The people are usually nice and have common sense, a few have not. 99% of the time I've been happy with this place and people. I have only had one problem here and it is that once there was a long piece of plastic in the pizza. I did tell them so they would know and hopefully never happen again, but I haven't bought food from there since. Been going here since 2019.

Not a huge fan of this location. Every time I ordered a pizza I had to wait after it s confirmed pickup time, sometimes I wait for the entire pizza to be made after I placed my order for a specific pickup time. I ve placed a few orders from the app for snack items and when I get to the store have to pick them out myself cause nobody did, like what is the point of the app? The other day when I went in to get a few items the cashier was pretty rude for no reason. I ll drive to Orion to that Casey s it s run way better. I don t want to say it s all the employees either sometimes the store is run with like 2 people. 1 in the kitchen and 1 at the counter. That doesn t work. Hire more employees.

This Casey s is one of my favorites to go to. It s very convenient for me to go get pizza and go. The food is usually always good, but the employees in the back might need more help? When I went in there last night there were three girls working and they had a line that made it inconvenient for people who weren t getting pizza to check out. I had to leave and come back after calling in an hour ahead because they still didn t have my pizza done. I m going to assume that it s help they need because the ladies seemed to be working fast and diligently. Someone should look into this. Working with food is tough and they should have enough bodies to cover on one of the busiest nights of the week.

I purchased a almond milk Frappuccino from their cold section, get to work and realize it has a metallic taste and is over a month expired. I went ahead to call Casey s to inform them and the girl on the other line said thanks for letting us know. Didn t offer to at least replace it or even apologize for their negligence. this is the extent of their amazing customer service

I do not receive good customer service at this particular gas station. Employees are very snippy and rude. I asked a simple question the other day and the woman working was very rude about answering my question. If you don't enjoy your job simple get a different one. Don't make your customers experience bad because you don't want to be there. I've only had decent service from 1 or 2 of their employees.

This is a good store with great pizza and ready made food with good cold sandwiches, subs and wraps! But prices are high on product drinks such as monster, coke and Pepsi! The day crew during the week is good but the store manger can be rude!!! Sucks since this is the only gas station in Viola

just left lady in bakery was rude. i asked kindly if they had any unfilled long John's sje acted like i asked for a million dollars, "no we NEVER do". so i said pkay what about sprinkles on a raised donut? "No they wouldnt stick" really lady not true at all! rude and definitely will be the first and last time i drive 15mins to your store to get donuts for my! rude! cashier was nice

This Caseys has a 24 hour kitchen with a Sub bar. The food is always good and they encourage you to check your order before you pay to ensure satisfaction. I recommend the meatball sub, chicken wraps, and the taco pizza, the people are friendly, and have a small town feel. In the summer season they also have soft serve ice cream machine. They have monthly pizza specials aswell.

Oscar the kitchen manager is very rude to the other kitchen people. When we came in he was yelling and treating other employee horribly, stop yelling start helping that makes things go a whole lot smoother!

Great pizza, good service. They have curbside now. Their sub sandwiches and sslads are good and made with fresh ingredients.Only reason for only 4 stars is no delivery

Horrible service walked into the gas station asked about Vape s like Juul s they look right in my face told me they didn t have it even though i was looking at the product, then when I pointed out they were right there they didn t even try to assist me....Idk maybe it s because I m a person of color who knows.

It was the most disgusting store I have been in and I work for driveline and I've been in and opened 10 years never seemed like that one before I thought it was like a store that we new 1 there was one guy today assistant manager I asked him if there's somebody else working you're the only one where's the manager at she's work double. If I was a management I'll be working till I got done and stuff put away because I'm there is not one I owe you could get down you had to move the cars to get the stuff you wanted I don't know her name but if I was her boss I would have fire yesterday when I went in therethe cashier he was only there for 5 days and they left left in checking out by himself in the other guy was trying to put stuff away then he got busy so he had to start checking out so nothing got put away so I hope you take this under advisementfire her or why didn't you bring in some more people to put the stuff away. I know I worked opening very many new Dollar generals but then when we would have to do a reset and it was wrong I didn't leave there until I got it fixed it might have been 10 hours but I didn't leave or I would have stayed overnight and won't be back there in the morning when they was there and to refinish but I wanted to make sure it was done I hope you do do something with this manager or something because that was ridiculous I should go take pictures I feel so sorry for them to you guys

Sold me a pack of stale, expired cigarettes. Tiny, podunk town with highest gas prices around. Do not recommend.

I have always has good pizza here. But got one this afternoon. A supreme and something didn't seem right. I googled there supreme and it was missing pepperoni. Just fyi.

Everytime I go to this convenience store, I get to the counter and they decide to count their drawer and it takes them forever. I have been there at different times and this happens every time.
