Jeremy and team did and excellent job on my F-150. I appreciate their ability to get me in within a week and quickly diagnose and fix my problem. The shop is clean and the staff is courteous. I will return for my future needs.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience with both of my cars here. I would rate higher if possible.I first dropped off a 1999 Lexus GS300 that ended up needing a lot more work than I thought. They provided me with all of the information of the repairs and even gave me a fair recommendation on if I should save the car or not. In the end, Jeremy and I both agreed that the car should be saved due to it's rarity.The next car I brought in was a 2014 Honda Civic Si coupe. It didn't need too much other than an alignment and brakes, and a caliper, but Jeremy once again gave me all the info I needed to make a decision. I agreed to have them fix everything needed on the Civic and when I got it back, it ran better than before I came in! The TPMS light was still on, but that is due to the recent cold temperatures, so that wasn't a surprise to me.I applaud the professionalism of the staff, including Lydia and Jeremy, whom both I had direct communication with. They replaced a part on my Jeep Cherokee AC. It was a 90+ degree day. I could tell before I even drove it out of their parking lot that the AC was not cooling. I turned around and drove right back in. They said the brand new part they installed was faulty. They should have caught it before I picked it up! Totally unacceptable. I made three trips, putting out a friend two times for a ride there. Didn't do a thing to compensate us for the inconvenience! I do not recommend them and will never go back.And now you're insinuating that I'm a liar? Wow!I was searching for new tires and reading reviews late last night. I assure you every word of my review is true. This happened in 2017. I just happened to see your company name pop up in the reviews I was reading, and was moved to leave details of my one and only experience with you, since I never wrote a review at that time. You did replace the new part the next day and the AC worked the 2nd time around. My point was it shouldn't have been me that told you the part you replaced still wasn't working! Plus you did nothing for my or my friend's inconvenience. I didn't even get the feeling there was any remorse on your part for not catching it before I picked it up! And I might add from your response today, there still isn't!!! It was a thoroughly aggravating experience. Obviously, if I was moved to leave a review 5+ years after the fact!Service: Air conditioning

Martin Automotive is a wonderful place to go when you are having car problems. I recently had a rear brake job done and they did a wonderful job. Ron kept in contact with me throughout the process so there were no surprises. They are upfront and honest and treated me with respect and appreciation. I was equally impressed that the owner called to thank me then followed up with a hand written note. I highly recommend them to anyone needing work done.

We have used them for years for our vehicles. They are fast, friendly, and they do a nice job servicing our cars. I especially like that the quote they give you to do the work always matches the price you pay when they are done. They also let you what additional service your vehicle might need (ex. you have an oil leak) and the price it would cost, but they never pressure you to do the extra work. I love the no pressure aspect, which is rare. We have never used the shuttle service, but they do have one. We use the waiting room which is very clean with enough room to social distance from other customers and a flat screen tv with cable. (If it is on HGTV then you know I was just there) Highly recommended!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Great service, clean, and timely. Took my car in to have tires replaced and they put me on their schedule very quickly! A few months later I had a nail in my tire and was losing air and they patched it up for free! I would recommend trusting Martin Automotive with your vehicle.Service: TiresService: Tires

You got three stars due to an unpleasant experience over the phone with someone. Don't have to be in your shop to review your business. There is no hiding... this is why this service exists... for reviews... have nothing to call you for first time was bad enough. And as an owner your awful brave to criticize a local just because of a three star review. Maybe I should make it two stars.

From the many experiences of my own and of my brothers I have to say the respect, quality of the work, and the work performed is of top quality and I will highly recommend that people go there for the car work. The crews are very friendly and listen to you when you explain the problem. And I trust that they don't run no games on anyone just to get their money.

I ve been very pleased with Jeremy and the Martin team for all my auto repair and diagnostic needs over the last 4 years (since I ve been in the Peoria-area). Jeremy, in particular, has been extremely transparent and honest. He even recommended other businesses for a specialized exhaust repair to help me save a few bucks in a pinch; which spoke volumes about his dedication to taking care of customers. That example and other honest conversations have earned my loyalty and respect. I ve never felt exploited or pressured with up selling. One of my first times working with them I was questioning some suspension-related diagnoses that they threw at me. Being a skeptic and somewhat mechanically-inclined, I jacked up the car at home and everything they described was accurate. One of the few businesses I ve ever taken the time to review. Nice, clean shop. They are always very helpful and take the time to explain things. They are also very willing to check things over for you and they're honest and don't recommend things that you don't need. The shuttle is very convenient, and it's always very easy to get an appointment there. I recommend them to anybody that asks about a mechanic. They also have a coffee pot and an excellent couch to take a nap on.

Quality service, trustworthy staffI have been taking our cars to Martin Automotive for almost four years now, and they are in great shape due to Martin Automotive's excellent work. The staff is always willing to answer my questions or explain information to me. They do not pressure me into making repairs. I feel that I usually have plenty of time to budget for any upcoming repairs/maintenance. The shop's waiting area is very comfortable, safe, and kid-friendly. For lengthier maintenance/repairs, I have taken advantage of their convenient shuttle service and their pick-up/drop-off service. This repair shop is the complete package, and I am glad I found it. I trust Martin Automotive to take care of my vehicles and give me the best, quality service. I would recommend Martin Automotive to friends and family.

We are certainly blessed to have Martin Automotive in our town of Washington. The service is tremendously wonderful. They take extra care of their customers and are honest about problems with your vehicle. They get you in quickly and will call you by name when you enter the desk area. My whole family uses Martin Automotive. There isn t anywhere around like them. Such friendly, honest service.

have been taking all of our cars to Martin Automotive since they have been in business and I would not go any where else! They do excellent work, are honest and professional. The staff are are willing to answer questions and do not try to sell services or things that are not needed. The waiting room is very nice and clean but a shuttle service is available if I am not able to wait. Prices are very reasonable and fair, and are explained prior to any repairs. I LOVE this place and because of them my family cars continue to run "like a top!" Thank You Martin Automotive!

I am in a wheelchair and if I need something checked out, they'll have done right away, whether it's battery or tires, or whatever else, they are always there for me. 5.0I recently had my Dodge truck serviced...Jul 26, 2013terryh, WASHINGTONI recently had my Dodge truck serviced at Martin's, as I used to be a mechanic for 30 years I know good serviced when I see it. The employees and staff took very good care of me and my vehicle as I am unable to perform the maintenance services and repairs on my truck. The staff and employees went beyond the call of duty when they serviced my truck, I would definitely recommend if you have any problems with your vehicle that you call them.- 27 days ago

The staff is very knowledgeable and considerate. The waiting room was incredibly comfortable and I was told to "make myself at home."After diagnostic testing, a staff member came to the waiting room, sat on the couch with me, and spent time teaching me about what was found. I really appreciated the fact that he provided understandable explanations and answered all of my questions in an un-biased manner.Very professional! You've got my business!

I really love this place. They have worked on my trailers (boat and flatbed). I trust their workmanship. They do a great job. They communicate what they have done so that you understand the repairs, parts and pricing.Jim
