Gotta say, super fast, very nice gentleman did the test. For a Illinois State run operation, they are doing it right. No wait time either!

Even though the website said not to go on a Saturday, I was the only one there when I arrived. I'm only referring to the location. I was also able to buy my license plates sticker there. Although they did charge me nine dollars and fifty cents.

It is time for this to end,,,,most vehicles are emission ready.....makes no sense to have all of these facilities and staffing open....while taxpayers flip the expenses....

November 2023- The service is quick, but the quality of the (PLATE STICKER) is poor. Pressing it on firmly was not as sticky and the lettering seemed to vanish while applying my finger over it, the lettering on the (registration plate sticker) very poor quality! I would not recommend to get your vehicle registration/sticker here!!!! Go to DMV or get it through the mail, by renewing online.

Went on a rainy day and line was super short and was out of there in less than 10 minutes. Really convenient that they sell the stickers in the office.

Went twice during the mid day on Tuesday and Wednesday. Once for each vehicle. No wait longer than 10 minutes either time. Friendly and helpful staff.

The old man who is serving this morning ,with a manager's badge should dedicate himself only to the fulfillment of his duties, it seems that he is not comfortable in his job or is only waiting for his retirement. TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE!

Probably one of the fastest emissions test service in the Midwest. I've taken 3 vehicles and I'm always in a out , with little or no wait time at all.

Testers are very nice and sweet. In and out in about 7 minutes. Convenient that stickers are sold there now. Only complaint is the attendants attitude, Ken seemed sweet then became very sassy and passive aggressive about having to help out in the front rather than sit in the office. Ken also was a little harsh with attitude to a poor sweet lady in front of me who had trouble inserting her card. Wish he were a little more welcoming as i understand retail is sometimes frustrating but one bad situation shouldn t tarnish your whole day. Ken is also the assistant manager lol.

Got there about 45 minutes after they opened on Thursday morning. All 3 lanes were open and 2 of them were occupied, so I got right in the 3rd lane. I was waved in, asked my mileage, then asked to get out and have seat. The inspector got right to it. Within a minute it passed and I was given the results and a notice that I could renew my license plate sticker in the office. I pulled out of the test lane, turned right to the office. Went into the office showed the person my test results, paid by credit card and left with my new sticker. Very efficient process.

WOW! The person at the bay I went through was SUPER efficient. He did his job so well, was so courteous and I was in and out lickety split! Very appreciative of the way he was with me and how he did his job.

Easy in and out plus you can renew your plate stickers right there. I went on a Thursday morning and there was no line. I would say to avoid after 5:00 and weekends if you can
