Great knowledgeable/friendly service! I was initially in the market for a new set of rims and tires for my 2016 BMW X3 and was referred to Rauch Auto by a trusted source to assist me. Being a novice myself when it comes to cars, they were able explain the various characteristics (brand, diameter, tread, etc.) of such and helped me stay within my budget. Their garage does not have a showroom for rims, so they directed me to a fantastic website to place my order. Once the order was complete, which came directly to their shop, their installation was timely and without issue. I have since been back for various other maintenance related issues such as an oil change, breaks, new grill installation and will keep coming back as needed. I can now say I have a car guy I can trust for the first time in my life. Took my 2017 BMW M4 for a little work, I know Bob from BMW CCA. He is very knowledgeable, has tons of experience and has very good pricing for quality work. Above all Bob and Margaret are very nice folks and it s always a pleasure to see them. I would definitely recommend Rauch Auto Care for your cars needs.

Bob Rauch is a very knowledgeable BMW mechanic. He has worked on 3 of my cars over last 6 years, (E39, F31, G30). He works on other German makes as well. Originally came to him for tire replacement and found that he was really helpful with all of my cars, including the G30 will still under warranty. In the age of automation and efficiency, Bob and Margaret are keeping it real. Together, they run a family business delivering expertise and service that matches (or beats!) what one can expect from the best dealers or independent shops out there. They have kept my e21 and e30 BMW's running beautifully and keep my '05 Jeep Cherokee on the road, as well. Be conscious about who you give your money to and know that you can't go wrong with Rauch Auto Care.

Bob knows his way around a car. I broke a brake rotor and Bob had no problem changing out my parts when I had an issue removing the caliper bolts. But pointed out a few other preventive maintenance issues that I took care of. Top notch service and very highly experienced with BMWs. Highly recommend.

Really nice people. Had my tires delivered here by TireRack and it was one of the places they recommended. So glad I found them. They replaced my tires for less than what I would have had to pay at the Karl Knauz dealership. My car is driving so smoothly, I love it! I also asked them about a light bulb that my car has been warning me about and they immediately set me up with another appointment to come back later and have it fixed. I will recommend them to everybody I know and I m definitely coming back here myself if I have any other issues come up. Thank you Rauch Auto Care for making my vehicle safe for me and my kids just in time for the snow!

This is a hidden gem...in Lake Bluff just off 41north. If you have a car you care about bring it here for your service. From Mercedes to Toyota's, they know everything... I have had my all cars taken care of with Rauch for years. Bob and Margaret are the best!

I wanted to book a day to fix my car. The first time I met him he offered to shut the EL and mentioned to me a fix that needed to be done. I stopped by a second time to tell him that the engine light was finally out, and that I wanted him to look at the leak issue. He was busy eating his hamburger though the shop was obviously open, and said to me I can t fix it, it will cost 1k. I asked him to share the cause of the leak and he said I have to book a time. Then he practically kick me out without a reason. Actually he did have a reason, he had to finish his hamburger and had no time and patience for me.

I ve referred a number of friends to Bob and Margaret. This is a thinking mechanics workshop. Problems are accurately diagnosed and repaired. Too many shops practice swaptronics tossing parts at cars hoping one of them fixes the problem. Not here. Bob knows what s he s doing.

I live in Florida now and can t always get back to Rausch Auto Care, Bob is great giving me advice over the phone and even talking to the mechanic here. I m so grateful that they still take care of their clients even when not on site. Thank you Bob and Margaret.

i wouldnt even give this dueche bag a review very rude and snotty wouldnt recomened bringing any car you care about to him or a AAA member car as well
