I went in needing a new battery and Curt and Colby were very helpful. They navigated through the process of getting my warranty to go through all the while the internet was logging them out but they were very patient and professional. Two thumbs up to Curt and Colby!!!!!

Thanks to the fantastic team at Virden Auto Zone, I didn t have to pay $200 for a new battery. I stopped in to get my alternator and battery checked because my car was having some trouble. They found I had a loose cable, tightened up for me, and the car passed the test with flying colors. A+ customer service above and beyond! Thank you.

I went into the AutoZone in Virden and I had no idea what I was looking at or for. The staff was very accommodating very kind very patient and they help me get what I needed to get. I was in and out of there with no problem and it was a very very good experience. Five stars to AutoZone in virden keep up the good work guys.

My wife's car would not start so she got a jump and went to auto zone to get the battery tested since we still had 6 months left on our warranty. The test showed the battery was good but the starter needed replaced. So I spent over $170. For a new starter. Then the next morning the car would not start again so I went back in and had it tested again and now the battery wasnt getting the right charge but battery still tested fine. I asked them to just replace the battery and see if that's the problem but was told since the battery is good their is no need to replace the battery. Then I just took the car to a shop. They called me 2 days later and said it was a BAD BATTERY!!!!!!!!! That was 2 weeks ago and my wifes car has no problems at all. So I'm now out $170 for a starter that DID NOT NEED REPLACED and over $200 for a new battery and service because auto zones tester said the battery was good when it was NOT

The staff here are super knowledgeable and helpful. Tara the Manager knows her stuff! The space is clean and we were able to find what we needed without even having to leave town. Thank you!

I purchased a battery for my GMC Sierra HD truck this morning. Tara and Kirk were a pleasure to work with. They are knowledgeable and friendly. I asked them to install my battery and Kirk worked hard to get it installed. I could tell he knew what he was doing. I appreciate they service! Thank you Tara and Kirk!

This store is well organized and extremely convenient. The staff is knowledgeable and dedicated to finding solutions for my automotive needs. Phil in particular is great at ensuring that I walk away with everything I need to get the job done and always creates a positive interaction. We are lucky to have the store and staff in our small community.

First I told them I was replacing brake pads on the rear of my truck. Pads they sold me did not come with retainer clips which normally are included.Second trip, purchased retainer clips. Got home and they were the wrong clips.Now going back for the 3rd time to get the correct parts. ( I hope ) Almost 40 miles round trip, pretty frustrating and a huge waste of time and fuel.Staff is untrained, no discount or anything offered for my time and trouble and their mistakes.Won't be doing business here any longer.

was in Virden store today,returning a Battery, The Employee helping me ran into technical issues with return process,so it took a few minutes. Tara (the employee) made the wait painless,and got me out the door as quickly as possible. GREAT SERVICE!!THANKS Tara!!

I went in on a Sunday morning and was told I needed a new battery. It was replaced within a half hour and I was treated great through the whole process. The man explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. It was the type of service you hope to get and rarely do. I believe the guys name may have been David. Kudos to a great job.

Go in and talk to Curt. Man knows more about cars the Henry Ford did!!! Wonderful staff, clean store and always there to help!!!

Phil and Preston are very nice and very helpful anytime I go into auto zone!!!! Phill even went and installed a battery for my grandma off the clock because I had to work. Such a great team of knowledgable people

Its such a waste of time! No one knows anything, even using the computer. Picked up a part and they said its the right one well 3 trips later I finally got the right part. People clearly do not know cars or how to type into a computer.
