BEWARE!! This is not a car repair shop it is a junk yard. They have changed the name to try and hide all the damage from their previous son Anthony whom drove customer cars as if they were his own vehicle racked up miles upon miles all tracked through the journey on the vehicle. They never return phone calls and also allow employees including Anthony himself to drink and do whatever else it is while working on customer cars. They will destroy your car and lie stay far away!!

If you care at all about your car, do not go here. and do not trust these people at all!! they recently changed their name from anthony s collison to michael s to cover up all the harm they did to their customers. drinking on the job, lies, extremely poor communication, damage to my vehicle, lost business with honda in Elmhurst. Shady bodyshop, shady people.

I took my beloved Mercedes there, after an accident. The passenger side door got a dent Anthony, the owner met me on time, very helpful, and the whole staff there is so respectful, too. He saved the door by changing the hinges, and repaired the door completely. So happy for their service. It only took him 3 days to complete the work. Price estimate is reasonable and honest. I would highly recommend Anthony s collision center for any major or minor repairs after any damage.Service: Painting

If I could give more than five stars I honestly would! The shop did an amazing job repairing the body of my car including the windshield. Communication and customer service was amazing. Anytime I called for an update, they gave it to me with a good attitude. Not once did they make me feel like I was annoying them for checking. Kelly is a life saver. She spent an hour on the phone with my insurance company helping me get things cleared. Tony is also wonderful, he recommended me a shop next door I could go to for internal issues. The entire staff there were just awesome. This shop is definitely the only shop I ll take my car to from now on. They were fast with fixing too! 10/10 would recommend!

I toke my car in after a horrible wrap removal experience , where the wrap shop left the paint in rough shape, with scratches, and the paint coming off , full of residue. Anthony s collision was recommended to me by a friend of mine, i was nervous after getting my car back in a hideous looking condition and just wanted the BEST THERE IS OUT THERE. I went in , got an estimated price, information of what work will be done, and the time duration . This shop is nothing but full of amazing workers, the dedication to making your car look new , the friendliness, the professionalism, mike was such a sweetheart and im so grateful for him. Words can t explain how amazing he was , I will be returning for future touch ups , the experience i got was one of the bests .Service: Painting

I had my truck here when it was Anthony's and they did a great job. Brought it to Michael, who brags that he took it over and does better work, for some work and they absolutely ruined my truck. The paint chip touch up turned into dripping paint down the entire driver's side door, not even the correct color and it looks as if the paint wasn't mixed properly. They also did not repair a rust ding that was also to be fixed on the passanger door. The horrible work was shown to Michael upon pick up and I said thus can't be leftl8ke this, he said it will budlff out and its ok we will fix it bring it back. They literally painted the top part of the door and it has a drip line along where the top of the door meets the bottom because they didnt wajt to replace the gran cherokee tag. I called multiple times to be treated rudely by the lady who answered the phone, spoke to Michael on his cell again to be told I'm busy I'll try to fit you in. Needless to say this was October, my truck has never been fixed from the horrible job they did and they won't return a call. I'm notifying the BBB and I hope they get shut down. DO NOT EVER take your car here the work is horrible and they will take your money and not complete the work. I wish I could attach the pics so you could see how terrible of a job that was done, that I have been told will take a minimum of $1600.00 to repair by a body shop that doesn't destroy you trucks paint. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO MICHAELS COLLISION for any work at all.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Amazing experience! I spoke with the owner...Tony, who was super nice and accomodating me in installing an aftermarket front end piece. He said...'just bring it in' after speaking with many other shops who all gave me the run around.I arrived at the shop and met the very nice and talented Michael who...said 'no problem' and had it professionally installed in 3 hours. My 2017 Honda Pilot had a spot weld break free in the driveshaft tunnel. After months of dealing with Honda, they covered the repair under good faith. The dealer brought it to Anthony s Collision Center for the repair. After getting the run around from the dealer, Anthony called me directly and explained the situation. He was awesome to deal with and communicated everything perfectly. He even offered to stay late and get the repairs done because he wanted me to be 100% happy. I appreciate his honest approach and although his shop was chosen by Honda, I would not hesitate to bring my car directly to him in the future. He even followed up with me once I got the car back to make sure I was satisfied. Thanks for the clear communication and great work Anthony!!!!Service: Body & Trim

I brought my car in roughly a week ago to get an estimate on repairs. The guy working there named Mike told me he would get back to me with estimate. After numerous phone calls no one would pick up. I left multiple messages. No one got back to me. I called him this morning and said he would get back to me with an estimate. Still no estimate. I don t recommend anyone get their car repaired here. They are very unprofessional and Mike seems very flustered doing his job. I think it s time for them to hang it up. If I could I would give negative stars. Stay away from this junkyard.

Anthony's was amazing with my recent vehicle repair. They were professional and kept me well informed during every phase of the repair. They were amazing with the insurance company making sure that the repairs that needed to be done were done and paid for completely. I got rear ended and was recommended this shop by my dealership. They were quick to give an estimate and a date to start working on my car. I appreciated the fact that they answered any questions I had with no hesitation and kept me updated through out the whole process! I decided to get tints done while they had my car in the shop, they turned out really nice and good quality. Had my car back in 4 days, will definitely be back for a roof wrap soon!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was referred by the Kia dealership in elmhurst after my daughters car was stolen and then recover. This shop went above and beyond to help get everything right they sorted through paperwork dealt with the insurance company and kept up the communication throughout the process Kelly did an outstanding job and if I need anything done in the future this will be where I go. I was referred to Anthony's Collision Center by a local dealership in Hoffman Estates. My vehicle was involved in an accident and it was damaged pretty bad. I took the car to Anthony who provided an estimate and talked me through their process. The service he provided was above and beyond. When I picked up my car it looked better than the day I bought it. There is no detection of a prior accident and the paint looked flawless. I am very happy with the quality and service that I would have remorse not sharing my experience. The staff and management were absolutely on point!If you need a body shop, dont think twice, this is the place to go!

Tony was very helpful in all stages of the accident repairs from contacting the insurance appraiser/Adjustor, processing the necessary paperwork while keeping the interest of the car owner in mind, to getting the actual work completed on time. He did what he said was needed and was supportive in ensuring I got what he promised. He keeps his word! His office and shop crew have the know-how and expertise to bring a car to its like-new condition. I highly recommend this collision center. If I need another repair job Tony s Collision Center is the only shop I will talks my car to even though it is about an hour away from where I live.

I wanted to thank everyone for their help in repairing my vehicle. Everyone at the shop was so patient and helpful in making sure everything was repaired. It s never fun to bring your vehicle in for repairs, but I can t say enough how easy and relaxing my experience was. My car looks beautiful, even better than when I purchased it. The detailing that was done is the best I ve seen, and I have received so many compliments on how it came out. I will always make sure to recommend anyone looking for body shop repairs to go to you guys. Thank you again for all your help.

Anthony's Collision is a place that you can trust to do quality work and always act in the best interest of the customer!Here's my story: I was hit by a motorist and was referred to Anthony's from my Honda On Grand service rep. I am loyal to Honda's service dept, but they don't do body work, so they sent me to Anthony's. I guess they do a lot of body work for them.My van had moderate damage, which Anthony's polished up no problem, but the bigger concern that I had was some ratchety noise coming from my wheels where I was hit. It ended up being axel issues, plus some other stuff. It ended up being a big bill, but Tony and Mike from Anthony's Collision battled it out with the insurance company for weeks. They were really strong advocates for me and it paid off because the insurance company ended up owning up to the claim 100%.Vans running as smooth as ever. Thanks to these guys. Don't hesitate to go to them, Tony will take care of you!

Tony of Anthony s Collision is one of the best in the business. I started going to him years ago, and haven t ever looked back. Him and his crew have always taken care of me; from custom work to the OEM repairs after my accident, they know what they are doing. This is a family run business and I can t be more pleased with Tony s team s body work on my Honda! My car looks brand new and there is no trace of the six dings and rubber marks. I was referred to this shop by Honda so I was confident they were great to work with. Thanks, Tony!

If I could I would give Anthony's collision 10 stars. What great exceptional service guaranteed! Pdr paint less dent removal. Came out brand new my hood is black with two dents in it these professional s said no problem!! They back up everything they say they are gonna deliver! Will be back for other services ! I Dont Like putting Negative vibes on Paper but this is the Exception. I will say I Can't Believe Tony is a Owner.I order a Part for my Buick Rendezvous that is Traded in now because my Pops wanted 2 buy a 2022. But No communication on what was ever really going on and worse of all this Guy was doing BiZ next 2 My Gambling Joint. and Last but not Least a Terrible Friend as Well.
