Make an appointment to have my car fixed and the oil manager. came back 4 days later at the designated time. was asked. What make car do I have. and was told? We don't work on that car sorry. then I asked simply. Could we get the oil changed. No I have nobody here that can change the oil on a nineteen sixty eight v w Beetle. So I waited for 4 days. Came in at the appointed time and basically got absolutely nothing. On done on my car after waiting for a scheduled appointment.

I bought a set of tires here awhile ago and had an issue much later that was caused by an out of town shop. Came back here and Jonathon Harszy fixed it quickly and professionally. I asked him his name because he helped me so quickly and this is my answer. A great review. Thanks Jonathon. See you again when I need a set.

While passing through Waterloo on a friday from Mississippi to St Louis, we had noticed our rear tires had lost thread and the tires had bumps on them and the road noise was getting very loud. The car was making a roaring road noise and was wobbling when coming to a stop. So, scared to drive any further we searched friday night for tire places in Waterloo and was given this address. We stayed in Waterloo and got up nice and early to get there because we was traveling on into St. Louis. When we got there we was greated by a gentleman and we explained our situation to him. The first set of tires we asked for he did not have but explained to us another brand. I said I ll take anything because we need to get back on the road. Upon hearing that we needed this now the gentleman said that he could not locate the employee that was supposed to have been there and that someone should be in at 9:00 am. It was at this time 8:30 am. Upon saying this he then said that when 9:00 am employee arrives, that since everyone was late, that the 9:00 am employee would be backed up with todays jobs. There was no other cars there? Just my thinking, I think this might be the mgr of the store that greeted us, you would think that if an employee is late he would roll up his sleeve and maybe jump in and get the day started for his company, especially when someone is passing through with issues such as ours? Now I didn t want to move ahead of anyone there or want special treatment, But if I roll in earlier that everyone else, maybe we could get in? I don t know. Sounded like he didn t want to, or maybe didn t know how to change tires. If so, maybe he don t need to run a tire store . Any way, to make a long story short, don t go to this location, just go right down the street to Walmart. They had one car in front of us and we went in and did some shopping for our travels and we got a text that our car was ready before we finished shopping.

We just stopped in with a very stubborn lug nut on my front tire and John was so so so incredibly helpful and kind!! We were in and out in 2 minutes and he even came back out to warn us about a safety concern!!

The staff at Tire Choice was awesome! Super nice, and helpful. I had 4 tires mounted (that I already purchased) and it was only 137.00! I have had no balance issues, and they were done before the promised time! I will be visiting them again for sure!

A few Fridays ago, I went for a basic tire rotation and an oil change. I get home and notice they only rotated the tires on one side. So Monday I go back to have the other tires rotated. That night I get a call from a friend saying that I left an oil stain on his driveway. I crawl underneath my truck and see oil dripping from the drain plug. So the next day I get to waste another lunch break going back to Autotire letting them know my oil plug was leaking. I wasn't about to let them touch my vehicle again so I took my truck to another shop and was told my drain plug was finger tight. I couldn't believe it, what a joke, Autotire can't even get a simple oil change and tire rotation done correctly. I get a customer survey via email and I responded with pretty much this same post. So, I receive a call from their customer service apologizing and letting me know they will send a service credit in the mail. The credit arrives and it's for $20 to use at any Autotire. Oh geez thanks, that's even more of a joke. It cost me $100 and wasted time for a simple service that wasn't done correctly and your going to give me a credit that can only be used at your stores. You really think I would bring my vehicle back to have any type of work done when you cant even rotate my tires and change my oil.

NOBODY would take my old spare tire and wheel to recycle it. Took it by here and they took it no problem. They also were able to take some old gas from a lawn mower. Will do business again here soon. Mark K will take care of you.

I would like to say thank you for informing my wife that air makes noise inside the cars tire as it goes around, but only at low speeds at tight turns. I got to say I never knew that, good to know since I've been working on cars for over 30 years, and come from a family of auto mechanics. And that our car was wrong when the dash sensor light came on indicating low pressure on our 2019. And of course she had to of talked to someone who knows something about cars to think the leak could of been the valve stem when the tires where just put on and no nails or foreign objects where found . But what we appreciate the most was you telling her I (her husband) had to call in and order the tires for her car when she was standing at the counter.Now I know this all happened the week after mothers day, but I feel now I'm in a good mind space to write this. The price point was good , but it's probably safe to say I won't be doing business here in the future, unless the staff changes. No promises. I'm pretty sure the tech that was so helpfull is named Dennis at the waterloo il store.Thank you for the education .

I am the manager of a car rental company and we take all of our vehicles to Tire Choice in Waterloo! The manager, Amanda, and her team provide EXCELLENT customer service!! Quick, friendly, and efficient! I HIGHLY recommend them!!! 10/10

Fantastic service all around! Also the cheapest prices in town! Just got new tires, brakes, and an oil change from then and they had that all done in only a few hours! Incredibly surprised how fast they were! Mark and his team are fantastic! Mark himself was incredible with his customer service! Real friendly and had a great sense of dry humor! He generously saved me almost $500 with discounts and didn't try to upsell me on anything! He was also very informative when it came to choosing my new tires! Definitely will come here again and can't recommend this place enough!

Just went to Tire Choice in Waterloo to get my brakes checked. I was told by someone else that I needed new brakes now. After Tire Choice checked them, they said that I still had some time left with them. Mark was so helpful and personable. I will now be changing where I get my oil changed, tires, brakes, and whatever else they do there. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND checking them out next time you need something done. They are cheaper there, and AWESOME. Thank you guys

Very nice employees, took some tire there to be mounted and do to a defect in the tires was unable to.��Amanda Eads the store manager wrote up a description as to what the issue was and was more then will to help me get my refund back from the company I bought the tires from.

The staff at this location go above and beyond to make sure your safe on the road! They stayed late to finish my vehicle with no complaints. I highly recommend the Waterloo Tire Choice for your vehicle repairs!

The manager was outgoing and friendly - didn't try to up-sell. In fact, he saved me money by letting me know all I needed was a patch, not a whole new tire. The guy in the shop, Jason, did worked quickly and was a nice guy as well. I'll definitely be coming back for both my vehicles. Way better than the auto center that starts with a "D" and rhymes with "robs".

Best place to go hands down ! I got a bolt through my tire yesterday didn t have a way to put my spare tire on and they did if for nothing the most kind hearted people ! Definitely recommend coming here

Failed to properly torque multiple lug nuts on my truck after getting new tires. Nearly lost a wheel with 3 of 5 lugs coming off. They simply deny any responsibility...found others with similar experiences. I guess they are fine if you have a death wish.

I will never go to this place again. On Friday last week called to make an appointment for an oil change and 4 new tires. Of course, they had to order the tires, completely understandable. Set the appointment for Monday afternoon since tires woukd be delivered Monday morning. Monday afternoon went in said the tires were there. However, unfortunately, the mechanic had to leave beforehand for a family emergency. Ok, no problem, rescheduled for this morning. Went in this morning they had my name and appointment information including the tire portion but no tires. So I canceled everything, called Dobbs who got me in today for all needed. Needless to say, avoid this place!

$49 for a patch on a 16 in boat tire. Wow. Never again. They also did not inform me that it would be $49. A new tire is like $79+ I would have done that if I would have known.

Helped me out when i desperately needed some new tires and stayed after they closed to make sure i got two new tires. 10/10 recommend. Extremely friendly as well.

Flat tire at 4pm on Thanksgiving-eve in St Louis. Put on the donut but still had a two hour drive. Called a dozen places in St Louis and on the way out to try and get a tire but all told us they don t carry the size we required. Thought we were screwed until Mark answered the phone. Mark and Tire Choice in Waterloo IL saved our day! Not only did we get that new tire, but had a lovely conversation with Mark! Great guy, great experience, would definitely recommend! They are a little off the main road, but definitely worth looking for!

Great customer service by all team members! I ended up with a bolt in my tire on a Friday evening at 5pm. The next morning I was going on a road trip to Tennessee. Long story short, my car is AWD and all 4 tires needed to be replaced. After multiple calls around my hometown in the St. Louis area, nobody had the 4 tires in stock that I needed because they were special order tires. I called Mark at this location and he was extremely accommodating! Not only did he have all 4 tires in stock at an unbeatable price, but I got there 20minutes until close and his whole team stayed about 15 minutes late and ensured the job was done fast and efficiently! Very friendly and welcoming. Would HIGHLY recommend!!

Wonderful shop. Came in for an oil leak and the technicians caught a few other issues, which included one that could have potentially caused an accident. As someone who knows little about cars I was very thankful that each issue was explained and advice was given on which to fix first. Both John and Jason did a great job on my car and I am especially thankful to Dennis who patiently explained what was going on and even helped budget some of it out. Over all an amazing experience!

This was a miserable automotive shop visit, wish I had gone somewhere else. The guys were the opposite of friendly. When I ask for you to save the two best tires so I can take them with me and there are four being replaced, with two that pass tread depth standards and two that do not, I think it is obvious which two I want back!?CORRECTION - the check engine light issue reported previously looks like it was "unrelated" to this shop visit.Please respond to the detailed customer feedback form I submitted to show you really our concerned about how customers are being treated at your facility. I took the time to fill it out and expect a follow up. Also you need to fix the sign on your door that has the customer feed back contact phone numbers blocked out on it.

Amazing service! The manager is so friendly and accommodating, and the entire staff is inviting. I always come here to get my oil changed and have never had a problem. They even fit my appointment in short notice. Highly recommend!

Awesome customer service! Mark Wallman was extra kind and considerate. I got a nail on my tire on the way to work. He was able to squeeze me in rather quickly in between customers. Thanks Mark for making my miserable moment not so miserable!
