able to install it myself, so the manager Ari took care of it for me at no extra charge. It took her 5 to 10 minutes as the old one was hard to get out, but she persisted and took care of it. This is the kind of customer service that will have me coming back here even if a part costs a couple extra bucks than I could find it for on Amazon. Thanks Ari and Autozone!

Customer service was excellent, the whole staff had a good energetic energy. They greet you as soon as you step in. They advised me on the parts I needed. Definitely recommend this location.

Couldn t be more pleased with my experience tonight. Rudy and Danny guided me towards purchasing the right battery for my vehicle and the two of them changed it in the freezing cold temperatures outside. They were both very friendly and made sure they did a thorough job.

Very good experience. Manny helped me out big time because I m very unfamiliar with cars. A friendly, and fast experience. Even got to see him change the battery right in front of me! I will definitely be coming here again. :)

What a greeting!Stop at this AutoZone for the first time looking for some guidance on some headlights, this team took the time to listen to my needs and walk me to the aisle for the headlights I needed , then they ask me if I needed help with the installation. 10 out of 10,Kudos to this team effort.

Its 10:34am central. Google shows store open. Nobody is there or answering calls. No way to run a business. I get its saturday but at least have your hours on the web updated. Even displaying hours on the doors would be nice.

Told to go find parts in the isles that were on the back shelves and required part number look up. Wouldn't get off their phone while trying to ask for assistance at the register. Part also out of stock presumably due to poor/lazy inventory tracking. Go somewhere else if you don't want to waste your time.

My wiper blades where going very bad, and in the middle of a snow night I came in and Manny helped me out AND put them on! Was very helpful and I was extremely happy that he went the extra mile to add them on my truck, help like this makes you want to come back, thanks for the great service Manny!

Stopped in to check if my battery needed to be replaced and Manny was there to check the battery, alternator and run a few other tests. He was more than happy to help out even with the rain coming down. Glad he was there today.

Use to be a decent place to get things with good service. Now every time I come you have employees standing around and just talking to each other while customers are waiting for some help.

Manny from West Chicago was very helpful. Came out in the cold and snow to do a check engine light and had all the info printed and ready for me when I went back inside. Loved the service.
