Great service, great business! Ellie, Terry, Mike, Jeff, and all the guys in the shop are great. It s a small town shop that really care about their customers. They all go above and beyond to make sure to give good prices, great service, and make sure you are taken care quickly and for a great price!

Only been here 3 times so far but folks are very friendly and do all they can to keep me rolling. No issues yet and pray never will be , but sure if there is they would make it right. Great having them in our community. Very nice to have people you can rely on.

I spoke with the Owner Jeff about having issues with my car and after telling me the problem had been fixed it in fact had not been fixed. so once speaking with him again he became aggressive towards me and was definitely not a nice person to deal with. I would definitely take my business elsewhere unless you re someone who is local they don t value your business.Services: Wheel alignment, Oil change

I love coming here to have my Jeep worked on whenever it s in need of a Doctor. They re always friendly, helpful, informative and an overall pleasure to deal with, especially when it comes to mechanics. lol Can t forget how their prices are always extremely reasonable, completing how awesome they are. Overall a great experience every time I ve had to get work done on my Jeep.

I stopped by because I had a tire that kept getting low. They worked in checking my tire. They were great and patched where the screw was at in it. They are very nice people.

I traveled to Virden and found I had a hole in my tire. They were able to replace my tire so I could get home safely. Everyone there was friendly and helpful!

I was searching for a shop near Springfield, IL that provided mounting and Road Force balancing for my costly wheel and tire package. My main concern was avoiding damage to the lip of the wheels while the tires were being mounted. I spoke with Mike and Jeff over the phone to address my concerns and setup the appointment. Both gentlemen were extremely polite and informative. The tech that performed the service was very professional, and even allowed me to assist by unpacking and handing off the wheels as he finished balancing the previous one. He treated the wheels as if they were his own. When it came time to pay, Jeff was gracious enough to charge less than the original quote over the phone. It's difficult to convey just how appreciative I am of the level of service I received at Main Street Tire in Virden, IL. It may be an hour out of my way, but my experience has earned them a return customer if I should ever require a service they provide.

Very friendly and prompt service! I forgot I needed an oil change before a long road trip. Terry got me right in and back on the road. Great service at a great price! There's no need to go anywhere else for car service!

I've never had a bad experience here. I've only been here a handful of times, but each time has been good service, good products and a realistic expectation on time. They have friendly service, and they answer any and all questions.

This place charged me almost 600 bucks for an alternater and it went out not even a month later. The person that repaired it say they used the cheapest alternator they could find. I would never do business with this company again

I took my sons 97 thunderbird in to get all four tires replaced and the front end aligned. When we got the car back the steering wheel was crooked and the car was pulling right. I informed the owner and he had bring the car back in. After doing so and letting his tech try to re align the front end we received the car back still pulling badly to the right. I called the owner again and all he did was try to hide behind a bogus report from the alignment machine. In less than theee months one of the brand new front tires has nearly worn to the point of wire hanging out. I will be taking it back soon to get the tire replaced and the front end aligned...hopefully they can get it right the third time. Bad service, dishonest technicians ....if you can do so, take it somewhere else

Broke my muffler charged me for an oil filter and change when they didnt change anything 4 brand new tires was a lie aswell
