Nice mechanic shop with honest owners who treat you like they would want to be treated if it was their car being repaired. If you want your car repaired right with mechanics who have a wealth of experience at a very fair price this is the place. Wish I had found them sooner!!

I've taken my car to them for service several times in the past 6 months. They have done an excellent job each time, in the time frame promised and are very competitively priced! Great value for your wallet and your time!!

Honest and great service at the lowest prices around. On the same day, Don was able to diagnose, order the parts and repair a long-standing problem the dealer couldn t identify. Steve is good too.My children and neighbors come here as well and all have had similar positive experiences.

Steve at Nedza Automotive is awesome. My wife and I had issues with our back hatch of our SUV. Over time, the hinge eroded and the glass literally was hanging on by a thread. Steve ordered the part right away and was able to get us in as soon as the part delivered only 2 days later. Would highly recommend!

Hands down the best mechanic/shop I have been to. These gentlemen (Steve and Don) are honest, courteous, and do good work.One day I couldn't get my trunk open and heard a very mysterious squeaking noise. Nervous to drive, I called Nedza. Steve helped me with the trunk, re-assured me I was still ok to drive with "the squeaky noise" for the time being until they could check it out further. He did all this at the very end of the day and didn't even charge me! This is just one example of how they look out for the customer, not just the job.Nedza provides reasonable pricing and excellent customer service. It is a good, honest business that one rarely finds these days. I love these guys!

Been using Don and the guys for over a decade. Always Honest and fair, great shop very kind and knowledgeable. Only place my whole family will take their cars. You need not worry about a thing if you cone here, HIGHLY RECOMENDED!!

Extremely knowledgeable about all automotive products and vehicle performance. I trust Steve and Don with whatever repairs that are needed and their prices are always very reasonable. Would not go to any other automotive repair shop. Have been a customer of Nedza for the last 20 years.

Don quickly diagnosed the issue and correctly identified that the low pressure fuel pump was the problem. After he got the part installed, no problems since! I've used Nedza's for 30+ years and keep coming back because of their honesty, accuracy and professional work.

Living in the city I have had a bear of a time finding someone to fix my car that I trust. Especially being a woman, I always feel like the auto shops are tagging on "problems " with my Jeep that aren't really an issue but know that I can't prove them otherwise due to my lack of knowledge on that matter. Finding Steve was a god sent when he was able to come to the rescue when my back window was about to fall off the hatch back of my car. Due to his positive reviews, I called him to ask if he could fix a hing on my back door of my jeep. Though he didn't have the part, he ordered the part right away and I was able to bring my car in that Saturday. He did it all under 20 minutes which I thought would have taken a couple of hours because it is a pretty big project due to the fact that my back window was on the verge of falling off the hatch back of my Jeep completely! Oh and one more thing he took me in on a Saturday which was so nice of him he will do Saturday appointments if you ask! Thanks again!

YOU WILL NEVER NEED ANOTHER MECHANIC. Nedza Automotive Inc. is made of up two car geniuses Steve and Don. They know EVERYTHING on domestic cars. Allow me to give you an example:1. My dad's truck broke down in Mundelein. He didn't want to pay for a longer tow to Nedza so he went to the CarStar in Mundelein. Their diagnosis of the truck was that it needed a new fuel pump and spark plugs. It cost him $1300 and the truck was not fixed.Later that week, my dad went to Nedza with me because my car needed routine maintenance. He told Steve about the problem. Steve said "you know Brian, in those 2011 Chevrolet big box trucks, sometimes it's a small ground wire between the mountain of the engine and a chasting."My dad told that to the workers of CarStar. The workers replaced it for $50. The truck worked.WITHOUT EVEN SEEING THE CAR IN FRONT OF THEM, STEVE CORRECTLY DIAGNOSED A PROBLEM THAT WAS MISDIAGNOSED IN PERSON. Absolutely brilliant. My dad vowed to never go to any other car mechanic. 6/7 members of my family always go to Nedza. I am so unbelievably grateful I was referred to these guys. They are the absolute best. Saved me alot of money when they could have easily have done the opposite and they went above and beyond what I would expect!!!!!!! I won't ever go anywhere else!!!!!! So inspiring to have men of such good ethics, genuine customer care and integrity!!!!!!

They are the best! Have been using this shop for more than 20 years now. Wouldn't trust anyone else. They find the problem and FIX IT!! Don't try to sell you something you don't need. I have recommended them to so many friends and they all have the same experience. Great job, guys!!!
