Like most auto shops these days. It takes a little while to get your vehicle in. I definitely recommend calling ahead. Once in, I can not say enough about Jesse and the team they have there . They treated me in a very professional manner. But yet it still felt like the neighborhood shop. While the vehicle was in for service Jesse and his team. kept me Informed with any updates or issues that occurred. Good people good service.

Went there a month ago. They said leave your number and we will call you when we have an opening to fix your car. We waited for over a month then called them and then they made an appointment 2 weeks later to bring our car in. On the day of our appointment when we brought our car in the said they don't do bodywork.WAIST OF TIME!!!

The owner is rude. I was delivering a package but I wasn't sure if it was the right building since he doesnt have a sign up at all. He saw me walk in with a big heavy package and continued to ignore me. After standing there for a while I walked off and left the package. He then proceeded to raise his voice at me and get disrespectful. If you have other options I would go with those because clearly he doesnt know what professionalism is. I wrote a review before but of course my cowardly supervisor asked me to take it down because it made his brand look bad. Of course FedEx cares more about their brand instead of their employees. But anyways, the owner is trash like his business .

Was in a car accident and got rear-ended so I took my car to Quality Collision. Although the other driver's insurance was paying for the repairs, Jesse and the staff were so friendly and extremely professional. Jesse set a realistic timeline and finished the day he said he would. He called me at the end of his day and waited a few minutes after closing for me to arrive. He did an amazing job and even detailed my car. I know a lot of places will do that but you can tell my car was in very capable and considerate hands! Not to mention, they had Enterprise drop off my car and had all the paperwork ready for me. And when I dropped the rental back off, they took the keys and even tried to call them to let them know I brought the car back. Hopefully I won't have to use them again... at least for a while but I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing body repair.Thanks so much to everyone there who made this process as easy as possible!

Bring your vehicle here when you need ANYTHING done. Recently hit a deer in my truck, was referred here by a friend, called them up and was able to bring my truck in the same day. Jesse was very personal and professional every time we talked. Explained everything in detail and was already familiar with dealing with my insurance company. They had my truck for a couple weeks and during that time I was kept up to date with frequent phone calls both from me and from him. Just picked my truck up and the quality is amazing. They had to color match a new hood and fender and it looks PERFECT and I couldn't be happier. And to my surprise they also detailed my truck inside and out. recommend this shop for any work you need done.

Recently took my car to Quality Collision in Waterloo, IL and had an amazing customer experience. They communicated with my regularly. The workmanship was superior. And I found the staff to be exceptional friendly and professional. I would highly recommend doing business with at this location.

Quality Collision is first class in every department. The facility is outstanding and a please to behold, decorated with examples of their craftsmanship in metal finishing, snazzy art work and humorous drawings. The office staff, Jesse and Nancy, couldn't be more welcoming, knowledgeable and customer centered. They just completed a mechanical refurbishment of our Toyota Highlander guided by Jesse's skills and personal over-site to extend the life of our vehicle. I am writing this review partly as a thank you for what was a fine collaboration to accomplish the goal of restoring this fine vehicle to the roads of Monroe County and beyond. This is the second vehicle to get the "Quality" treatment. The first is still going strong. Thank you Qualitiy.

Amazing work! Got into an accident with significant damage and brought my car to them and just a little over a week it was done. Car looks brand new. Jesse is awesome and does amazing work! Highly recommend!!!Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

From the minute you walk in the door, you are treated very well! They have coupons sitting on the counter for common and routine services. Great results and my satisfaction with their attention to detail have made my entire family switch and have our cars maintained by Quality Collision. You get a straight forward no games approach and I would unconditionally suggest Quality Collision.

Receptionist is outstanding. That is where the quality ends.Do not trust a word out of their mouths. Work is not quality. They will tow and charge for a vehicle driven by a minor that is in shock, not the owner of the vehicle, did not call for a tow, without adult/owners approval. Driver does NOT ask if person is owner, age, or if they called for a tow, nor does he tell minor tow can be refuse.Wrong parts ordered delaying repairs and maintenance to another vehicle that couldn't even be driven to that work that night without tire sensors going off because all 3 new tires (ordered wrong and delayed extra day) were not only not properly aired they were all so off that caused steering problems so had to be aired properly immediately instead of being able to make them fix their failure. Engine light still on. Nothing on my car was factory junk but replaced with factory junk.Work not guaranteed!!!!

Jess is an awesome mechanic. Very nice person who is there to help you and not just make money. Staff is very nice especially the ladies at the front desk. Building is also very clean and neat. Would highly recommend going here.

Jess is an absolute rip off. Cost me 200 dollars for a tow that was maybe half a mile. When I asked about it over the phone. He hung up in me. Really professional. I will never be going through them again.

Jesse and his staff always perform excellent repairs. Has always been honest and works with you on the problem. Only place I take my vehicles to to be repaired.

I'm out over $1,000 for nothing. I had my car towed here and it took over 2 weeks before they even looked at it. I was told the issue was my alarm and they couldn't connect with the ecm. I mentioned that it could have been the cam sensor but he only mentioned connection issues with the computer. After almost one month they said that they took the alarm out and it started (charging me $650). So then I had a $400 alarm system in a box and a vehicle that continued to shut down randomly. I had the alarm reinstalled (for another $400) I then purchased my own obd reader to see if they were telling the truth. It read cam sensor bank 1 and 2 so I replaced them and it's ran perfectly ever since. On top of that, my car was returned to me without the stereo working properly. I dug into the wiring and found my RCAs disconnected. As well as my speaker wires swapped (positive to negetive and vise versa) the connector to my radiator was also unplugged.. I'm not sure what happened here but I wouldn't suggest ever taking your vehicle here for anything.

I rolled into their lot on a flat tire, and they replaced my tire with the spare in my trunk FOR FREE! I am now looking into getting a new tire to replace the temporary spare, and I am DEFINITELY asking them for a quote.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

What a racket. $15 "convenience" fee for using a credit card. High tow charges and $35/day storage fees for a wrecked car. Talk about kicking you when you're down. Not cool.

Had a couple issues in 20/20 then again 20/21.. went here both times.. had a very pleasant experience.. was notified about everything immediately.. was extremely satisfied with staff & owner & would definitely recommend this shop for future repairs! Good work, & timely!!

This auto body repair shop has been used multiple times with exceptional work so far. Worked flawlessly with our insurance company as well.

I wasn t happy with their communication whatsoever. I expressed this to their representative and didn t feel that it went anywhere. Tried to find middle ground with the situation to no avail. Use them with caution if you feel they are a company that works for you.

Very helpful and courteous, which is a breathe of fresh air in this industry. I believe I spoke with Jesse, and he is a class act. Would recommend them to anyone in the area.

Guy was a bit rude and made a big deal about me coming in close to closing time. He rolled his eyes and wasn't wearing a mask even though he was in close contact.

Charged me a full day cause i had to wait for counter lady to get off lunch.no flexibility with them.mechanic is nice though and help with the non experience counter lady.will remove post if more flexible next time.
