If you want one of these machines, learn how to work on them yourself. If you take it to this location here they are over price in labor and in parts I ve took into machines here and both of them still had issues when I left when I try to speak to the management about it, they act as if they don t give care every time I ve been here My machine would be sitting here for three months before getting it back. Horrible customer service over priced steer clear of them. First issue was the electrical problem. They charged me $800 just to change a fuse box. that was in my 750 and they fix some issues but after I got it back, my relays from my plow were not working and when I asked them if they could help me out and look at it, they told me they were too busy again. I ended up just selling it to a guy that doesn t need it for the plow it said that I had to let go of a good machine for their neglect of learning how to do their job correctly or should I just blame China for the cheap product they sent here to the US in my 650. My water pump was leaking so I took it to them to get repaired another $850 now my fan doesn t want to turn on. They said, maybe I overheated the block the funny part of it was that it was leaking when it was parked hardly drove it only 500 miles on it again please do you do diligence learn how to work on these things yourself anyone who works on four wheelers ATVs, UTVs well they re gonna charge you triple of what you would pay to get your car fixed

Called Monday morning at 9:30, sales person said they would call back after lunch. Did not get a call so I called a different dealer and had purchase wrapped up by 5:00 pm same day.Guess they are not worried about making sales............Powerspotrs of Carol Stream did a way better job of following through......

Friendly will answer any questions or concerns. Has good amount of inventory to view.Very informative and helpful sales rep. The entrance and parking is in the back of the building. Established business that's been there for several years. Plan to go back!

Over the years our family has spent 20k plus buying ATVs at the dealership. I would not recommend getting any kind of service work done here. Find another place for service, it's worth the drive. Some employees are great and others are just plain rude and unprofessional. In hard economic times, I would think a non-essential business would have better customer service.

Lindsay and the whole team at Watseka made the buying process of my Kawasaki KRX 1000 an absolute breeze. From my first phone call with Lindsay, she was able to explain the whole buying process clearly for me from beginning to end. I was more than happy to drive the four hours to pickup my machine. They have a nice small dealership that put their customers first!

STAY AWAY!!!!!THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!!! If I could put a NEGATIVE 20 STARS I Would!!!!!! I Picked up my 21 Z900RS ABS Yesterday They were supposed to be doing the FIRST Service on the Bike it had 277 miles on it when I dropped it Off Picked it up and on the Ride home my ENTIRE Brake Lever Assy. Mirror just began to Rotate Around the Handlebar????? Figured it was the Mirror just loose at first. A few more miles in Now the Exact Same thing is Happening on the Clutch side. NOTE: These have NEVER been Loosened I Bought the Bike Off the Showroom Floor I'm at the Halfway point so I continue Home. I call as soon as I hit my Driveway and of Course Service is Gone for the Day. Just got off the phone with Owner/Service Manager and of COURSE he says it's ALL my Fault,that's How I dropped my Bike off, my Bikes' been in an Accident ANY and EVERYTHING to KEEP from ACCEPTING RESPONSIBILITY for the TERRIBLE and UNSAFE SERVICE that HIS BUSINESS DID!!!!! NEVER ONCE asked About making it Right NOTHING!!! I was a FIRST TIME CUSTOMER Looking for a DECENT Bike Shop THEY ARE DEFINITELY NOT the PLACE to take your MOTORCYCLE!!!! RUN AWAY!!!! This is my 2nd Bike that I've had them do within 2wks.DISGUSTING!! DANGER!!! DO NOT USE!!!!!

This is the best place I've ever had service my bikes. The sales team knows their stuff, unlike the other dealers I've been to that just make something up to make a sale. The people here are the reason why this is my go to place, Russ, Lindsay and Jim are always there to help find you the bike you're looking for without any of the pressure to buy. If you want to support local business this is the first place to go.

Took my 06 Honda CBR here for service. I had just acquired the bike and wanted routine maintenance (fluids flushed), fork seals and throttle cable done. They called and told me my bike was ready, picked my bike up, throttle cable wasn't replaced, and when they flushed my front brake they didn't bleed them all the way so I was left with a soft front brake..... extremely disappointed with that quality of service from a HONDA DEALER. Will never go back again for any of my Honda needs.

Ordered 2022 bike and instructed that it arrived. Drove nearly two hours to pickup and turned out the bike was a 2021. Wasted trip. Furthermore never received a follow up call from dealer apologizing for the error or a way to make the situation right.

Found a motorcycle my wife and i liked. Asked dealer to find a sissy bar with a luggage rack for it. Told me they would call following monday and then call me. Monday and tuesday went by and didnt hear a word. Went back in and woman didnt even look. She finally started calling around while we were there and said she would call me next day. Well its saturday and havent heard anything. Bad business to leave a customer hanging like that thats wanting to spend that kind of money

The only Honda dealership in Illinois I will let work on the Valkyrie. It's a1.5 hour drive for me to get there, I have other Honda locations closer to home but a nice relaxing drive out in the country. Verses heavy grinding northland Chicago area traffic. I would rather have the good service and prices than the push him thru the door and get out Chicago method.
