Stopped by Mowers and More tonight and was blown away by their exceptional service. After a fruitless search for a hard-to-find part at another local store, I found myself at Mowers and More. There is NO better place out there to get your small engine equipment serviced. I've always found them to be upfront, honest and completely transparent.Just picked up my Husqvarna power washer, where not only did they repair it perfectly, but they did so in the most cost-effective manner possible. Good to see a business that puts their customers' best interest first.

For the past several years I have had my mower serviced at Mowers and More. They have always done an excellent job. They are honest, transparent, always let me know if there is an issue after they start the maintenance and are willing to communicate about everything they did. I have not had a better company to do this kind of work and would recommend them without any hesitation.

I am so glad I found Mower s and more because as usual, I waited to the last minute to get my lawnmower serviced and they came in and saved the day. They accommodated us so nicely and picked up our lawn more the same day called and I have it back within a week now. I will use them every year for my lawnmower and snowblower s. They are friendly and professional and give great advice!! Thank you so much!

I found Mowers and more via a Google search and read the reviews. This was January 2022 when I had trouble with my snowblower and had to get it fixed. Fortunately they were willing to look at it and fix it. 1 week later, $100 poorer, I got it back and was working well for the season. I did the due diligence in "summerizing" the SB, emptied it of all gas and running it until it stopped.In December 2022, I gassed it up and used it once. Later in January 2023, my wife and I started smelling gas in the garage and I found the SB leaking fuel. I called them again took it over. 3 weeks later, I received the diagnosis that the carburetor needed replacement and that it would cost $ and not wanting to spend a lot, I told them to call me if the cost exceeded $200. A week later, it was ready and I went over to pick-up. The total cost came up to more than $275 and I paid grudgingly and left. I had paid almost $400 for a craftsman SB in 13 months.He told me that after the gas is emptied, I have to prime the "bulb" a few times to get all the fuel out and if possible to even use the fuel release screw near the carburetor to completely remove all the gas. He explained that the Ethanol in gasoline is very bad for small engines and causes the damage. He asked that the I use the pure gasoline that's sold without any Ethanol for better life and maintenance.

I used to go to another repair shop a little farther east on St. Charles (I won't name them, but some will probably guess), but I'll be going to Mowers and More from now on.They did an excellent job on my Toro snow blower. Not only that but their engineer (I think his name was Kevin) took the time to give me advice on maintenance.

We had a generator that was leaking gas. Mark at Mowers and More was very helpful. They picked up our generator, looked it over, and explained what needed to be done. The generator was repaired in a few days, and delivered back to us very politely by Steve the driver. We would be happy to use them again to repair a small engine.

Mowers and More is a great place! Last year they fixed my snowblower even gave me a used part from an old junk blower they had in the back to make the fix! Today they gid a great job on my mower. Good price, knowledgeable staff, quality work and excellent service. I am glad I found them and would recommend to family and friends. Thanks!

People say their service is good but don't go in and order apart been waiting a month for a mower deck belt still haven't received it they don't know where it is spent 40 bucks for the same part I ordered on Amazon for 16 and got it in 2 days and still waiting 2 months later

Called to order parts, explained was going to do the repair remotely. Mark, took the time to run through it on the phone to make sure I was prepared, saving me time. Have used them multiple times over the years. And will continue to do so!

Mark is a really good guy. Very fair prices and won't take advantage of you. Saved me hundreds of dollars by telling me to check other things before ordering me a new transmission. Transmission was fine. Thank You Mark! I will only use your business and send anyone I know, to you.

I have been a customer at Mowers and More for over a decade. Marc is very knowledgeable and friendly. They will pick up your snow blower for service and get it fine tuned and running for the upcoming season. Their repairs are reasonably priced and they do a great job. This year I decided to buy a new snow blower and Marc was very helpful in that process. I would recommend Mowers and More to anyone who has to make it through a Chicago winter!

Great service and compassion!- Our snowblower broke and needed a part. I'm able to replace the part, but it was going to take a week to order and receive it, and it's snowing RIGHT NOW.Seeing my problem, the owner went into his used parts and found one that works, then had his mechanic check it. The part was good, I took it home and installed it - and I'm blowing snow tonight!Thank you, Mowers and More!

Mark is awesome!! Very thorough and knowledgeable. Saved me tons of money by only doing what was needed. He did not up sell services he could have for an old beat up mower. Got it up and running cheap and saved me buying a new mower at least one more season. Anyone in need of service should start and END here!!

Peak season, was told I would have my tractor back in 12 to 14 days....on the 14th day I was mowing my lawn. Great service, friendly staff, and they talked me out of work I didn't need. As well, they shred your credit information as soon as your card is run, which is greatly appreciated. Just another example of how they run their business. I don't normally writer reviews, but they earned a good review, so here it is....Thank you Mowers and More!

I had my power washer repaired. They did a nice job repairing it. There were a few issues concerning the machine when returned to me, but the owner called to follow up and was very conscientious about resolving the issues. I would recommend this place based on the owner's quality assurance.

My snow blower needed a new pull cord and the repair shop I always go to moved much further away. A quick online look at places near my home pointed me to Mowers and More. The repair was done right away and surprisingly inexpensive. Polite, straight talk without any attitude.

My company needed 5 generators repaired by a specific deadline so we came to mowers and more for repairs. They completed the repairs on time and provided great pricing in a professional workman like manner. These guys are great. I brought my lawn mower blade in to be sharpened and they did so within 10 minutes. Super helpful and very down to earth, very easy to ask questions with. If you are looking to support your local community and want a great looking lawn, look of further as Mowers and more is the place that you have beeen looking for.

Mark and his team were honest and straightforward with their assessment of my Toro. I received fantastic service with a quick turnaround. I just moved to the area, but I will be a customer for a long time. Highly recommend.

The owner seems like a nice guy. But when I brought my mower in for an oil leak he said it was going to be in four week wait. I figured I could use my neighbors which would be fine. After I got home from vacation six weeks later I called him only to have them tell me oh the part came in yesterday I ll have it done in two days it s a two-man job . It cost me 100 bucks which I was OK with but now it s been a month and I find an oil leak on my garage floor. Overall should ve just bought a new mowerto my surprise after i wrote this review... the owner, marc, calls me and offers to pick up the mower and do what ever it takes to fix the oil problem i mentioned... After testing the mower again i realized that the oil leak on my garage floor was actually an old stain

Had bought a snow blower for a $1000.00 in November 2014. It broke down in March 2015. They didn't come and pick it up for 3 weeks. Then they took 8 months to repair it and had to do additional work because it sat so long. I called and called and stopped by only to get excuse after excuse. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Also I'll do my own service from now on.

Disappointed is an understatement. The owner was very friendly and personable, but prices are outrageous and do not reflect what is posted in the business. I brought in a 1 year old snowblower in perfect condition that needed a "flue system tune up" because a small amount of fuel was left in the mower at the end of the season. I was recommend this option because it was "cheaper." All I was told was I needed to pay $80 upfront just for them to look at the snowblower. I was not updated on anything during the process and was not told how much repairs would cost before they were made. A month later my snowblower is finally ready for pick up and I am hit with another $90.00 charge. $170 to replace a fuel line and clean out the system is ridiculous and I was never given a quote or offered any alternative options. Must be nice being able to charge whatever price you choose and not give your customers any estimate or options whatsoever. Will never do business with them again.

I have the up most respect for Marc and Mowers and More in Villa Park, ILNot only did they fix my snow blower but the price was very reasonable. They only repaired what needed to be repaired. Highly recommend them. 5 stars!

I have had a couple of jobs done at Mowers and More, and have been very pleased with the quality and service. I had a problem with the engine on my riding mower and was ready to have it replaced. Mark went out of his way to do some extra homework and learned that the warranty on the engine had been extended by the manufacturer because of lots of service issues. Mark called the manufacturer and they agreed to replace the engine. His extra effort saved me hundreds of dollars. I will definitely use this business again in the future.
