I highly recommend this shop. I took my x5 50i due to a boost leak. Angelo quickly helped me with my problem and got it done quickly. Very fair pricing too, BMW of Northfield wanted to change me $4,800 for a vacuum hose change on my 50i and the cost of this labor at Pinnacle is 16% of what BMW of Northfield was charging me. ANGELO thank you brother!!

The best shop around. Repaired my car from death twice. Maintenance is always great, never a problem. Great staff that take pride in their work. Angelo is always honest and always does what is best for you, no matter the case. I had a great experience at Pinnacle Motorwerks. My 2013 Cadillac Escalade needed to have an engine rebuild done. Angelo and Casper were very honest and upfront with me about the time and cost this project would take. They made couple of very helpful suggestions for upgrades while the engine was apart. I'm 100% satisfied with the work and will surely go back next time any of my cars need repairs or maintenance done. Best group of guys I've encoutered, they are honest and very good at what they do. When you call in ask for Angelo he will take good care of you, all I've seen there are high end cars. I've taken my care their multiple times and I can't say anything bad about them, Angelo takes good care of me and I will do the same. I will send my friends, family and customers here when there is a job that needs to be done. Thank you again fellas you are doing a good job.

Needed a new clutch put in my car and had Pinnacle recommended to me by a coworker. Clutch went in and they also changed out a compressor for me at a great price. No hassles or surprise charges. Unfortunately, the clutch assembly had a defect from the factory that ended up blowing the slave and master cylinder. Angelo and the guys at pinnacle took the car back and got it working, no questions asked. Great shop with honest, knowledgeable people. Angelo will make it happen for you.

I don t write reviews often but I know I HAVE to for these great people.I took in my Mercedes SLK to replace its defective balance shaft sprocket which involves removing the engine from the vehicle and tearing the engine down. I am from Indiana and used to live in Northwest Indiana, and I ve went to this certain shop because it s great ratings and great prices compared to every other shops I called. They are also known to work with very expensive vehicles/rare supercars. That is why I ve picked them even though they were an hour away from me at the time. AND I DO NOT REGRET THE DRIVE ONE BIT!!! Their customer service is THE EPITOME, THE BEST, #1 PLACE/BUSINESS I VE EVER BEEN TO HANDS DOWN. There has been an instance when there was a small oil leak that wasn t there before, took it back and fixed it WITHOUT AN ISSUE. They go the extra mile to make sure it is perfect!! Kept in contact throughout every job. Their workers are very friendly, the shop is clean, the lobby is clean and comfortable, the lady behind the counter was very friendly. Everything in that shop is perfect and is how every mechanic shop should be. I ve recently moved down to Indianapolis and I would take every vehicle I own for a big job there without an issue, even if it s a 3+ hour drive. They will not upset you. If they were by me, they would be my shop for whatever. I can t be more than thankful enough for them. I hope this review will fix any doubts!

They did my m235i tune for an inexpensive price. Even a free oil change with the stuff brought in. They can do just about everything there. My car can now easily clap m4's no codes or anything wrong. All it takes is time

Referred by an existing customer to change the gear oil on my 2007 Vantage. They recommended an alternate gear oil that was much cheaper and more available than the Aston-specific oil. Saved me a ton of money and in addition the car is now much easier to shift when cold (common issue on the Vantages). They seem very knowledgable on these cars, and I would recommend them to any 2000s-era Aston Martin owners.

I rarely post reviews, but this place was so great that I had to put in my 2 cents...Due to circumstances that were out of my control, I had no time to get my car fixed.Car is an 2015 MB e63s, running rough at idle for the past couple of days...check engine light came on. (fearing the worst)Called up pinnacle (Angelo) and he says "No problem....we'll pick the car up, call you about what's wrong and if we can fix it today, we'll drop it off at your work" (I work in Addison, so am close to his shop)First rate professionalism, honesty and service, that you don't get anymore.Later that day angelo called me and told me what needed to be done and the cost. (just needed a ignition coil pack).Price was more than fair. (plus no downtime on my part!!!!)If you have any hesitation/fear about having your car (high end) needing anything, Pinnacle Motorwerks is the place to have it done.Give this place your business, they deserve it.TLDR; Honest, Hard working, and Professional Independent Shop that you'll be extremely satisfied with with.Service: Engine repair

My car was leaking oil and the Pinnacle Team found exactly where it was leaking and what repairs needed to be done. The Pinnacle Team went above and beyond to get this figured out and repaired. The Pinnacle Team has the best communications and there follow thru is fantastic. I will use Pinnacle going forward for all of my repairs. I can't thank the Pinnacle Team enough - it was the best experience. There knowledge, teamwork and car repairs skills are the best.
