Me and my family had a great and fun experience at Springer Auto Sales test driving cars. Mark and Mason was super nice to us and stay with us even if it s already closing time. My husband and I have been truck shopping for a few months and are so glad we waited until finding Springer Auto.Mason made us feel safe and was very transparent with the trucks we were looking at. We ended finding my husbands dream truck and are very happy with the customer service here. The price was very fair and we feel confident that it will be safe to drive.

Springer Auto Sales was awesome to work with. We met with Mark and told him what we were looking for and he found us the perfect truck. I want to start out by saying my experience was great. I was nervous at first because I have dealt with small dealerships before. They are typically either really good or really bad, I can say this one is one worth giving the shot. The owner Mark immediately contacted me when I acquired about my new truck. He allowed me to look at the vehicle late Saturday night even outside of his normal business hours, and treated me like a human without being pushy. Obviously this is exactly what you want out of a car salesman . Not only did he come in, but his wife also came in to visit with my wife and I. They worked with me greatly and made the process easy. While I was ready to leave he even mentioned he hadn t had time to change the oil and put the new air filter in he had bought. They replaced the air filter and offered to reimburse me for an oil change after I go have it done. These are the things you typically don t get from big dealerships. Big guys don t care if you re happy or if your oil goes without being changed for too long. Springer made sure I was taken care of. Support the little guys, they care the most.

My wife and I received excellent service from Mark Springer and his team. We are quite pleased with the 2017 Subaru Outback we purchased earlier this year. We have since made one minor repair to the car but it involved nothing Mark could have seen coming. On the whole, the vehicle was in terrific shape, looked almost new and was reasonably priced. One final note: when we ran into a snag registering the car in Missouri, Mark dropped everything to make sure the DMV got the form we needed to get our plates in a timely fashion. Buying a car from Springer Auto Sales has been a great experience, especially working with Julian. The attention and concern he showed us from beginning to end was truly appreciated. Even when there was a bump in the road on our part, he was encouraging and patient. He gave us the space we needed to clear up our issue, but also went out of his way to communicate regularly. It is obvious that he cares for his clients and wants them to have the best experience and outcome as possible. It is really good to see a business with good old-fashioned values. I would definitely recommend buying a car from them.

Mark is awesome!! My husband and I were looking for a specific car that would meet my needs. Mark found us the perfect car. Mark was very understanding and patient with us as we were going through a very difficult time with my mom in the hospital with cancer and driving back and forth to St. Louis to buy our new car. We needed a new part for the car and when the part came in he drove to my husband's job in St Louis (all these trips are an hour one way) to put the part on for my husband. Thank you so much for an amazing experience.

When first buying a car from Springer Auto Sales, the salesman, Julian, was very friendly and walked us through the purchase. His attention to detail was unmatched, and we walked out knowing we got the best deal on a great car. A few weeks later, there were some issues with the car that had pretty pricey repair costs. Even though the repairs were not covered by any warrantee or any agreement with Springer Auto Sales, they still offered to repair everything at no cost to us. They went out of their way to ensure that we were taken care of and confident that our car was in the best condition it could be in. Their communication with us was also very appreciated as they always kept in touch and answered our questions when needed. It is clear that this company was built by hardworking, honest people and I will recommend them to any friend that is in need of a used car in the future.

I drove an hour and a half to purchase a car - I was skeptical, not knowing anything about the area or the business but my salesman, Nas, was personable, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. He took me seriously and was willing to listen to me about my wants and needs to make the deal happen. Mark was a great resource too- honest and upfront. I am very pleased with my purchase and my warranty too!

Mark is a rare gem. I didn't end up purchasing with him, but I would if I could have. I was looking for a specific Crosstrek and went to 5 dealerships across the STL area to find what I wanted. Mark's was the only vehicle LISTED in the KBB fair price range. Outright fair pricing from the get go--what a concept! While I was looking at the Crosstrek on his lot, his wife, parents, and kids all stopped by to drop off food and say hi. It was cute. They were all kind and respectful. His dad is a peach too. Mark mentioned that Jenna at FCCU is who I want for my auto loan, so I went ahead and got preapproved with them for my vehicle that I purchased elsewhere. I took all of Mark's advice, I just wish he had the vehicle I ended up liking the best. I would've bought from him.

I had the extreme pleasure of working with Julian as well as Mark. I have never had such a good experience at a dealership as I did today and that is all thanks to Julian and Mark. I never felt pressured to make a purchase and we talked as if we ve been friends for years. Business side they were very knowledgeable and had answers to all of my questions and concerns but more importantly was the level of trust I have in them on a more personal level. Julian and Mark are 10/10 people. In a world you can be anything, be kind. And that is exactly how I view the two of them. I will recommend Springer to anyone and I very well could be a repeat customer myself.

Springer Auto Sales is a great place to buy a car. Friendly professional staff with small town values. In addition to their onsite inventory, they have the ability to acquire almost any make/model vehicle you re searching for and have it delivered local. I take pride in buying local and it felt good giving my business to Springer Auto. I definitely recommend them.
