Came in to replace install a couple of tires. Not only did I ask them multiple times to make sure to balance the wheels after installation, they did not. When I called after my appointment because the wheels were feeling wobbly, they confirmed they did balance the wheels but that there was a break in period and that the wobble would go away. It never did. Went to another shop to rebalance them, and they confirmed that the wheels were never balanced and one of the wheel bolts were stuck and they couldn t get it out.The staff were nice and pleasant, and otherwise I had a good experience with them, but when I specifically asked them to balance the tires, they lied to my face and told me that they did. And a stuck bolt they caused was a nice cherry on top of that.

We went here for an oil change they were very nice people and pointed out a few things on our Ford Explorer that needed to be dealt with soon

Kelly tires are sold at Villa Park Auto. There is no separate Kelly tires location
