Amazing service, and great people. I've purchases 5 batteries for our 3 cars and ATV over the years. If there is ever a problem, they stand behind it and go above and beyond to make things right. They even brought an old battery powered lawnmower gack to life by renewing the battery. Kudos!!!!

Good prices. Solid name brand. Very fast service. In-and-out in under 15 minutes with them installing. Even though we didn't mean to, we showed up just before closing and they were very respectful and happy that we were there giving them our business. 3rd or 4th battery we have purchased there, and have never had an issue. Off the beaten path a little, but worth the minimal extra effort.

In and out quickly, soldered the wires we needed. Excellent customer service! Price was the same as on Amazon, so good value. Also, I found out that they replace batteries on smart phones and they repair screens on smart phones. I will not hesitate to use this store again. Friendly and competent service!

Great Service, been coming for years and always recommend all my customers and others for the Reconditioned Battery. They always last me 3+ years for a 60$ battery plus running lots of auxiliary. I plan on buying more batties to invest into solar panel project

Great service, very friendly and helpful attendant. If I remember correctly his name was Zack.That was the fastest battery change ever. I drove in without an appointment, and was helped immediately. Very fair price for a restored battery too!

My dad told me about this place 20 years ago +. Been coming ever since for small engine, car, truck, motorcycle batteries since. Recently (May 2022), my wife's battery (purchased here as a reman special) showed corrosion. 20 minutes of work/cleanup, and a new terminal later, we were back on the road -- no charge -- for service after sale! Always find good local family run businesses...99.9% of the time its better than average! This place is no exception.

Fantastic place for automotive batteries and more. I've purchased 5 or 6 batteries here for various things over the past few years. They are always prompt, friendly, and answer all my questions. Their pricing is very fair, and they stand behind their service. I recently had them install a battery in my pick-up truck, and I was in/out within 15 minutes. I highly recommend this business. They're so good to work with, I almost wish I needed batteries more often!

Sales and service are second to none, stopped in to get battery checked (it's five years old) and check a price for a bench top battery charger. I bought a jump and carry battery pack and ordered the bench top charger. Ten minutes I was out the door and on my way. Oh the equipment I purchased, less than Amazon price and I don't have to worry about what condition it's in when delivered. Great job Interstate Battery!

I went here with corrosion issues with my battery. They have BY FAR the best customer service I have ever seen. I am extremely impressed and satisfied with the level of service I was provided. I will be back for all of my battery needs and will recommend them to everyone.

The guys working there are awesome guys all i said was i called about used battery for 2004 Subaru Impreza the guy was like oh ok that was a WRX 2.0 turbo right i said yes with a look of surprise went in back got exactly the battery i needed. Great staff friendly & polite & very fast service no waiting. I installed my own battery right there & then took old one back inside to them. Thanks guysHighly recommend this place

Bought several trolling motor batteries from them. New Interstate batteries don t last two years! I have gone through multiple series 27 deep cycle batteries! They don t stand behind there products! Junk!! My batteries were always stored under climate control all year and maintained using a top of the line charging system. Walmart batteries carry the same warranty so lesson learned!

I brought my old battery for my 2004 F250 super duty and received a new refurbished one and only had to pay $50 for the refurbished battery that came with a six month warranty as well! Definitely would recommend this place to anybody and everybody that needs batteries as I paid over $240 for a battery at one of the big box chains when it could ve only cost me $50.

Great service. I use Interstate for batteries for personal and farm vehicles. I like the Washington store because there are not a lot of customers there at one time. Great option during the pandemic.

Incredibly helpful staff that went above and beyond with their service. Interstate batteries are rock solid and if you are ever in the market for a new battery, I highly recommend that you give these guys a visit.

It's located on a farm. Hard to find and tricky to back into the dock. Constant customers going in and out and don't watch what you're doing trying to back up to the dock.
