I have known Rich since High School. He is an honest guy who won't take advantage of anyone. He will be brutally honest with you. He does great work and has been doing this for years. Your safe to bring him your vehicle.

Rich is an outstanding customer service representative, as well as a Top Tier Mechanic. This man is insanely organized, and doesn't waste a movement during his day. His shop is spotless and super well organized, which is an oddity in the automobile industry. Above and Beyond service, a true 5 Star experience.

I bought a lemon Civic with 186K on it and soon got a job offer at San Diego. I need to drive this poor car across 3/5 of the U.S. Mr. P did some merticulous and effective work on it and now I'm in SD, driving it everyday to work. Great mechanic.

I took my car for an estimate elsewhere and was told my car is not safe to drive and that I needed $2000 worth of work done. I then went for a second estimate at Patterson's. I showed them my first estimate and they laughed! They fixed my car for $250! AMAZING! Thanks Patterson's

Some one answeres the phone and says they are the owner Joe. Makes appointments, but when you show up the owner Rich cusses you out and tells you no one could have, you are a liar and much more things I shall not repeat. HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!!!!!
