Great parts store and great service! One of my favorites as the parts are great quality and the coverage is vast. Price matching handled very well. Customer service is always tended to well. They do their best to make the customer happy with their business.

They are always polite and helpful. Today they saved me some money by giving me the plastic adapter piece I needed to fix my windshield wiper blade. Otherwise I would ve had to buy a whole new blade.

These people are great! Went in for maintenance supplies, they asked if they could help me immediately upon walking through the door and by the time I got to the register the supplies were waiting for me. Payment was easy and touchless, I was on my way!

I was really impressed with this place. Roger helped me find the parts I needed, installed them, and was so kind. The two other gentlemen working were also friendly and helpful. I found some fantastic deals while I was there. I so appreciated the experience.

I have been going to this store for many years.Last week my wife was getting surgery and I could not go in, with covid restrictions, so I was getting some errands done while waiting while I was in peoria. I purchased brake pads for my 2 vans. Didn't end up needing the back ones so I took them back to the store 4 minutes from my house. The employee rudely exclaims that he just loves taking stuff back from Peoria store. I didn't appreciate that. Then he proceeds to tell me I already returned the item. I have not done any refunds at all. I can very easily drive 1 more mile to AutoZone or turn the other way and hit O'Reilley's I'd they don't appreciate my business! I will not put up with rude employees!

Generally good service with ample inventory although sometimes it takes longer than it should to get someone to help me when I come in to pickup my Internet order.

Nothing too bad. They didn't have the part I needed even though the computer said that they did, although they do have a larger selection than a lot of the other parts stores so I ended up still spending money on stuff "I couldn't do without"

Max was helpful and quick in and out for online order. Always helpful guys there! I always order online and usually can save 15-20% on purchases vs. In-store.

I often make my purchases via the website and I highly recommend you do the same. I use a browser plugin called RetailMeNot Genie. This plugin shows me all available discount codes and often gives me cashback offers. For example, I recently made a purchase on the website and the plugin got me a 25% discount AND 10% cashback on my total purchase.I have used Advanced Auto and the plugin mentioned to save money on parts that a mechanic may overcharge for. The staff is very knowledgeable and willing to help as well. Nowadays most of what you need can be purchased only cheaper than buying from the brick and mortar storefront but that is just my opinion.

No parts store is perfect. I believe that Advance is the best in Washington and they get all of my business. I believe their parts quality is better than some of the alternatives.

Nate and Max waited on me past closing time all to ensure I got the right rotor size for my truck after I goofed and asked for the wrong size. Thank you gentlemen I appreciate the help!

Generally have repair parts in stock.If not thru there store network they can direct you to local store with it in stock for same day pickup or have part delivered from warehouse for next day pickup.

I prefer the Auto Zone in Washington, the staff here are not overly friendly, nor do they seem all to pleased that you re there.
