I had two bad tires and they were on it. I didn't have an appointment and they took me in and had me on my way in a blink of an eye! Definitely recommend.

Today was my first time here to get my valve stem fixed on my car. I brought it in around noon-1pm and it wasnt finished until 5:00 pm. Mind you the latest this should take is an hour. My battery light was on when I left & it has never been on before, my car started shaking & revving up. It wouldn't even move any farther. It completely died & wouldn't turn back on I was stranded on the side of the road with my 1 year old son, not even 30 minutes from leaving here. Very unhappy, nothing else should have been messed with when they are fixing something on my tire!! Tomorrow is thanksgiving & I don't even have a vehicle now.Service: Tires

Chance was right to the rescue!We needed air in our tire and he was here in no time at all. He Was supper friendly and extremely helpful.

I've been trying to get in with these guys for a while, I missed my first appointment so I was excited to finally make it to the second one. The reviews said they did good with transmissions, so I trusted them. I asked for them to flush the transmission fluid, but they instead opted to top it off by a quart. Fine, sure, whatever, if the pro says that's what's good, then that's what's good. I was then told it drove better and it didn't hesitate to switch gears anymore. I was also told that the engine was misfiring, which is something I'd never heard in the two years I've owned the car. (It's also my first car, a vw beetle named herbie, and I'm very attached to it). I've always been told that the engine was great, the transmission was the issue. So I was surprised to pick up my car afterward and find the check engine light flashing sporadically and the car trembling like a leaf in the wind whenever I slowed down. My car has always had a natural purr, but it's never TREMBLED. It also felt incredibly stiff to drive, which was horrifying because it's always been a very smooth and fluid car. I don't know what all they did to it, but for what I paid, I didn't expect to receive my car worse off than when I brought it in. I'm literally worried about driving it now, something I've never felt concern for. I regret bringing it here, and I'm extremely disappointed. Young ladies, I wouldn't recommend this place. You'll be better off finding a different mechanicThey also diagnosed it, when I literally just wanted the fluid flushed . Honest, transparent pricing, quick to help, overall great value, competitive, easy to work with. Anytime I've worked with Dennis, I've been treated like I expect to be treated by a friend. He will take time to be sure you're comfortable with your purchase or repair, and the guys here are just as willing to give you attention after a sale as before. Good old fashioned small town service.

I was out of state visiting a friend in Watseka as I was leaving I somehow ended up with bolt in my tire causing a flat tire the gentlemen working 23rd very helpful since they were already closed and they had to order the tire in the mean time they found my spare tire located in my vehicle and installed it. They called me once the new tire came in and installed itn

Told we needed brake pads and rotors...$360 repair. C&C checked the brakes and not needed at this time. Thanks for the honest service.
