First time i brought my car to this shop for tire repair, told the guy were the nail was didnt even pull it out but found a screw in my tire and put 2 big scratches in on my rims! Very costly my car has no scratches or marks on my rims, now they do....If you have a car you dont care about the looks this is your place! Garbage, they dont care about your car!

Great owner, nice staff, trustworthy pricing! I've been going here for 7 years with car issues ranging from very major to very minor. They always explain why you need something done and are upfront about how serious it is. If you can wait for a service or they can save you money, they will tell you that. I live in the city now and still come out to Villa Park for service. Highly recommend!

Just had some tires mounted as well as some TMPS sensors and it was a very pleasant experience. I had brought my own tires in and had labeled them where I wanted them installed (bought two sets at different times as they had different date codes and wanted them on the same axle) and they had listened to my instruction without issue which seems to be difficult to get nowadays with the service industry. The front desk staff were very nice and easy to talk to, had great automotive knowledge and understood what I was looking for without any hassle. I had also asked for an alignment but after they replaced the tires they test drove it and my issue was gone since my old tires were the culprit and didn't blindly do an alignment saving me some money. It has a nice local town feel and not that big company feel! Highly suggested!

Excellent place!! I'm new to this area. After being told to wait a week just to look at my car somewhere else .. I dropped it at night here and it was ready the next afternoon. It may have been an easy fix for them but that turnaround is rare! Honest people. Honest prices. I highly recommend!!! Best shop I've ever come across!!

I were here for tires balance fast and good service. The office and staffs work here are very friendly and honest. Recommend for everyone this is a good place to go for a tire shop service.

Fantastic service, fair prices, and just a great honest business overall. Been taking my vehicles here for a few years and I drive a lot for work (roughly 40k miles per year) so my vehicles can need service pretty regularly. These guys have seen my vehicles a lot and they always come through. They re always very timely with repairs whether it s an all day project or just something simple. Highly recommend!

Thee BEST shop in DuPage County. Very reasonable, quick and efficient service. One shop told me I needed a front differential. I came here and found out it was just the wheel bearings. My Tahoe has over 300K miles and I will not trust it with any other shop. Get your repairs here, trust me you won't be disappointed!

I had a brake problem. A leak in 2 different places. I manage a Back To Bed and couldn't take time out out of work. A customer referred me here. I got a great price, same day repair and they drove me to and from work to wait for the repair. Excellent quality, service and pricing. Very trusting and loyal automotive professionals. Definately will consider them 1ST in the future.

Brought my daughter's car in for a leaky tire--they said they fixed it but the next day the tire was completely flat. So it was not fixed but made worse. We called and they said well just get it towed here. Seems to me they have some responsibility to react a little more helpful than this. Not sure I will ever go back there. Sorry Villa Park Auto but you should try to care.

Villa Park Auto is the only place I bring my vehicles. They are honest, fair priced, and work quickly. I recommend to my whole family. And recently saved my Grandparents $4k from what the Ford dealer quoted. BJ and Drew in the office and Mitch and Rob in the shop make a good team.

On my way to work my car started smoking so I pulled in as this was close to where I was. They took a look at the car in a timely fashion, found the problem, gave me a fair price for the repair, answered my questions, filled up my fluids and let me drive the rest of the way to work without charging me a dime and without pressuring me. They told me what the problem was and were even more helpful when I called back an hour later. I ended up deciding to buy a new car, but everyone here was friendly, helpful, and didn't pressure me into anything I didn't want.

Lake Villa Auto has saved me multiple times. The last one was a $1200 brake job that Lake Villa Auto did for $650. They are trustworthy and professional! I now drive an hour one way just to have them work on my cars.You should also disregard some of the negative reviews because when you have brake work done, you have to do both sides. You wouldn't want one side of your car stopping better/faster than the other side.

Had a good experience here when I needed help replacing a hose gone bad. They were nice, efficient and fair. I'll be back for sure as it's close to home and I've got 3 vehicles that sooner or later will need something

This is the ONLY shop to go to!! In an emergent situation involving a tow truck that required I pick a shop within a 14 mile radius, I threw a dart at the map and chose Villa Park Auto Clinic. They had a major job done quickly and at a fair price. When another issue arose I made the mistake of looking for a shop closer to home. The other shop overcharged without effectively fixing the issue. I ended up right back at VP Auto Clinic where they fixed the other shop's shoddy work at no charge to me. They are great guys with a great business!!

They got me in right away and had an estimate in an hour. I was happy that they had my car ready to go the next day. I passed the emissions so they definitely fixed the problem. I'll be back for sure!

I would just like to say great place my brother passed away I was taking his antique car to the funeral got a flat tire arrived when they opened got me in and out and did not even charge me really turned the day around for me thanks to everyone there being the owner of a transmission shop it is great to know there still is other shops out there that treat people like people and not a opportunity to just make money I highly recommend this place to everyone keep up the great work villa park auto clinic

I go for an oil change. When I get back in my car, it smells of smoke. I do not smoke. My steering wheel is coveted with an oily film and my windshield is smudged from when they placed the reminder sticker.. most of all my check engine light came on and you would think they would want to check it out.

Horrible Experience the guy tried to change my breaks but still the same problem i felt like he took the money without replacing the breaks. The problem is that they are desparate to make money at any costs therefore i feel like they are there to cheat people so I would highly recommend to stay away from this rip off company

scammers be ware of oscar, they will steal your money left and right... I took to change the oil they broke the pan calls on the phone says oh by the way we broke the pan either you buy a new pan or come and pick up your car.... had to pay $300 to change oil felt like sheihks from Saudi brought me costum made oil....beware of these guys filed a complaint with bbb and by the way their "free" transportation is totally "free" if you use your own feet or otherwise if you need them you are better off calling a cab.... can something be less than 1 star i would give them
