Some of the absolute worst most unprofessional staff I have ever seen. Not trained for customer service at all. Rude, obnoxious, and obstinate. They took advantage of my wife and egregiously overcharged her. I stopped to discuss it with them and ask them to make it right. It was obvious that some of the staff knew they had taken advantage of her and behaved in a slimy way. I was asked to call their "district manager" from my cell phone. It seemed really odd but, I did. This guy!!! Man. He immediately took a rude and defensive tone. He asked "what's your problem?" So, I told him what had happened. His response was in a nutshell, "too bad, get over it." He had no intention of remedying the situation in any way. So I told him what I thought of him and his lousy customer service skills and that I would be filing a BBB report, and I left. Well, this must have really bothered him because he then called me back on my cell phone 20 minutes later to cuss me out, inform me that he was "sending the police" after me (for some unknown reason), and he then hung up. This place NEEDS new management and new staff. I have regularly taken four vehicles there for several years. I will never go there again.UPDATE!!! - They DID call the police, I got a phone call. They trespassed me, mind you, long after I left. Nice customer service there boys! Based upon this level of behavior I now worry about them having my personal account and financial information.

Always good service. Owning a vehicle with almost 300,000 miles travelled so far, it's nice to be able to pull in for a couple of minutes to make sure no top offs are needed and make sure the tires have enough air (sometimes a top off or air is needed and it gets taken care of quickly and efficiently) so I can keep on rolling.

I have had my oil changed twice now from Take 5 and had great experiences. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Service is very quick as well. Highly recommend!

Everyone here is very nice. Do not try to do needless up sale of items. Really appreciate the 25% veteran discount. I take all my cars here.

I always go this particular Take 5 because they are very knowledgeable and professional. They take good care of me and my 2 cars-my beautiful new Equinox AND my tired rough and rumble family van!

Drove up. 2 lanes. 1 car in each bay. One car waiting in lane 1 and I was the only car in lane 2. I waited 45 minutes from the time I got there until the time I left. All I can say is that I was staring at the banners saying I could get my air filter faster than I could take a breath or that an oil change takes less time than a lunch break. Then the sticker information for oil weight didn t match what they had in the computer for my last visit. Nice guys but I wasn t very happy.Service: Oil change

How does it take SOOOO long for an oil change? What does Take 5 mean exactly? I d gladly forego the free water bottle if they could get it done in half the time.

I only went because my drain plug was stripped. Pricy, but they used my oil and filter, and didn t make me buy theirs. Also the lady working told me the exact tool to buy when a bolt is stripped so I could get it on my own next time. Personable crew, friendly, considerate, and they did good, quick work. Recommend if unable to make the oil change on your own.

I stopped in for an oil change before I left for a trip. Caleb (manager) was very knowledgeable and able to answer my questions. I have been to this take 5 multiple times but this time was a lot better than previous experiences. Caleb and his associate were very nice, quick and did more than I have ever gotten for an oil change before. Including: oil change, check tire pressure and filled them, filled my washer fluid, checked on the coolant, offered water and checked my filters (even the one behind the glove box I never knew I had because no one has ever checked that before. Take 5 in Washington lives up to the name! Can take 5-10 mins out of my day and get my oil changed! I was immediately greeted with an ice cold bottled water and my daughter was given a juice box and fruit snack! Austin and Chris were who took care of us and they spoke to me...not AT me! They made sure I knew what was going on and not once did they try to shove an air filter replacement or a serpentine belt change at me like most Oil and Lube places will!! If you want to be treated like family and with the utmost respect take your automobile to Take 5 in Washington. You will be taken care of!! Thank you Take 5 and thank you Austin and Chris!! Customer for life!

Never going anywhere else!In and out in under 10 minutes at 3 in the afternoon. Didn't even have to leave my car. Amazing "drive through" service! Keep up the good work guys! Puts the a-hole kids at Walmart to shame.

Normally never have a problem getting my oil changed here, but for one on their service check list it says they filled my window washer fluid and when I tired it before I pulled out because I was completely out before I got there, and I brought it to their attention they told me Oh we are out. Then don t say it s filled on my checklist if it s not?? It makes me questions all the other stuff they didn t even bother looking at that is on there.They also switched to filling up your oil with a plastic jug instead of the machines that are designed for them to use, so now I m wondering if I even got my 80 dollars worth for an oil change.Very upset about this.

Came here for an oil change get home and the skid plate is hanging down dragging the road I had to get under the truck and disconnect it completely then go back in and WAIT AGAIN behind 2 more cars for them to fix THEIR MISTAKE so something that cost me over 100 dollars this is a JOKE! I really needed an oil change so I decided to go to Take 5. I just recently moved to IL and don t have a reliable mechanic yet, sadly. It was convenient not having to get out of my car since I had my kids with me. But that s about the only good thing that happened. The person who sold me my oil change was VERY salesy and didn t stop talking the entire time we were there. He also assured me that my vehicle HAD to have Full Synthetic oil, so rather than paying over $100 for the Premium oil change plus an additional $10 for a sixth quart of oil for the high mileage I opted to pay $81 plus an additional $10 for the full synthetic advanced oil change.When we left, my husband checked my owners manual, which recommends a synthetic blend, not full synthetic. So essentially I should have been able to get the high mileage oil change they offer for $81. I feel lied to and scammed. They asked for reviews because they are rebuilding at that location, well I m sure this isn t the review they were hoping for. Regardless, I was paying the $81 either way, but I should have been able to get the high mileage synthetic blend oil and they cheated me out of it by assuring me my vehicle required full synthetic. We won t be back.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. my husband took his car to get an oil change a week ago. The techs broke a sensor by the oil pan and didn't tell him. Now the car is acting up and we have to pay to get the car fixed (after paying 120 for an oil change that we broight our own fliter for). Of course, we've called everyday for the last week and we always get a "leave a message and someone will return your call" they don't. What a terrible way to treat people.Service: Oil change

Thank Heaven for these guys because they saved my car. They noticed my oil was leaking out of the filter. One of the filter o-rings was pinched and I lost a lot of oil. The engine was just replaced recently and this was its first oil change into synthetic oil. I had an oil change, my transmission checked, my tires checked and I had them put on a new rear wiper blade. I believe the name of my tech was Mathew. I hope that is right because he sure deserves to be recognized for what the crew did. Thank you again.Services: Transmission, Tires, Oil change
