Jake Voss repaired my window that has been a problem for over 3 years since the last repair. My last repair cost double, took 3 times as long to repair and wasn't done properly. Jake had my window fixed in half a day plus a full service oil change and my a/c fixed as well. Jake is honest, trustworthy and has fair prices. I will be going to Voss's for all future car repairs. After traveling 300 miles with strange sounds, Jake squeezed us into a late Friday appointment to replace heavily damaged wheel bearings & calipers on both front wheels of our truck. Our weekend move of furniture was salvaged & we were able to relax & enjoy Halloween with our grandkids! Jake & Tim were efficient, professional & extremely communicative during the entire process and had all the right parts & equipment ready to get us back on the road within a couple hours. If you are lucky enough to find a mechanic who does great work, quickly, and at a fair price, you never go anywhere else. This is Voss' Hometown Auto Repair. I am required by law to say that the luckiest day of my life was the day I met my wife but, honestly, the day I found Voss Hometown Auto Repair was a close second.

Just wanted to let you know how considerate Jake is. I work next door at Waterloo animal washospital and we had a customer with a flat tire and I recommended she call Jake he came right away and aired up her tire. She was young and very upset. That is monroe county. Thanks jake.
