Go in hoping for a PVC breather hose and brought in the hose along with the matching nipple so they could just see what hose off the reel fits ....well the guy at the counter tells me theyonly have radiator hoses for my car ....I try explaining they definitely have the hose needed . What looks like a manager maybe another employee comes out tells me it needs to be ordered from Honda. I ask can you find a matching hose off one of the rolls of vacuum line etc ? ....no no I'm not going threw the whole shop .....then after a moment of back n forth he goes in back for maybe 30 seconds comes out says either too big or too small ...I go to auto zone ask for the hose in hand woman takes me to the reels of hose in back, what do you know it's a 3/8th fuel line! was exactly what i needed .....auto zone did what nappa wouldn't .... find the car part needed at a auto parts store ...

NAPA Auto Parts the only auto parts store I use the employees are really really smart there and if they don't have what you need they will get it from you from one other other stores and have it delivered aren't too many places doing that these days try Napa you will be well taken care of and get what you need

Was a pleasure shopping at Napa. Sales person was awesome and took the time to help me get a battery for my truck and hydraulic fluid for my tractor. This place has everything you need. Just a tip go there first, you will be so happy you did.

I wish they have more parts in stock /on the shelf. Order for tomorrow I can myself from the internet. Stores are to have parts on the shelf not shine&wax junk - thats what walmart is for. Nice crew thou -u got some stars thanks to them.P.s. to make it better. Every time some comes in and ask for part you don't have order 3-5 and keep 'em on shelf. . .

Very fast friendly service. The counter person, Cory, showed me options available, and suggested like items that are available. I also received discounts on my order because I am in their system.

Ordered online, got the message and email that my order was ready for pick up. Show up after work maybe 15 minutes before close. They said they couldn t find it and asked if I payed? And proceeded to turn off the store lights not even 2 minutes after they looked it was just an oil change kit. But that s fine I guess I can take my business where they want to take care of their customers

I came into your store today around 4pm and the staff was very helpful, but I do not think I will ever shop here again. The noise from whatever business is upstairs is absolutely atrocious. You can hear the rafters and windows shaking around with all the stomping. It doesn't sound like a safe environment to shopping and I personally feel horrible for the staff that has to work through that.

Stop at this store not to long ago. I was helped by a sales rep named Jon Roberts. This guy was class act! Great customer service, very knowledgeable about parts and was very helpful. Would differently go back again and highly recommend going to this store if you need anything for your vehicle!

Everyone I've ran into here was very kind and knowledgeable. One of the few auto parts stores in the area that feels comfortable to walk into.

Needed a serpentine belt for non automotive application and was able to get it matched up by counterman without grief. Sometimes hard to do elsewhere.
