Never seem to get an "order ready for pickup" email from them even though they say to expect one. So, you're left to call them and have to feel like you're rushing them.

If they don't have it in stock they will normally within a day or less. Helpful staff. Like that they have a "borrow a tool" program at the store so you don't need to buy a specialty tool to work on your vehicle.

Great place for car parts. They are also an authorized Amsoil retailer. They can order any item you need.

Shopped around online for the part I needed. Napa had the best deal. I screenshot the part and number and let them order it for me. Came in one business day. Right part. Right fit. Pleasure doing business

This was my first time at this NAPA location. Product was easy to find and the service was very friendly and knowledgeable. They tried their best to come up with possible answers to my problem on a vehicle. It was a good visit and I'll more than likely visit again.
