This is the best car service place I've ever been to. They are very quick, friendly, and do a great job at an extremely fair price. I've had to bring my car in several times for a variety of issues and I have been pleasantly surprised every time at the speed with which they fixed my issues and with the very reasonable cost. I recommend RX Auto Care to everyone in the area!

Love RX Auto Care! Service for 2004 Infinity G35. Just bought this used car from elderly neighbor, low miles ~47,000, plenty of potential! Went in for new car inspection and oil change. Oil was clean so no need to change at this time. Needed new breaks muffler was loud, both fixed. Automatic drivers seat was stuck way day back. New parts from Infinity were in thousands so Andrew found parts on Amazon that would work and seat is FIXED!! RX Auto Care is the best!!! I bring my other cars here for maintenance too; Audi, BMW and HyundaiServices: General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection

The people at Rx Auto are professional, very friendly, extremely helpful and a pleasure to do business with. The work that I needed (replacement of blower motor) was covered under my extended warranty but chose to take it to RX and pay the extra $50.00 for my deductible because they have always done excellent work for me. They called me before starting the work to inform me that the work will cost me less than my $300.00 deductible so they wouldn't need to use my warranty. Needless to say I was very happy to pay less. Very good service. Mechanics were trustworthy which is extremely important when it comes to car repairs. Mechanics were also very also very patient too listen to an uneducated car person and not make them feel stupid.

I am not sure of all the services they provide but they have been our mechanics for over 10 years and we drive an hour one way for them to work on our car. The guys at RX Auto Care are quality auto repair craftsman.For my truck, I brough in the suspension parts and they provided the installation. Even though I bought the parts, they still warrantied the install. No other shop would help me out like RX.They do a great job at a great price and they stand behind their work. Our family has been taking our vehicles to them back when it was called Radiator Express. Just shortened the name, but the quality of work is the same, fantastic.When they worked on my truck or our family vehicles, they only repaired what needed to be done, stating the other parts were not worn and did not need to be replaced. They tell it like it is, with no BS. Never trying to sell you something you don't need. Honesty and accountability for a auto repair shop is hard to find these days.Can't go wrong at this shop.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Great place with honest and excellent auto mechanics! Just recently (01/20/2023) brought my car over to Ron, Patrick, and Andrew. Great guys. I've been having them work on my cars for about 7yrs+ or so. They are honest guys that will tell you if you can wait on a service or if something needs to be done immediately. Just recently, I brought my car in and let them know what I had in my records and what I think should be done. Anyways, it ended up being a large job, which involved brakes and rotars, valve cover gasket replacement, differential fluid change, rear wheel bearings, brake fluid change. Anyways, Patrick discussed the jobs with me over the phone and I was like "wow this is a lot." He was willing to work with me to spread out the work based on priority of the jobs. In the end, I bit the bullet and asked to do it all. The car runs great and I really appreciate Patrick's time in completing all those jobs on the same day, which was a bit of a time crunch. He worked a little bit later as he waited for me to pick up my car on a Friday. I felt a little bad as I expressed concerns of only having 1 car going into the following week (as they do not work over the weekend) when I have drop off and pickup with 2 kids. In summary, these guys are hardworking, knowledgeable, excellent, and honest auto mechanics. Having just moved to the area, we were enticed here by the great reviews when a car repair became necessary. I'm happy to say this is going to be our new place! The main thing for me is to find a repair shop that is honest and doesn't try to push you into repairs you don't need or charge you an arm and a leg, and Rx Auto Car definitely delivers. I went in for brake work, and they were totally honest in saying that the front brakes still had some life in them, though the back brakes needed work, and I really appreciated that. They even gave us an approximate time frame, which really helps us so we can start preparing financially. Also, the people were friendly and easy to talk to and provided excellent service all around - including a pickup!

Ordered new set of tires with alignment. Recieved tires under inflated and charged for four tire disposals when I actually kept one of the tires. Sloppy work with nickel and diming.Service: TiresService: Tires

If you have any problems with your vehicles air conditioning system look no further they are the best found them again after 14 years ago at the new location on route 59. As with my 79 Lincoln back then and with my 2007 explorer purchased two years ago they located a line leak leading to the third row back seat vents. They advised me that s repair at that location would be extremely costly due body frame issue and suggested sealing off line at that location and using front and middle seat row vents for cooling the vehicles compartment. Seeing that I usually have 3rd row seat unused and folded down for cargo use this option was a no-brainer, do it. This option resulted in a $300.00 repair and system recharge. These are cool and so iam I. my service record from 14 years ago popped up for the 79 Lincoln repair upon initial service order for the explorer I only provided them my new primary mobile phone number.

Took my car to Rx after I felt I was being taken advantage of at another shop. They put they car on the lift and after 10 minutes there was a plan to repair only what needed repairing. They earned my business that day and I will continue to patronize their business in the future. The work was performed in a timely fashion and I felt I received an excellent value.

I called around for a heater core replacement and they were the best price and could get me in on short notice. They got the job done on time and at the quoted price. They also checked my charging system free of charge since my battery light was on. Great service and great attitude - nice guys to work with.

The best auto shop in dupage county. I've been to about 10 over the last 15 years and I always come back here. They are straight shooting and honest people. They won't buckle and dime you and will tell you exactly what it will cost before the work starts and keep in contact throughout the process.

Always forth right. Explained my repair options. Reasonably priced. Stand behind their work. My last repair on my 17 year old car was for a dead spot on my starter. I took it in around Noon. They called back with a verified diagnosis and repair option/estimate around 2:00 P.M. and called for me to pick up the repaired vehicle around 4:15 P.M.--all on the same day! Their suggestion for a rebuilt starter rather than a new one saved me big bucks!!

RX auto care is willing to listen to what You want and provide you with what you NEED. This is very helpful when you have an older car that needs to keep going but doesn't have to be made brand new. They understand that all budgets are not the same and help you keep costs down. That's the kind of auto service that everyone appreciates.

I got recommended here from another shop to have my truck AC repaired. Needless to say, it was done very efficiently and very well priced. I couldn't be happier with the service. Don't hesitate to take your vehicle here. Very honest and great service. Thank you all there at the shop.
