Caliber collision was awesome. Not only did they repair my car 10 days earlier than the estimated due date but they also detailed the inside and outside and it looked immaculate. I am so impressed with their service and level of expertise there. Everybody was doing their job just as they should have been and today that is hard to come by. They delivered my car back in better condition than it was before. I'm so happy with them. Thank you caliber!!

I was scheduled right in for an estimate and called the very same day to schedule dropping my car off for repair. Dee was extremely helpful throughout the entire repair process and went above and beyond anyone's expectations. I would refer to Calibur just on Dee alone! Thank you!

Not only did they fix my car in a timely manner, Dee, was always kind, well-versed, and helpful throughout the repair process. It was nice to know someone else is on your side while you're going through the ins and outs of insurance claims.

They did a very good job. Car was cleaned from top to bottom both inside and outside. Great paint job! They had great customer service.

Caliber does a great job! They sent text updates on the status if our vehicle, and the process was seamless with the insurance company. There was a small hiccup with a last minute delay because of parts, but that impacted the pick up in a minor way. We will definitely use Caliber Collision again if we need their services.

I used their service when they opened the doors. In fact I was their first customer. Things went well but when I had another problem with another vehicle the new peeps acted like they did not want my buisness, not big enough job I guess. I do not recommend them, and Waterloo Auto Body was more than happy to help me. Support locally owned not big franchises is the lesson I learned.Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Welding
