I called to see about mounting a tire. I told the manager that it was a tire with a tube. She told me she was not allowed to do those. I can't imagine why not. It's just a big bicycle tire in design. I try to use Walmart, but get nonsense like this....

I drove here multiple times, each time they were closed. This was during scheduled working hours posted online. No note on door or anything. They barely answer the phone so you won't know if they are there or not. Finally got them working yesterday. Oil change and tire rotation it took over two hours. My car is now running very rough and I think I need a wheel alignment now after they rotated the tires. I will NOT be going back.

Curt, I'm not sure what your problem is but you made it very clear that your customers put you out. When calling, we were asked if "we were really going to do that to him" when asking about tires. You made me feel I was irritating you by asking for service. Then again, when asking about adding an oil change, you threw a fit about having to write another ticket. You complained about only having yourself and one other tech but when arriving, there was one guy sitting on a tire on his phone and another standing around and you were able to start work on it right away. As a business owner myself, this is absolutely unacceptable. If you dislike your job and customers this much maybe you should reconsider your line of work!

I called ahead of going to Walmart. When I asked the price of spin balancing, the guy told me $4 per tire. When I got over there, I was informed it was $12 per tire! The gentleman that checked me in must have a hearing problem! I told him I needed a spin balance on my tires so he proceeds to try to put in for a rotation and balance! The automotive 'manager' was very rude! He looked at my vehicle and stated that they would have trouble getting it up on the hoist because of rust under the carriage!! Funny, my regular mechanic just did an oil change and they had no trouble!! (I would have taken it to my regular mechanic, but they don't do spin balancing.) Manager would not listen to me when I told him this. He was a smart a**, know-it-all, but not too bright!!! I also asked them not to torque them with the air gun. Manager stated they ALWAYS torque them, then hand torque them!! (Try changing a tire on the side of the highway, GOOD LUCK!! Unless you have air tools or a superman-like person to help!!) When they finally were done, I made a comment (not real nice), FINALLY, the manager heard me and asked if it was meant for him. I said yes and no!! I won't be going back to automotive!! They are very inexperienced, understaffed and rude!! They don't know their pricing!! They only have young guys working there that don't know much about their jobs!! Very poor experience!!!

Have been turned away multiple times. Went in to get two tires put on and the associate claimed he couldn't do anything because his coworker was on lunch and then he was going on lunch.. so because your coworker is on lunch you can't work? Cause that makes sense. Also tried calling multiple times before coming in and he just let it ring.

Look. Walmart is cheap. You're gonna have long wait times they normally only have one oil change guy and one tire guy on duty. It's also first come first serve. If you are too full of yourself to handle that then don't show up.Their prices are decent and competitive. And I've personally have never had issues with my car after It's been serviced. Go in, get what ever you want done and do your shopping at the same time. Problem solved people. Seriously, stop crying over the dumbest things. I hope this offends certain people who think they're better than everyone else.

I always try and come first thing in the morning because that's when you're going to get the fastest service especially for like just and oil and fuel filter change. They generally do a pretty good job, I think the only problem I've had is that sometimes they mess up the sticker that tells you when to get your oil changed next, but I've never had a problem with them. I've gotten my tires here super cheap and they were super quick about changing them out and you don't need an appointment or anything you just come in which is nice and what I like about it because sometimes I'm like oops I need an oil change and I'm not really someone who needs things done particular, like I have a little old station wagon so yeah lol. They are super friendly and will answer any questions you have and they do a once over on your car before you drive away so they are good people's. If you're in a hurry and can't get your regular guy to do it Walmart is a good choice.

Waited 15 minutes to talk to a tech to have two front tires replaced. They told me it would be an hour before being finished, so I went shopping. Thirty minutes later they called me on my phone to tell me that walmart could not change my tires because he couldn't get my exploerer in park and it did not pass their safety checks? No one at the counter knew where my keys had gone and the repair tech was gone. How is this a problem in changing bad tires! Untrained and very Unprofessional...Pay the extra dollar to get your car repaired by trained professionals.

My husband went into Walmart to have tires installed on his pickup truck. The tires had a bit of ice inside of them which was knocked out. The just needed to be dried on the inside with a towel and the service man stated that there was no way he would do that because if they leaked any air we would just be back in again and he would have to do it over. My husband had said nicely that if he could just dry them out with a towel they would be fine. The man was rude again and the manager on duty had nothing to say. This all took place when there were only 2 cars that were there getting service and one came in after my husband and they were helped before him and sent on their way before they even looked at our vehicle. After 45 minutes of waiting, he was then told that they werent going to help him. My husband was angry at that point and asked for his keys and left. There was alot better way to handle that situation on your departments behalf. We typically take our vehicles to Uftrings in town but your competitive prices and availability were better than the dealership. Needless to say, you squashed again his faith in Walmart and further proved to him that you get what you pay for in product and service. Very unsatisfied.

It s Walmart, you get decent prices with Walmart service. People complaining about wait times are like people that do into McDonald s and complain the burgers are sub par quality. You want good service, got to firestone or Costco. As far as a cheap oil change or tire it s not a bad option. Being able to shop for everyday stuff is better than sitting in a waiting room reading 5 year old vanity fair magazine I guess.

This place is awful. The customer service is horrible. They left a piece of a blown out tire on my car. It cut my break line. They even admitted to it. Told me they would pay for it. When I showed with an estimate 2 days later the manager Jason told me no. Even though the other manager told me yes. The management team doesn t care about fixing their mistakes. Was told I would have to come back and talk to the store manager. No thanks, will use other places.

The shop manager helped me with a nail in my tire. He was great. Very helpful, polite and informative I was there when there wasn't a wait time, so I got my tire fixed in a timely manner.

Does anyone work here? I called just after they opened because I woke up to a flat tire and the phone just rings until it gets rerouted to an operator who told me to hang up and call a different number so that she can transfer me to auto center. Upon doing that I spent the next 5 minutes listening to the line ringing until I hung up.

I went in at 7:30 A.M. to get 4 tires put on my car, I had to wait in line for an hour before they even got to help me, then at 8:30A.M. they checked my car in and took my keys, telling me it would take an hour, two hours later they had still not gotten to my vehicle, they then proceeded to tell me they lost my car keys, which had the keys to my house, my parents house, and plenty of other things like my work keys, after they finally found my keys they got the car into the bay at 11 A.M. They finally finished my car at 12:30 P.M. at that point we found out that they put the wrong tires on the car, putting 45,000 mile warranty tires on instead of the 60,000 mile warranty tires that were on sale, they then proceeded to try and charge me for balancing the tires and that was supposed to be included in the sale as well, I then had to deal with a manager that didn't seem to understand just how pissed I was, telling me to calm down, they finally took care of it and gave me a discount since they put the wrong tires on, however it was not enough to compensate for the 5 hours I spent in the store that I will never get back, I will never go to this auto center again and I'm contemplating never going to this Walmart ever again after the way the situation was handled

Terrible Service, Short Saffed and Long Waits .... waited over 3 hrs to get my truck in for tire rotation and balance and when they finished.... the cashier decides to walk off w a bag of food for lunch, while Im standing there waiting to be checked.out and others waiting for service as well. I already waited that long to get my vehicle in and now there is no cashier there to check me out? Very poorly managed!!!

Friendly, helpful, and quick when I sliced my tire. They had it replaced pretty inexpensively without trying to upsell me in a short amount of time.

Takes forever to get anything done, the guy behind the counter doesn't know what's going on. There's a different person here every 15 minutes that is equally clueless as the last.I could have put the tire on myself by now.Smh
