I brought my wife s Subaru in for an oil change. The previous owners of the Quick Change shop had muscled the oil drain plug so tight, I couldn t budge it. I brought it in to have them try and found out the shop had changed ownership. This new place had it off in under 30 seconds and did a spectacular job with everything! Great teamwork and a great crew. They ve just gained a customer and many referrals from me.

Been taking my vehicles here for a few years now. My service is always great! Guys are straight forward, and easy to talk to. Always prompt and make it really convenient to get my oil changed when out running errands. I will continue to come back every time!

Joe and the other guys at Oil Changers are just simply nice and helpful, with any question that I might have they will answer it in Great detail. They change your oil in a timely manner and they do know what they are doing. I have had nothing but great experience coming to oil changers. I've had a lot of bad experiences and other places but since I've been coming here I will not go to any other place except for oil changers. So thank you Joe and to the other guys. I will not go to anywhere else. I also highly recommend them to anybody that needs an oil change.

I have taken many vehicles here and have received exemplary care. I have been treated with kindness and respect. The staff is efficient and works as quickly as they can to get you back on the road. Different names, same great service!

I've been taking my car to Watseka Lube Express for an oil change for over a year, and I always have a fantastic experience! From the moment I pulled in, the staff was friendly and helpful. Joseph, in particular, was amazing. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand.I was in and out in no time, and my car is running great. I will definitely continue going back to Watseka Lube Express for all of my future oil changes. Thanks, Joseph and team!

I left my truck there for an hour and half came back and they didn't do the job and said they couldn't do it because they can't get over time they had another 30 minutes before they closed they were all sitting around not doing anything. They said they had 8 other oil changed came in which means they skipped me in line

Get all our oil changes here. Friendly, fast. Always do a great job!! They even vacuum the floors. This time the lubed the hood latch because it was hard to get open.

Went for an oil change on my 2016 vw Jetta, all was fine and the job was done quickly and correctly, the issue lies with the price, I was asked what kind of oil I wanted and requested but was not informed that it was another $50 charge on top of the $45 dollars the oil change s start at for just the type of oil I wanted. Ended up being $120 for an oil change on a vw Jetta could have at least warned the customer it was gonna be over $100 for an oil change, definitely don t recommend this place to anyoneService: Oil change

Oil change n led light replacement. They blew all my headlights because they put the wrong bulb. On my oil change my car requires Synthetic only... They put regular oil and said my car didn't need Synthetic without my permission. I'd give this place a Big Fat Zero if it would of let me. $270 to replace all my lights. So disgusted. Don't ever go there.Service: Oil change

I love this place. Whenever i need an oil change, I always try to come here! Very polite people, always top off your fluids, vacuum, & clean the windows! Very fast too! I m never waiting long. It s nice to have a small business in a small area full of such nice & helpful people! Thanks for all you do!

Honest place. I asked for a new air filter and the guy told me mine looked brand new. He could of just changed it but was honest with me saving me about 20 bucks. Plus they were fast.

Staff is friendly and service is quick. Topped off windshield washing fluid, multiple other checks, vacuumed my car, washed the windshield, etc. Don't have to tell them your name or anything, they get that info from your license plate if you've been there before. A very nice experience. Will definitely go back!

Great service! They vacuum the inside of the car, make sure the air pressure is correct in the tires and give you a token for a car wash that's down the road. Couldn't be more satisfied.

I was visiting town and needed a change oil and some minor fixes. I tried watseka express lube and Ryan assisted me with what I needed done in my car. He was very knowledgeable and have an excellent customer service skills. This is one of the best experience with quality service so far. I Highly recommend this place and I'll definitely come back here.
