Absolute joke of a facility now. Johnny needs fired, he is an idiot. No customer service here...will make you wait and let people just come in and pass you so he doesn't have to deal with a return....plausibly the worst customer service I have ever seen...go to fairfield or mtv...he sales you a belt a d says it has warranty, but when u bring it bavk he can't seem to find warranty info on it....then 1 call to mtv and it's a lifeti.e warranty belt, they new it 5 seconds....don't trust this place...they just don't wanna deal with anyone...all about the sale.

My home town napa very convenient and the counter guys know their stuff. You would always prefer to drive by but when the car or truck demands help stop by.

One of the few Napas left that always has a knowledgeable staff and is able to find parts on your less than typical older equipment. Service has always been top notch
