Picked up my 2019 Golf R from here about a month ago. Patty was wonderful to work with and was very nice to my family and I. The car did have a curbed wheel and some scratches that were poorly filled in with a correction pen that weren t shown in the pictures but it was nothing deal breaking. If I were to do it again I d definitely go back, but I d get there a lot earlier cause it got busy quick.

Big shout out to Doug for making this happen. He was super helpful on making this happen especially with my situation. It s a smooth, quick process so trust the process and they ll take care of you. Walking in we were met by an amazing lady-very helpful her name is Michelle! Apart from that Trinity was also very helpful putting the final package together, things were again super quick and smooth, shout out Doug, Michelle, Trinity and the rest of Elite Motors for the hot rideee. Very Professional team! I will recommend many to Elite Motors as they truly offer top tier service!

As a very nervous young buyer who purchased their first car here, I can say that Elite Motors did their absolute best to support me, make me feel comfortable, answer my questions, and walk me through step by step how purchasing a vehicle for the first time looks like. My salesperson I was with, Doug, was very kind, professional, intelligent, and humble which helped me a lot with my nerves. I felt valued, listened to, and in good hands while networking with him. Additionally, Machelle greeted me with big smiles and we had great conversations that helped me feel connected and valued as well. Lastly, I forgot the woman s name that helped me with the paperwork, but she was very helpful, quick, and informative which I admired as a customer.Overall, I had a great experience and would 100% recommend this place to others. Great environment, great people, and of course, great selection of cars!

Horrible Place. STAY AWAY. Sold me a lemon. They claimed the Jeep had no issues. Everything was 100%. The sales man (Doug) told me that they replaced the brake pads and rotors before I got there. Took it home 4.5 hours away. The check engine light came on. The Jeep did the Death Wobble twice. PLUS... The brakes went out temporarily 3 times while driving over 55mph. Took it to a Jeep dealership. Had certified mechanic look at it. U joints. Springs, brakes, transmission, shocks, struts, radiator hoses, belt, and numerous other items need to be replaced. Jeep mechanic told me not to drive it long distance until it's all fixed. Called the dealership and told them what all was wrong. What the Jeep mechanic said. Elite claimed their mechanic stated nothing was wrong with it when they sold it to me. Stuff just doesn't magically go bad overnight. I got nothing but attitude from Elite. STAY AWAY from this place.

Came here to buy my first car. They have an amazing selection of cars in amazing condition. Doug helped me get the car within my budget and kept the entire process relatively quick and easy. I bought a 2019 VW Golf R about two weeks ago. I am really loving it so far. I have a couple things to say about Elite Motors. I was immediately greeted by Michelle, who was by far my favorite part about the dealership. She was so kind and great at making small talk. She seemed like she genuinely cared about why we were there. We had to wait a while though to get with a salesman, even though I had an appointment. It was very busy though. I was introduced to a young salesman, who's name I don't remember unfortunately. He was okay, didn't know much about the car itself, but I understand he was new. We worked the deal with Doug, the sales manager. He was very nice and negotiated with me according to my needs. We then had to wait for the finance lady to do her thing... we waited on a couch for almost 2 hours until we could finalize everything. Now I understand there are normally two ladies and there was only one that day, but what they could've done differently was warned us it would take a while; especially because they knew we were going to go get lunch afterward. We were starving and very irritated. I understand the circumstances, but I am giving 4 stars because of that. They also gave me the car with 1/4 tank of gas and there was sticky stuff all over the back seat cup holders, which was mildly annoying. Overall, we were there for about 5 hours. Other than that, the service was very good and I would recommend them. They have a great variety of cars from daily commuters to high performance cars. Thank you so much team at Elite Motors.

I walked in knowing that I needed a car but with minimal car knowledge. I was helped by two phenomenal reps, Ron and Antoinette. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire purchasing process easy and relatively quickly. I was able to walk out with my dream car that met my financial needs. Very pleased and thankful with the Elite Motors!

I purchased my vehicle in 2019 and got a great deal. They did their best to get me out of that lot with the vehicle I saw. 4.5 years later that car was running great and never had a problem. Unfortunately it was totaled in a car accident but when I called back for help with insurance and several questions they were all super helpful and very nice. Marco the manager was patient and answered my questions and went above by giving me more information about things I can do. His team was awesome as well, I forgot a couple of their names but I really liked that they did whatever they could to help and answer my endless questions Will definitely be returning to purchase a car when I am ready for it.

Best dealership I ve been too, would highly recommend!!! Go with Rob C, best sales man! He was polite, knowledgeable and professional! Marco, the sales manager is the absolute best! I tried getting a truck from my local dealerships but we couldn t agree on a price, while I had a budget. I came in with my budget and Marco told me I ll work with your budget and he did. He speaks both Spanish and English which was great because I came in with my dad and he understood the whole conversation. Will definitely come back and get my next vehicle in the future!

Think about all the horror stories you hear about and see in the movies about shady dealerships and visit Elite Motors if you want to witness it in person. This most absolute worst dealership I have ever dealt with. From the club music and inappropriate music videos on the TV when you first walk in, there were red flags and I unfortunetely didn't recognize. Long story short I bought a car at night, didn't notice it had a leak underneath so less than 24 hours later I call the dealership. Get the voicemail of the manager and yup, voicemail is full. Get the voicemail of my sales rep, yep, full. Try emailing the management team, half of them come back as non-existent and the other half don't reply back. A few days later I get a letter in the mail from the GM thanking me for my purchase and to reach out with any issues or questions. I email and it comes back as non-existent. I call his "direct line" and surprise surprise I get the main line. Again, ask to speak to a manager. Nope, get sent to a full voicemail yet again. I live an hour and forty five minutes away so I finally make a trip up there a few weeks later due to being busy with work and life. Also get a quote for the repair to the car and it comes in at $3000. Check in with the receptionist who tells me to have a seat and she will have someone speak to me. 20 minutes later, she flags down a manager and I hear her tell him a customer wants to speak with you. I watch him roll his eyes and ask what does he want? When did he buy the car? What's the problem? All this while I am less than 15 feet away and can hear and see this whole conversation. Sergio or Marco I believe his name is comes up to me and takes a seat. No introduction, no handshake, nothing. I won't go into detail but I'll summarize. He blamed me for not making more of an effort to get in touch with someone. For not coming in sooner, again I live a good distance away. Says it's not his problem that emails and voicemail were full. And the best part, he has no idea who the name of the supposed GM is that sent me the letter. In the end, traded the car in at a large reputable dealership and ate the cost of a car that I owned for 24 days and put 100 miles on and I got a into a brand new 2024 with a great interest rate. I cannot stress this enough, AVOID ELITE MOTORS AT ALL COSTS!

I was in the market for a Tesla Model S. I came across Elite Motors and their inventory. Shortly after submitting an inquiry I got a prompt reply. I made an appointment to see the vehicle. I arrived and was met at the door with a smile and a warm welcome. The service was excellent. The salesman Sergio was very professional and willing to help in any way he could. He made my experience less painful. I'd recommend Elite Motors to anyone.

Elite motors is a scam. Recently purchased a 2016 Corvette Stingray from them for $50,000. Their pictures were doctored to not show damage to the vehicle and I was told the vehicle was in perfect working condition.For starters, the side skirts are scratched to the core.Secondly, the wheels are severely scratched and one of them has a six inch crack. Wheels are $3,000 on this vehicle. This was discovered because the vehicle was delivered to me with the alignment off by more than 40 degrees.The tires are extremely bald and are from 2016. Very old and I was told they were in good condition.The variable exhaust does not work.They agreed to do the plating process for my car. My vehicle was purchased in March and I still have not received my plate for the vehicle.I highly recommend you do not shop here because they will take you for everything. The car was $50,000 and needs about $5000 in work at least.UPDATE:Barely have driven the vehicle and check engine light is already flashing and car is shaking. More than likely a cylinder misfire. Stay away from elite motors. Absolute POS dealership.

If you have other options probably check their first.1. No one knows what they're doing2. I got my car almost completely empty of gas ($100 out of my pocket fives minutes after buying)3. I had to all but BEG to get their "great warranty" in writing4. They messed up on my financing, didn't call me to let me know and just added the final amount to the loan even though we had discussed multiple times it would go on the card that I left my initial deposit on5. It's very clear they did the bare minimum to get the car they sold "ready" for the customer. Crumbs and coins everywhere

They have the most inventory on used BMW X3 M40i in Chicagoland, so stopped by. Examined exteriors of all of them w/o any disturbance and when one looked promising, went in and talked to Sergio for a test drive. Test drive went great, would have been able to drive further. Sergio explained all of buying process well and professionally, was not pushy at all. So we decided to buy. The whole purchasing process with Sergio and Marco was super easy, professional and pressure free. Very happy with all and especially with the X3! Thanks!
