Brought my 16 yr old daughter to take her Driving test this morning & the ladies were super friendly & it was a smooth process even with the storms in the area! Thank you Christi for being so delightful!

My dad is 89 years old and needed to renew his license. The woman who helped him was very impatient and brusque. She chewed her gum constantly and left him waiting in his car for about 15 minutes while she visited with the other employees. I wonder if she even wants to do her job. Very disappointing!!

Best experience I ever had with DMV staff. Got my license here in August 2020 (stupid virus closing everything on my sweet sixteen). I come from the suburbs because driving around a small town is easier than driving in the city. The woman helping me was very nice, much different from how society portrays DMV staff.

Outstanding! This was, by far, the best experience I've ever had at a government office. When I arrived, there was no one else in line. I had several items to deal with, and two different workers helped me with two different pieces of business at the same time! I ordered new plates and renewed my licence, and I was out in fifteen minutes! Happy, polite, and helpful employees with amazing efficiency. No matter where you are, it's worth the drive!

1/5/24 i went to renew my license cause they have been expired for a year and they made me take a vision test, written test( 35 questions u can only get 7 wrong), and a drivers test around the block or wherever they say and i passed It s $30 to renew a misplaced license or expired license (hope this comment helped)

Roxanne was amazing! So friendly, helpful and professional. They are only allowed to let 12 people in at a time due to covid regulations, so we had to wait outside for about 15 minutes. Once inside, I waited about an hour and a half for my number to be called. They were short staffed but still kept things moving along pretty well. I drive an hour to go to this one because the staff is much friendlier and more patient than other DMVs I've been to.

Sara goes above and beyond in the performance of her job, we d do well with more like her in these government positions. All-in this location seems MUCH more pleasant than the Bradley location.

The ladies were clear, concise about the requirements and efficient. This was done while being very polite and friendly as well. Numbers were handed out, seating was available inside with AC, appropriately distanced. Even with a road test, we were in and out in an hour.(for reference, we arrived 5 minutes before opening with 8 people ahead of us)Well done ladies!

Hands down, the best DMV experience I have ever had. I needed the full driving, written, and vision test, and was very anxious about taking it since I haven't been able to get in at four other DMVs in the area. Michelle, who took the test with me, was wonderful. Everyone else who I interacted with was friendly, professional, and efficient. I won't go anywhere else after experiencing this DMV.

I just got off the phone with a lady very disrespectful and was in a rush to get of the phone with me I was wondering about how I go about getting a motorcycle license and she said what are you wondering disrespectfully. Usually they are really nice people but it has changed a lot

Fast service. Calm, quiet atmosphere with no sign of stress or tension anywhere.Even joked a little with the nice lady behind the counter.

Great people! Super nice! If you can't get along with them your the problem not them! Don't like the wait I suggest going earlier. Only reason they are so busy is so many people going from Kankakee County because the wait in Kankakee is excruciating!

Wait times are ridiculous!!! Was there for 2 hrs waiting for just a sticker renewal! Had to come back the next day to wait again to finally get my sticker. I know I can go online and renew but being a travel nurse its not easy to receive it when needed.

This was the best experience EVER at the DMV on 040121! Opened at 8 AM , I was finished with getting my real id, and a new plate by 8:15! Kristin was AWESOME! Friendly, helpful, efficient, and professional!! Now that's an employee! Thank you Kristin! :)

I suppose the covid thing has some ppl so paranoid, they simply find it very difficult to do little more than constantly wipe down their counter tops, walk around in a daze doing absolutely nothing but appearing to milk the clock, or huddle and talk; while a number of customers not only stand outside of their office in a line for about 20 minutes; but also wait inside the facility watching the milker employees take their time barely helping them with their needed services; which by the way are forced by the government and subject state agency. Sure, I suppose I may have gotten my MVR if I had taken off of work and gotten there before 3:38 pm, just to be stalled until 5 pm and turned away with about 13 other ppl waiting in that lousy line; but why lose more money? We're not as privileged as they are on our job. Maybe they're just overworked because our Sec. Of State office is closed here in Kankakee, forcing us to have to cone to their office. I really can't blame those ladies for their pert mean attitudes when asked simple questions. I may be nastily rude to, after dealing with that. But I can only rate the place by my own personal experience. I wonder what it may be like when our office is not closed for repairs. But Google may not print this true experience it asked for; but I tried to answer.

I LOVE IT THERE SO MUCH , if you search up Bradley dmv you ll most likely see my review. this place definitely deserve 10 stars if I could. The wait time is SO short & I had to get back in line. Even still, I was in and out within 2 hours & in Bradley you have to wait 3 hours JUST to get in on top of the fact that the ladies there are disrespectful & flat out rude. Yanno I dont understand why people work as secretaries if they don t have patience

If you re coming from Kankakee County the drive is well worth it. I was in & out within 10 minutes. The customer service was friendly and fantastic. 5 Stars . This is how a DMV should be run. Much love

Very busy, only because every teenager was getting their license. They were very fast, and efficient. There is a wait at times, but they moved them pretty fast. Very friendly considering how hard they're working right now.

I live in Kankakee but never go to the Bradley DMV, I'd rather make a trip to watseka, the workers are much friendlier, and it's a much more pleasant experience overall. I recently went to the watseka DMV to renew my driver's license and obtain the real ID and the total time I spent there was a half hour,from the time I was waited in to the time I left.

Great place.. Very friendly and very helpful. Glad I went here.Ladys where a big help . I recommend this place. They treat you nice and I like the family atmosphere. .Mar 5 22. Went there with grandkid. Needed a I D and the other place said they couldn't do it without the proper information. The lady at Watseka said Friday that he had enough information to get a ID's.. Of course we came Saturday, it was busy. Seems like alot of people came to this one. Still the ladies still do their jobs being friendly and courtesy and of course knowledgeable. The manager was friendly and helpful. I hope they never change...

Well worth the trip. Very impressed by staff and the facility. Very helpful and knowledgeable of the rulings. Drove to Watseka after the poor treatment we received at Bradley . Well worth the drive.

Very friendly staff. Line moved pretty fast. Well worth the 45 minute drive from Bradley. Will continue to use Watseka DMV for the ease and atmosphere.

I wish Bradley would get it together like this one. Fast, organized, and very friendly staff. In and out in less than 20 min every time I'm here.---- well dropped from 4 to 2 stars. Now it's 1 long line for everything. No longer a line just for stickers and a quick in and out. Way to go DMV.... typical IL way of making things worse.

By far the best experience I've ever had at a DMV.Although they are over an hour away for me and my closest DMV is only 10 min away, including the drive times this was still the fastest trip I've had.

We drove from Cissna Park and arrived around 11:45 and were told they were closing for lunch that we would have to come back in a hour, we went shopping for appropriately 35 minutes . Came back and they were just closing for lunch. So we had to wait another hour to take care of the business. This is BS. It didn't say anything about them closing for lunch.

On my daughter's 16th birthday, I took her out of school early and drove down to Watseka to (hopefully) get her driver's license. When we got there, we waited a reasonable amount of time until our number was called. We gave Kristen all the information that she needed and then she looked up whether my daughter had completed Driver's Education/Behind the Wheel. She had completed it by the end of August but there was no record of it, possibly meaning that her instructor hadn't submitted it. I called her school and her instructor said that he had submitted it but went ahead and re-submitted it. Kristen checked again and told us that most of the time, it takes a day or two for it to process through. Of course, my daughter was crushed and started tearing up. Kristen then called the Illinois Secretary of State in Springfield to see if they had a record of it. The person that Kristen needed to talk to was not there that day. So then she called the Illinois Board of Education. The person that she needed to talk was there that day, but was out of her office at that moment. So Kristen took my name and phone number and said that she'd call me when she heard back from the Board of Ed. We went to Wal-Mart and about a half an hour later, Kristen called me. The woman at the Board of Ed found what was needed, so we went back to the DMV, got to cut back into line and within 10-15 minutes, my daughter took her driver's test and passed! So Kristen was a total rock star...instead of my daughter's birthday being a nightmare, it was a resounding success!!! I have one happy girl! Thank you Kristen, for going above and beyond!!!

I can not say enough good things about these ladies so unbelievable helpful to everyone that walked through the doors. And so much laughter by all in the building. Such a great DMV experience!
