I want to say a big thank you to Kyler who was extremely helpful. I brought my son in there to get wipers for his car. He helped us put them on. The ones I got at first needed an adapter. Kyler got the right wipers he needed and put those on. He was super helpful and very polite. Thank you Kyler!

Cant believe it.. called, was put on hold. 5 mins later, phone picked up n asked to hold. Drove across town to the store while on hold. When i arrived i saw two employees just chit chatting (didnt care to look at names, just faces) phone rang a couple times while at store n they just kept putting people on hold to talk it wasnt untill another customer told them to help me that i was assisted, waited about 5 mins before they actually took care of me. Didnt even have the part. Could have answered the stupid phone n saved me a drive. If those employees standing around with their hands in their pants dont like helping customers. They need a new job..

Staff is not very knowledgeable with basic automotive questions. I came in to buy oil for my Audi. I asked they guy at the counter if they had VW approved motor oil. He handed me a bottle of Castrol and said it would work with my car. No where on the bottle did it mention is was approved. Of course when I questioned if this was the right oil I'm made to look like I'm stupid for asking the question. When I pointed out on the back VW 502 compliant is not listed ... they stared at me in confusion. I left went to AutoZone and was able to find the RIGHT oil for my car. Buying oil should be a basic thing at an Auto Parts store....not here at O'Reillys.

Car broke down right across the street from them, and the guy there was just so amazing. I was able to fix my car today literally only speaking to him and YouTube a video on how to change a fuel pump. Saved me hundreds of dollars. Amazing people, excellent customer service, and was very patient while explaining things to me.

Super super helpful and kind. Unfortunately I didn t get their names but it was a father and his 2 boys there working January 2nd. My heater fan went out on my way home to Green Bay and they really helped so much. One of his sons installed the heater fan for me so that I could stay warm inside. Super super great service Very kind people and great store. Would drive all the way back just for that store. Wow what great people work there!

Not very friendly, walked in the guy just looked at me and I asked for the part I ordered online. He didn't say anything, he just grabbed it and gave it to me. I said thanks and walked out, he didn't say a word the whole time. Didn't bother me, I got what I needed, I just thought it was weird.

Went to this store 2 times during their open hours . Once about 30 minutes before close and once right at open on a Sunday. Both times they were closed, doors locked, called their store multiple times with no answer. Upset that they have their hours posted on their door and website with open/operating hours and they can t open/stay open until posted times. I sat in the parking lot until 8:25am before the guy unlocked the door on Sunday morning. Very unprofessional, will not be going to this location anymore.

Very poor customer service ! The cashier Luis was out right disrespectful to my husband calling him lazy for not roaming for the parts he needed which was his job to assist ! Also gave him wrong parts fouly and had a very aggressive attitude! BAD FOR BUSINESS!

I will never go to this or any O Riely s ever again. Sold me a completely dead battery for $210. Worst attitudes I ever dealt with in a store, then had the audacity to lecture me about buying a Motorcraft battery. Customer Service rep on the phone was just as nasty, just with a robotic voice.

I purchased a battery for the suv and asked if they could install it. The guy that worked behind the counter came out and looked at it and said yes he could. It took him about 45 minutes and he still hadn't installed the new battery, he said the terminal didn't fit the new battery. I asked him to put the old battery back on, when he put my old battery back on it didn't work either. I had to call AAA, when they arrived they told me he didn't tighten the screws on the battery that's why my car didn't start. I wasted 3 hours because they didn't know what they were doing. He was extremely rude too.

Ive been there plenty of times but today was one of the best experiences that ive had. Max was such an amazing help! He went way beyond my expectations! Next time you decide to go to this location make sure you ask for Max!

John the manager was so helpful! He came outside and helped change the brake light for us with no questions asked!!! Plus he kept his mask on even outside!!! Thanks John!! We will be back because of you! God bless you and your family!!!! 10 stars!!!!

O'Reilly's auto parts was a good experience. Employees are very help full and knowledgeable and they have plenty in stock for most vehicle's. I was acknowledged as i entered and was told that i would be helped as soon as the person in front if me was done. Excellent costumer service. Check them out.

Walked in for a replacement bulb for my brakes and the book which guides you to the correct bulb for your vehicle was not available after mentioning such to one of the employees to which three were standing behind the counter. The gentleman replied that I would have to wait a minute he was checking for something else. Okay what about the other two and mind you the store was empty. Fire everybody get new staff

I went to O'Reilly's this morning to get replacement screws for my license plate holders. A young lady named Aerie (may be mispelled) not only helped me find the screws but also helped install them. My old screws were so rusty they were hard to remove. She tried several tools and finally was able to remove the old rusty screws and installed the new ones. It was a cold and rainy day and she never once complained. I really appreciate this type of AWESOME customer service.

Alex is a great with anybody and everybody. He treats everyone the same and treats everyone with respect. Also he is knowledgeable of the products and services. Keeps a smile as well.

The manager was so disrespectful and rude.I had to call corporate and file a complaint.I went in to buy a head light for my Cadillac Escalade and the gentleman was so rude he even told me that he's doing 10 people job I told him that's not the customer's problem you cannot take your frustrations out on the customers I told him I was calling corporate and he told me he didn't care the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any O'Reilly's terrible experience I went to AutoZone after that and spent my money

Im not impressed. Same prices and quality as the other large chain autoparts stores we have in the area nothing new here. I Guess it's good to have another source for hard-to-find parts you possibly be in stock locally. Gave an extra star for appearance the store is nice and clean and orderly

Came in with a baf turn signal light, the man at the counter was real helpful. He even lent me screwdriver to replace the bulb. Nice guy, very helpful.

Shopping for a new battery, O'Reilly's had the best value. Great price on a new battery, installed by a very knowledgeable and competent woman named Kassandra. Cecked the starter, and alternator too. Very happy customer.
