We found the dealership online with several Jeeps that interested us. Our sales associate, Mark, was extremely helpful, easy to work with and patient, given our many questions we had to ask about the different models, options and technologies. Would highly recommend the dealership and especially Mark Emery! Absolutely love our new Jeep Grand Cherokee!

I have been with Freedom for many many years AND I am always more than pleased with their service. They have ALWAYS treated me so so well and are the most WONDERFUL people I have ever worked with. They take the BEST care of me and my Jeep and I NEVER worry when I am in their hands. They are the BEST and most HONEST people you will ever do business with. They treat you like family .

I purchased a gently used 2022 VW Atlas Cross Sport today and I can honestly say I don't have anything negative to say about the experience.I made my initial inquiry thru one of the car search websites and received a response from Jeff Lemm right away. The dealer website had the car listed but no photos as of yet and I asked Jeff if he could take some pictures of the car and send over the AutoCheck report to review. He went over and above and took more than 10 pictures and took screen picks to get me report b/c of issues getting it to email. He was fantastic from beginning to end.The deal part of the experience went smoothly. I came prepared with #'s and printouts and everyone was appreciative of my time researching and guided me with additional information I wouldn't have been able to find on my own. We came to an agreement, signed the papers and I was on my way back home....220 miles. It went quick b/c of the excitement of the new car.Definitely worth a look if your in the market.Scott

My experience at Freedom was great. My salesman Tyler was awesome. He went above and beyond for me and made sure I was comfortable with the entire process as this was my first car. He let me ask all the questions I needed to and was really kind to help out with everything I need to get done. I will definitely buy from them again in the future!

I contacted Bill on the vehicle I & he made it . Jeff followed thru on other things. Bill & Jeff are very easy to work & they made the buying process painless. The staff that I dealt with was wonderful. I highly recommend buying a vehicle from Freedom because they have great customer service.

My husband and I have purchased two vehicles from Freedom so far and have absolutely no complaints. Mark, our salesman, was so wonderful to work with and we look forward to working with him from here on out. He was patient, knowledgeable, and so friendly. He really made us feel comfortable, and the whole car buying process a total breeze. The finance staff was great as well. We feel confident we got great deals and the best vehicles for us. This dealership is truly a breath of fresh air compared to others in the Springfield area. I would 100% recommend stopping here if you're in the market for a new ride!

I went down to Virden to look at the pre-owned Jeeps. They have a HUGE selection of Jeeps both pre-owned and new. Jeff Blain assisted us and was very personable, very helpful and worked with me to get me into the 2015 Patriot that I liked. He answered all of the questions and was very informative on all aspects of the sale. I had looked at a Springfield dealership right before going to Freedom and am so glad I went to Freedom. Jeff made me feel very comfortable with the whole aspect of buying a car. Can't say the same for Springfield. Definitely make a trip to Freedom in Virden before buying your next vehicle new or used.

Ray Voyda and all the employees at Freedom have always gone above and beyond. Whether it's when buying a vehicle or if you are having an issue with your car, the sales team and service team are top notch. Been buying from Freedom and Ray for 25 years and they will always be my dealership. I'm even an hour and a half away now and still am a loyal Freedom customer. Thanks for all you guys do! The sales staff at Freedom were all friendly and professional, helping with any questions or concerns I had with test driving two different Jeep Wranglers. After deciding on a vehicle, the purchasing experience was extremely easy. I decided to add running boards after the purchase and they were ordered, received and installed within a few days. Again, the parts and service staff were friendly and professional.

This was by far my most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had. Both the sales and finance departments were easy to work with. Everyone was very professional and friendly throughout the whole process.I spent the majority of the time working with Nathan. Can t say better things about him as a part of Freedom s sales team. He was always responsive, true to his word, and made the whole process seamless.Great experience all around. I would highly recommend Freedom to anyone looking to purchase a car near the Illinois/Missouri area.

We bought a new car in November and have had nothing but issues. It has been in the shop several times for recalls. The radio cuts off/freezes several times a month. No fix in sight at this point.

I'm on double digits as far as car purchases from Freedom. Todd , JC , and sales team are very attentive . Joe and the service department have not failed in delivering top notch service for my family's vehicles. If you are indeed of a vehicle , I would not hesitate in directing you to go to Freedom. From the leadership all the way down I have had all but positive experiences with Freedom. When you depend on your transportation as I do to make it to work in all weather events , don't hesitate in trusting Freedom for your needs in this department.
