This place is so awesome and does a great job on my car! It was my birthday on October 4th and they have taken the time to wish me a happy birthday and also give me a free wash, I went today to get my free car wash and it was the best wash they had, $20.00 one that was very generous and was thoughtful for them to do that I thought. I love how the car wash even has free vacuuming and air hoses to get in all the cracks!! Just a great wonderful place to go they do the best job around! Thank you for my birthday gift it was much appreciated!

I have been a member of this car wash since it opened. When it first opened, everything was top notch, especially the staff. They were always there when you needed anything and was always willing to go that extra step. I am happy to say that today, that level of service still remains in place.The car wash itself has always done a remarkable job in keeping my truck looking as good as it ever has. They offer several different levels of membership depending on your needs. The wash also has a membership level that provides a ceramic spray that is a definite must.The drying area provides for free vacuums as well as air hoses for both sides of the vehicle which are great when your drying your car off. I d never seen this at a car wash before. I use it each time I am there. There are also floor mat cleaning machines which are included in your wash. As a member here, I definitely recommend this place. You will be very happy here as a customer.

Integrity and honesty is clearly not a focus point for these people. When their conveyor belt fails and causes an accident, they ll delete the video shortly after. Good job clean car!

I was planning on just getting my car vacuumed out but Amy (working there) came to talk with me. She told me all about the services offered at this car wash. I never been there before so she showed me how to use the mat cleaner, bug cleaner, and also the different prices on car washing. I left there with my nice clean car inside and out thanking Amy for everything. I am a monthly customer now thanks to her. Nice free-tures like the Bug gunk pre-wash, vacs, and compressed air hoses. The wash was very good quality and cleaned the car up well! Very high tech wash!

Be careful friends! If you cancel watch that your payments stop. Mine didn't and they refuse to refund the full amount.

Tried out this car wash for the first time on Veteran's Day. I heard they were offering free washes for Vets that day and decided to give it a shot. The Manager on duty, Jennifer, was very polite and set me up for my free wash. I pulled up to the door and when it opened a young man inside the wash told me to place my truck in neutral and take my hands off the wheel. The wash then started and about 15 seconds into it, it ripped off my drivers side mirror. When I pulled around Jennifer saw the damage to my vehicle and invited me inside while she filled out an incident form. I was advised that the other manager, Brian, would be contacting me. When Brian and I spoke I was informed that because my mirrors weren't folded in the car wash wasn't responsible for the damage. If it was so important, maybe add that to the guy's speech that's standing inside the wash. Several hundred dollars damage to my truck and your unwillingness to accept any responsibility is unbelievable. Thank you for the free Veteran's Day wash, but maybe next time keep the complimentary mirror removal.

Went throught and their soap wasn't working so the workers had me go through again which was more then I was expecting. The manager or whoever the upper guy there today was extremely nice and apologetic about.

Can I be honest....Not real impressedJust used this place and purchased the month option. Car looks great besides it didn't even tough the front bumper where all the dead bugs and dirt still are.....

As I was paying for my car wash, the attendant, Sabrina, realized I was handicapped and offered to vacuum my car for me. Vacuuming is extremely difficult for me, so I said yes. She did a great job! After that, she ran my floor mats through a wash machine that I didn't even know they had. Those mats haven't looked that good since I got the car! That is some of the best customer service I have ever had! Thank you!Service: Auto interior vacuuming

Another car wash that gets the car clean. It is nice that they have a pre-treat area that has a chemical you apply to help remove bugs (and it works well). The staff has always been friendly!

It's a decent car wash, when it's open. 4 times in the last 2 weeks I have stopped to wash my car and the cones were blocking the driveway. Today they had 2 lanes closed and there was a line of cars waiting. I will be canceling my subscription and going back to Briteworx in Columbia.

Give this place a try. I was passing through Waterloo and decided to stop and wash my car. Very friendly and helpful staff. I purchased the fifteen dollar wash, which came with a free ceramic coating for the month of April. After making my purchase, I was give a free wash for my next visit. I usually don t have high expectations from automatic washes, unless my car had been washed recently. My vehicle had tons of mud and rocks in the wheel wells and mud spattered down both sides. To my surprise my vehicle came out spotless.

Bad experience Sun 2/5/23. Pulled my car mats out and headed to free mat wash. Discovered they were turned off for season (sunny 58� day). While vacuuming my car I saw 4 people carry their mats over. I suggested to manager that asign would be nice so we don't waste time getting mats out. I drove by several days later, no sign.

My car still had soap on it at the end. The machines kept shutting off and I don't think I got rinsed off completely. They were nice about it and let me go through again with an upgraded wash, but I still had a lot of soap on the back of my car. I had to go to a different car wash to rinse off. It took several minutes to rinse it out of the crevices. I probably won't go back.

Before I discovered Clean Car Wash I wouldn't take my truck through a touch C/W.. After a few visits using the vacuum and compressed air I discovered it does a pretty good job!! Plus the prewash brush to get the bugs off the grill!! Special Thanks to Sabrina for all the help and support every time I see her there!!I'd like some prices on detailing my truck??

The fact that you've deleted the comment on your Facebook page about someones credit card being charged erroneously for 3 months and didn't just address the issue by replying to the comment says a whole lot about your company. You are also offering free car washes to people that give your company good reviews here and on Yelp.. Like what?!? And while I'm at it, I'll just let you know that you do too much advertisement and self promotion to be the car wash that you pay to go through an automatic car wash, just to have to go home and rewash your car because it's still dirty and now covered in dry soap.EDIT: I ABSOLUTELY AM NOT INCORRECT. The person s comment that I m talking about was on your weekly giveaway post. I know that whoever runs your Facebook page deleted it, because I know the person that wrote the comment. An all together different person wrote a comment under a Facebook review on the very same subject. It amazing that you have 15 reviews, but only 13 are still visible.... Including a good review from a crypto currency scammer.

When this first opened I thought do we really need another car wash in town? I ve been there several times now and it really is pretty awesome! We have the unlimited wash on one of our vehicles. The free vacuums are great. There are actual employees at the location when it s open. They are always very nice. Highly recommend.

I have not had a single good experience here. I canceled my membership over a year ago and have still been being charged 28.99 a month. The customer service is terrible and they pretty much told me to bad. I for one don't even have the car that is registered on file there and haven't for 15 months. Leaving me being charged for something I can't even use. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!Service: Auto detailing

LISTEN UP! This brand new car wash in Waterloo, IL is the BEST car wash in the area! I just took my vehicle here and it did an amazing job! No Joke! The facility looks great, the staff is very helpful and the prices are right where they need to be. If you live in the area or are just passing through, CleanCar is THE wash to go to. I will be returning here a lot! I have a good feeling that this carwash is going to do very well. Thanks CleanCar!

Love this car wash! The staff are so friendly and helpful! Very convenient location off route 3. My car came out looking like new. The coat of wax kept it looking great for the next 3 days! Highly recommend.
