Hello everyone I want to share my great experience. With LUCKY MOTORS! Sylvia is a great lady she communicated with me and made sure I was taking care of. Very unprofessional dealership, owner, and procedures. Vehicle was shipped with no tag, when the temp tag did finally arrive the local PD ran it and found it to be fake, he attempted to solicit more money to have the vehicle shipped because he claimed that didn't know that third party listing site had already included it in the original total, missing lug nuts on multiple tires, and the drivers airbag light was on when I was promised no dash lights were on (an airbag light being on is an indicator of a faulty safety feature and very ILLEGAL to sell this way). No offer was made to pay for the repair as he denied it was shipped like that (even though I could & did prove it).

This is a follow-up. Purchased a 2007 Mercedes GL450 in 2015. Overall pretty happy. There were clearcoat and air shock issues, but I knew I was buying a used car going in.

I purchased a 2004 Mustang Cobra from their Elmhurst location in 2012. They barely let me drive it around the block. They wouldn t even let me get it into boost. I only ended up buying it because it was the only one around anywhere in the state at the time. The spark plugs were bad, it had been in an accident, it had rust under the car, and the cruise control didn t work when I had it inspected. It had a really bad miss at full-throttle due to the plugs being bad. I m guessing that s why they wouldn t let me get it into boost. I have since had the entire car repainted. The only saving grace in this situation is that it s now worth more than I paid for it due to the market and rarity of this model of Mustang.They were supposed to send the purchase documents to my bank and they didn t. So, they called me a week later saying I needed to drive 4 hours back to the Chicago area to fill out new financing papers that allowed them to be my lender. I contacted my bank and the bank ended up straightening them out for me. Honestly for a dealer that sold high end vehicles, they seemed pretty sleazy. I would never buy a car from them again, even if it s the last one of the car on the planet.

Fantastic experience. This was my first time buying a car completely solo, so I was a bit unsure of how the pre-owned car purchase process worked (and what I should look out for).Lucky for me, my dream car was at Lucky Motors and was priced around general market for its age and miles. The staff was friendly, fun, and seemed to enjoy what they did. The owner was patient and transparent with me in explaining the pricing and financing (which was all new to me). Not only that, but the car was in such amazing condition for its tag that I didn't even try to haggle. Other dealers were asking the same amount for the same model, but with more miles and even check-engine lights on!!Good communication, great team, and (at least for my car) fantastic value and quality.I was out of state so I immediately put it on a road trip. I'm 500 miles in and nothing major has come up, save for an errant and irregular check tire alert.

Knowing we were driving 5 hours to buy the car, they didn't bother to tell us that the air conditioner didn't work, there was no antenna, there were problems with the seat, and it was dirty on the inside. I wonder what else we would have found if the test drive had lasted more than 10 minutes. Full disclosure would have changed everything. We do not recommend this place!

Decided to buy a truck from here. Bought the truck with a bad injector. they told me they would fix it. After a couple of times of bringing it for repair and long waits for my truck to be returned it was never fixed. Year later engine goes bad. I would not recommend.

Buyer beware.Bad news dealership bought a BMW FROM THESE CON GUYS HAD IT SHIPED which was a run around.Then as soon as it was received had it checked out need major work their mechanics must be blind.Harrison never gets back to you & uses his father as a ploy when you have you need discuss what suppose to cover.issues

Bought the 2016 Audi TDI online from Lucky Motors. Harrison called me the next morning and got everything rolling on financing quickly. He sent me the paperwork via email, signed everything, sent everything back via copy/fax email. The audi would of been mine in one hour, but I bought a new phone two days before and the bank wouldn't let me wire money because the bank system noticed/detected possible fraud because of the phones new I.P address, newb mistake I guess? Harrison was very patient and worked with me. Two days later got things straight with the bank. Flew up to Chicago two weeks later and drove it back home. Reason why I waited was Chicago was going threw blizzards and tornados, so I decided to be patient. Chris and Harrison provided excellent service and took the Audi to the dealer for its 75k service, which is the Big service basically. All the fluids were changed before I picked up the car, very pleased with the service they provided me. I got a great deal on a one of a kind car, thank you.

I purchased a car from here a while back and it turned into a nightmare. It was the right price and I came from out of state to pick it up late on a Friday. The Car looked to be in good order, no lights, some dings as it was slightly older which is fine and expected. Driving it home the check engine light and tire pressure light came on about an hour into the drive. I don't mind doing some work on a car that I have purchased, but this went off the deep end. The check engine light turned out to be the O2 censors which were installed incorrectly and the tire pressure light was the same thing, installed incorrectly. The initial repairs were about $1100 which I was not thrilled with, but between the repairs and driving about 4 hours one way to return it, it seemed to be the better option. It ended up getting worse from here, 4 trips to the shop for different items that came up and one more time to repair the recalls. All in all, the repairs cost about $5100. If I had known that the repairs were going to cost so much up front, I would have returned it in a heartbeat, but because they problems evolved over the course of a couple weeks it was not so simple. It is evident that the codes on the car were cleared before I left. I tried to contact the shop several times about the issues and eventually all they did was send a check for $250. I will never return to the dealership and urge you to be very cautious if you chose to purchase from them.

I purchased my Land Rover LR4 from Lucky Motors last Summer. Mario and his team were fantastic! I not only got the vehicle I wanted, but they detailed it to the nth degree for me... and it s awesome! One-of-a-kind! I ve put a lot of miles on it since then, so it s no surprise I recently experienced some mechanical issues.I made the mistake of taking it to my local dealership. One call to Lucky Motors - and the owner Chris answered the phone... that never happens elsewhere! - and they were on the case. Within 2 hours they had my LR4 in their garage, diagnosing the issues, and assured me it would cost a fraction of what the dealership quoted. I m writing this review, because it s a longitudinal perspective. I had a great experience during my initial purchase, but I continue to experience the same exceptional customer service nearly a year later. If you re considering a car purchase, I highly recommend looking at the inventory at Lucky Motors first! You will not be disappointed!!

Chris and Alex at Lucky Motors are awesome! They found a car I was looking for in a short amount of time and gave me a good deal! The car went through a full inspection before I purchased it. I never felt like I was being pushed into anything or asked to do something I wasn't comfortable with. All in all I had a great experience buying my car and I would recommend Lucky Motors to anyone!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I bought my 2014 Audi S8 in August of 2014 with only 11K miles on it it was fully optioned out and priced at around $95,000 which was an amazing deal. They shipped it to my office in Dallas Texas and it was in amazing condition not a scratch to be seen. I never registered it and drove it for 4 years with no issues and I finally wanted a new car yet hadn t registered the S8 so I couldn t sell it locally. I called up Lucky Motors to see if they would take it, and sure enough they gave me a great offer and had the car shipped the next day. The best car buying and selling experience I have ever had. Bought the car from them and sold it to them 4 years later. Such a nice experience. If you buy from them you will not regret it.

Came in to look at Truck I seen online ended up liking it, they said it had one issue on it and they were waiting on the part to come in and they said they would fix it for free if I got the car while it was like that, needed up taking it and it took them over 4 months to get the part in and do the work once they did the work they still charged me for the work and on top of that the car was still messed up had over 5-6 issues in reality. I still have this truck not working right after over a year. They sell junk auctioned cars and have their mechanic do janky work just enough for it to drive home for a few days. They are no help when you try reaching out to them and finding out a solution. All they care about is getting paid after that they don t care what happens. Worst dealership I ve been to so far if your looking at a car from here look elsewhere. Not professional at all

Great car buying experience. I have purchased my last two cars with these gentlemen and with out a doubt, it has been the best car buying experience I have ever encountered. Within a few hours of a phone conversation I was able to find a vehicle and drive off of the lot in the vehicle of my choice. These guys don't add the fluff, They are very transparent about all the options that are available.Their Service Manager Mario is very knowledgeable. If you are looking for a honest, painless car buying experience, I highly recommend these guys ring.

Just purchased a 1963 thunderbird all the way from NJ. Everyone was friendly and responsive. All of our questions and request were handled promptly. The entire process was smooth all the way down to the delivery of the car. They even followed up with us to make sure we were satisfied with the vehicle. I would most definitely work with Lucky Motors again!Thank you Chris, Nick and Dan for a flawless transaction.

I am very happy with the customer service I have received at this location! Due to a previous bad purchase I owe more on my current vehicle than I can trade it in for. Chris has found a way to help me out of my situation and allow me an option to sell my current car! I am grateful to have Lucky motors on my side!
