This place needs help. Lines are too long because they are short staffed. Also employees I understand when your shift end you ready to go. If the lines are backed up, why not help get the customers out of the door or until your relief shows up.

Searching for a SUV rear window wiper. I arrived at the store after being directed there by the Gurnee location. I was greeted by Cortez, quickly! Although I was mis directed by the previous location, Cortez took out the time to ensure he wasn t mis directing me. He Called the Zion location for a Visual confirmation of the Wiper I was in need of. Sure enough when I arrived the wiper was available! Thanks for what you do Sir!

I placed an order online and was ready in minutes. I mistakenly chose the wrong store, and I had to drive 2 cities over. I drove 30 minutes to get there, but the clerk was very nice and helpful. I explained my situation to him, and we had a laugh. Thank you so much for the help.

Mixed bag on this. Inventory usually has what you need. And staff is usually friendly and knows most of their stuff. However with regulars, it seems they get chit-chatty too long and that greatly prolongs the wait for anybody else that needs to get something and get out. I'm sure there's a time and place for it, but when you see a line forming - you've got to start moving it along. You guys are great otherwise.

My Fianc� goes in to order a part on a Saturday and pays for it. He gets told it will be in on Tuesday. No call on Tuesday morning so he gives a call and gets told they never order it Saturday they have to order it and will be a little longer. Mind you he paid for it already at this point !!! When the part finally comes in they tell him he never paid! Ridiculous luckily he had the receipt for proof !! Turns out it was the wrong part ordered the whole time after we took it to the mechanic he told us it was the wrong part. So myself went to return it ! I have a baby. An employee sees me trying to carry the box in and the baby at the same time and continues to walk past !! I go inside and there like oh thats heavy like yes cant you tell I carried it in one arm and my baby in the other. This location is a Joke ! They waste your time! Do not bother !

This store is ridiculous. I ordered a wiper online that clearly states it fits my vehicle. I go to pick up the wiper and they tell me it doesn't fit my vehicle when I asked them to install it. I asked him why it didn't fit he said I must did not look it up correct or was just looking at all the wipers and completely dismissed anything else I said. Terrible customer service. They then make me return the previous wiper, said they could not do an exchange because I paid by visa, and buy a $30 wiper which was $10 more than the one I ordered. I feel like I've spent extra time and money unnecessarily and also missed out on one of my credits because my order was refunded and he never input my number for the new purchase. I don't care how close it is this store will not receive my time or money again. To be honest autozone in general is not sitting well with me right now.

I went into AutoZones 441 the customer service to show me where to put my device for mileage insurance the gentleman that did it was very courteous he showed me where to put it and he did it for me with no hesitation

Staff is always very helpful. Store is usually pretty clean. Never let down. Good products so far nothing I have gotten at this location has ever been defective or given me any problems. I send a lot of my friends and mechanics here for all my parts and product needs

These guys are phenomenal Gabriel and Andy Were so kind to let me in three minutes past closing to be able to buy coolant for my car. Literally it was a life or death situation because my car was overheating. So glad that they were able to cooperate with me and not be very rude about the situation. Hundred percent recommend this location.

I visited this location recently, and I personally am extremely unfamiliar with anything car related. Thankfully, I was greeted, and welcomed by Andy! He was up front, and helped me find the proper items I needed. Not only that, he explained throughly how to use them to its best advantage. Absolutely wonderful service, thank you!!!

Good parts store to go to just make sure you have the right parts and if you really can't find it they will help you find whatever you're looking for they're very courteous I have gone to a lot of different AutoZone stores and they are very courteous and also they are practicing safety with the coronavirus so everybody be safe out there stay positive and don't ever stop praying and be safe

I went in to the AutoZone on Lewis this past Wednesday 06 May 2021. I asked for help finding a headlight and asked if they were able to help me with installation.He proceeds to say no, this is not company policy, which I understand. I then explain I have gone to general auto Stores during prior circumstances (may not have remembered which one), but I remembered receiving help with installation at the store. I then explained I would prefer receiving help with the installation and going elsewhere may be best for me if Auto Zone was unable to accommodate me. The cashier proceeds to gaslight me and says no one (Autozone or any other auto store entity) helps with installation and he continues to pressure me into buying one of their lights.Check out the photo attached, go to O Reilly's if you truly want customer service. Sometimes it isn't about selling another product/ making a profit, but actually helping the customer get to where they need to be. If you had actually helped me I may not have bought a headlight, but I would have definitely came back to Autozone for another part.

The gentleman who came out to check the car that we needed him to look at do not seem very much interested in providing customer service it was a downer there were a couple of questions asked about when you check your oil my friend thought that you would check your oil as a car ran I was telling her you check your car for oil when the car is shut off I thought my him being a professional he could tell us the best time to check the oil and he agree with me but he never really in a rated the importance of checking the oil while the car is off

Went in for an air filter after the guy brought up the wrong one for my car he finally got it right. The guy who helped me was rude, but the guy who rang up my purchase was very nice.

The parts I needed for my 2003 EXT trailblazer were in stock, LOL, no one else had them. I definitely appreciate the knowledge of the staff and the attention I received until my order was completed. Parts warrantied for life, I definitely can get with that!

They were absolutely above and beyond ready and willing to help. Do everything they can to help. I had a fuel Line ruptured on my home from work. Ended up making sure we got the right size and length. Even walked out with me to make sure. Either that or he thought I would fix my car ( 2 hose clamps and 4ft of hose) and run off before he could catch me stealing parts and the stores borrowed tools. Lol

I perches the duralast wiper blades for my vehicle on of the blades was broken. I went back the following day and was told to bad so sad from the manager of this store !! And it was my bad luck it was broken. It s ridiculous that the afternoon manager has to act like a little kid.

Ordered a part for my car 2 day shipping received it and was the wrong part then had to wait another 2 days when one of the reps told me I'd receive some money back for the inconvenience and then they lied and said I had already got it be customer service and sad. Never going to AutoZone i will stick to NAPA although it's expensive customer service is Quality.
