I spilled coffee all over my seat and lap. I needed professional help cleaning it off my seat. I called around and everyone else was busy or unreachable. When I called here they said to come in and they will see what they can do to help me. They seemed busy but they still took me in. They said to give them 30 minutes to an hour to clean it up. I'm not sure exactly how long it took because I left and came back. When I came back I was very pleased to see all the coffee cleaned up. It looked like new again. The price was very reasonable as well. I'm very happy with their service. Thank you very much.Services: Seat shampooing, Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming

I love my minivan again!!! Looks and smells brand new on the inside. Leather seats are so polished, I almost slid right off!! Feel like they gave my van as much attention as the 3 Corvettes sitting next to it. Friendly staff and I can tell they worked hard to get every Goldfish crumb out of every nook and cranny!!

Second time, and this was even worse. Last time they did an easy vehicle and missed a couple spots. My van though has lots of compartments, and it looks like they were all skipped. Also had to air out vehicle after and seats had some slippery feeling residue on them.Service: Auto detailingService: Auto detailing

Car looks brand new inside and outside. Friendly staff and got my car done in half a day unlike other places needing more time to get it done. Highly recommend this place for anyone in the Washington/Peoria area.

A little unpleased with the service on my Mercedes benz I brought home today. So I'm glad that they were able to buff out some of the small surface clear coat scratches, though for the service I paid for, as the interior and exterior for a total of around $150.00 it was quite embarrassing to say the least for the company. I do understand that service these days are really hard to come by with the youth these days growing up in this new generation. But with the great reviews this place had, I had to give it a go. It is just a lot of simple little things that I am comfortable with taking care of myself, but from my understanding that it is the employees job for the service that I pay for, to take care of the customers. There was brake dust still on the rims, crumbs and debris in various locations for the interior, and soda or something on the passenger seat. Very simple things that I thought $150.00 would cover. No reason for me to cause any riot over this, but come on I was hoping for a little better detail on this car.Update - August 16th. Still no phone call or any question towards my poor service. Starting to think otherwise about the buisiness. I know they have my phone number, so I guess I'll just have to not reccomend this service to many other vehicle enthusiasts.

Rick and his crew have been detailing my vehicles for 10 years now. they always do a great job. It always comes cleaner than when I bought it new.

Best, most helpful guys around! My cars get a trip here every spring or when the state of Illinois DOT decide to spray my car with tar.
