After someone recently broke the window of my car after trying to steal it, I looked around for a good price, because let's face it, we are all living low right now. Not only was this guy able to see me right away, he also had the best price. Hands down I recommend this place to anyone that needs replacement glass for their car

Great service! They were running a few minutes behind schedule to no fault of their own and once they pulled my car in, it only took about 45 minutes to get my windshield replaced and get me back on the road!Safelite quoted me over $350!!!! But I left Glass City only paying $135. What a steal! Highly, highly recommend!!!

They were great! My boyfriend got 4 quotes for my window and Auto City Glass beat everyone by 20% to almost 50% and they did a great job. I recommend them for the 2 above reasons as well support local.

I have to say, it looked a little shady online and they run out of a single family home in the middle of an industrial district. The website was rudimentary and they use an AOL email address (I had to confirm those were functional). Howe, they get great reviews and a lot of them so I gave them a shot for my front passenger window in my 15 Grand Cherokee and it couldn t have been a smoother or more positive experience. They were professional, friendly, fast, in-expensive and did quality work. I ll go back and suggest Auto Glass City to anyone in need of their services.

Woman who answers the phone is very courteous and knowledgeable. She took great care of me. And the shop took great care of my car. Also a very fair and reasonable price. Would use again. Location might seem strange, but it's a good company and they do a good job

Had my windshield replaced and my experience was great from start to finish. When I first called to get information, they were very friendly and helpful over the phone. They were able to find and have a new windshield delivered in one day and gave me several appointment options to choose from for installation. Upon arrival, I was greeted when I came in and they were right on schedule, so I wasn't there for several hours like I have experienced with other places in the past. The price they quoted was over $100 less than all the other places that I called and it didn't change with a bunch of add ons when the job was done and it came time to pay. They did excellent work and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the future.

I got my windshield replaced and not only was it a good price but they also finished quick.. They took less time than what they said it was going to be. Such a great job! Very friendly as well! I would recommend everyone to come here.

I came here after having to replace my entire windshield. Not only were they very friendly but this was the best price I could ever come by. Entire process was completely easy and I was out of there in about 45 mins. Great experience and will come here for now on with any replacements I need in the future.

Unfortunately my car was burglarized I had my window smashed in while in Milwaukee. I needed my window replaced quickly and didn't want to spend too much. They did an incredible job. Took care of it in exactly 45 minutes and were so nice! Perfect place when you're looking for as little hassle as possible.

Great staff and great pricing. Called and got in the next day. Had to get a used window but looked good as new. Friendly/helpful staff. Was done within 45 minutes. Gives warranty on labor. Also offers military discount. Would recommend to anyone!

The waiting area was a living room setting which made it more comfortable than most waiting rooms. It took a little less time than they said I would have to wait, which was a big plus. I called a number of places for pricing and they were the cheapest by at least $100. Not only were they cheaper, they did great work.

They were absolutely wonderful, even in the mix of this chaos. My back window was vandalized (shattered) and they got me in same day and did it in an hour. (Good price too) completely on time. Thank you! Recommend for sure

My glass was fixed more than year ago. But I am writing only now. The total price was 170 including new glass. It could be less if glass was used. Quality was amazing. They even reused the old molding without any leaks. Everybody around gave me about 270-330, but only glass city gave a normal price. Thank you very much guys. You are the best.

I've been using them for at least 25-30 years,so long that I cannot remember first visit but it was long ago! That said one thing is for sure I come here with every vehicle that needs glass work! So quick , so friendly! Unbeatable price for my Chrysler Town and country front windshield. Bianca at the front desk was so friendly. The owner was so welcoming and so kind. I didnt know there was another location ,here in Kenosha. The drive to Waukegan was worth it, due to such a great overall experience. I was referred by friends, and will refer my friends.

First off I want to say how this place was the cheapest price I found and I called every windshield repair shop from Waukegan to Kenosha and these guys are the cheapest. Secondly I had an appt made for 1045am on a Sat and by 1115am they had installed my new windshield. They told me it was gonna be an hour wait but that was a nice surprise. Besides being cash only I think that was my only negative. It was a good experience and would use them again.
