They're great!! I Highly recommend them. They use videos of your car to show you what is going on. Very honest. This is my second car * 2015 Mazda 3) with them and they do a great job.I even got my tires from them. Their price was the same as tire rack and I get free rotation, and was able to add hazard insurance to the tires.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. They have always treated me great. I have purchased 2 sets of tires here for my vehicles in 2022. Also, I had service done on a tire with a leak.They were very fast, courteous and just great! Back again today for a screw in my tire. Fantastic and fast service again. Highly recommended.

They were thorough, responsive. When I picked up my car everything was explained. Nothing was done that I did not ask them to do so there were no extra charges. Happy, will use them again

I've been waiting here for two hours to get a nail removed from my back tire. This place needs a quick service lane for minor repairs like this. It's ridiculous that you have to wait so long for something so minor. I will never come here again! I rather pay more for faster service.

Wouldn t go back. Asked for a tire rotation and alignment. They didn t actually rotate the tires and actually made my alignment worse, now my car pulls to the right heavily.

I was able to call in and get an oil change, and tire rotation the same day! The servicemen showed EXCELLENT customer service! The service was timely and they explained to me how much tread is left on my tires, and how much more time I had before I got my brakes replaced. Definitely 5 stars!!! They stand in a class of their own.

Honestly these guys are just breathtaking. For a woman like myself looking for good honest people in the mechanic industry. I travel to them all the way from round lake Illinois. I will be recommending them to all my family and friends. They will break down what they are doing to your car to your understanding. God bless these guys

I've purchased my last three sets of tires from Waukegan Tire. As my tires were getting close to the end of their life, and I have a long road trip coming up, I decided I should play it safe and get new tires now. I called with the tire make and model I wanted and found out that was discontinued but a newer version was available. They brought in the tires same day and the swap out was done in about 45 minutes while I waited. I could ask for better service than this!

Got me quickly to check tires because my dash light came on. Could not find a problem so they added air and got me down the road for now keeping an eye on the dash! Very polite and explained why I could be having a slow leak that they couldn t find.

I called late in the day for a tire repair/change out. Probably less than an hour before they close and they said sure bring it on in. As I arrived to hand in my tire -I found out that they had to send a runner to their sister store to get the tire I was needing . The service technician greeted me by name( both company and my given)he knew me and my company before I got there, for I never told them that information. I was pleasantly pleasing to know they took the time to inquire about me. They had the tire up and ready to go within that hour before they close and I was great full for this. And the tire was decently priced.My sincere thanks for the speedy, welcoming ,,and friendly service . I m sure I ll be back be for the year is out .

A well priced ; efficient and with very good manner . They even check your brake . For most kind of car ; same day tire replacement even my brother s car is a 2000 Mazda Protoze . 100 % satisfied.

Very happy with their service, very professional and helpful. The last 3 times I ve been there to get tires, rims and other issues, David the guy in the front helped me a lot, excellent customer service. I definitely recommend them.
