Good staff. Great service even for someone going for the first time. They communicate what they need to. Don't be afraid to ask questions! I barely did anything just give information. They do the rest. That lady at the front desk is the foundation of great service!

My car ended up getting pretty damaged after a car hit it while it was parked. I took it to the Elburn location first who were absolutely wonderful at referring my car to be towed to the Warrenville location. They took care of the transfer and everything. Both locations were amazing at communicating and leaving voicemails, especially since I work all day and couldn t call them back right away. My mind is blown. I m beyond impressed!!! They truly are car wizards over there! Made my car look like new again! Like nothing ever happened! I ll be going to this chain of mechanics from now on for every repair! I m so thankful how fast they got it done and how sweet they were. I m over the moon!!! Highly recommend either location!!!

They are a very professional shop. The repair process was explained to me immediately, I was given an idea when I asked exactly how long it would take to do the repair, and when the repair was done, they delivered it right to my home on a flatbed. Inside the vehicle with some warranty and all of the paperwork regarding the claim. Thank you very much for a very good job. Well done.Service: Painting

Absolutely great! I was floored with how quickly they communicated all the information about everything going on with my car! I was super happy with the quality of the repairs. The detail wasnt anything to write home about but I'm just happy to be glad I'm back in my car and out of a rental.

Amazing repair service, my car was damaged in a vehicle accident and not only did Caliber Collision in Warrenville have open available to bring my car in for initial inspection but they were able to start work on it right away! I was kept in the loop via text messages letting me know what stage of the repair my car was in and everything we had discussed that was going to be fix/replaced was. Caliber did a great job with recent body repairs on a car involved in an accident. The car was returned in great condition. The repairs took a bit longer than expected but they were great about calling to update me on the status of the repairs. Staff were all very friendly and professional. I took my car to ABRA because it was part of the insurance plan to have my car repaired without the need to get multiple quotes and I saw that they were highly reviewed by others.I was extremely happy with the service they provided. I received daily updates with detailed information regarding exactly what was happening to my car. When I had questions, they were more than happy to explain exactly what I wanted to know.The end result looks great and I would highly recommend them to any of my friends.

They did some minor bumper repairs that was submitted through insurance. They replaced the pieces and left it looking new. I got my vehicle back the next day. They had it cleaned and looking new! I have used Abra twice in the last few years and every time have been very pleased with our service! Dan and John are always very helpful! My car sustained hail damage and looks brand new again! Thank you Abra!

I was very pleased with ABRA's service. I recently had my car worked on this past December for some collision damage. They replaced the rear passenger quarter panel and blended the paint perfectly. They gave regular updates via email and text, and Pete offered great service. They even vacuumed, dusted, and cleaned the inside! Hopefully I won't get need car work done again, but if I do, I'll go to ABRA.
